This place had the potential to be great, but sadly, we were disappointed. We sat there for 30 mins waiting on service. One waitress stopped and asked if we wanted hookah, we said no, we want food, and she kept it moving. We went to the bar to get our overpriced drinks. 6 waitresses were standing around talking and dancing instead of being actual waitresses. And sadly, we weren’t the only table waiting. If this place is supposed to be self serve, then say that😒. The professionalism of the staff was a joke. And the place wasn’t even packed. We came around 6pm.

This place is lit! The food is amazing! The fried catfish was so good and the steak salad is really good for a light meal. Service was good as well, this place is just a vibe! Follow me on ig for more @ ok_shawty

First time in this establishment and I was not impressed even after reading reviews prior I thought I would chance it. First issue was the sign said Steaks, an there was only ONE steak on the menu which was Big Al’s and the price was ridiculous $39.99 for a 12oz. Second issue was that when my dinner was brought to me I was giving plastic silverware to eat with. The bartender eventually gave me a real knife but no fork. I ordered rare an I received medium well. The sides were delicious especially the greens I will have to say probably the best I’ve had. As for the steak it was tough but great seasonings. Third issue I had was that both bartenders were smoking a Hooka while tending to customers. Fourth issue was that the music was so loud I could barely hear myself think. The staff was friendly and my service was great. I would not revisit this establishment

Came here for Sunday Brunch to watch the game. 👍The food and the overall vibe was good. 👎Except the greens!!!!! Ugh worst I’ve ever had! 👍Our first waitress was great until her shift was over (I guess) 👎 The second waitress we got wasn’t so nice. 👍However We had a great time. My friend even rode the bull😂

My girls and I came here to celebrate a birthday. Our service at the bar was rough but Eric, who we thought was a bar back, ended up coming over to check on our table and gave us the best customer service of the night. We discovered that he was actually one of the managers there. He was very kind, attentive and efficient. He brought our food out with no problem. He literally turned our night around. Thank you Eric for making our experience enjoyable.

I am very surprised that the rating is a 3.9. If I was the owner I would have been so upset to see my waitress staff hanging around smoking hookahs and eating amongst one another when there are tables waiting to buy drinks and order food. That's what happened to a small group of 5 of us who stopped in after playing golf and wanted to catch the 2nd half of the football game. We were not offered any water and it took almost 30 minutes for someone to come over and get our drink orders. We had to ask for this. To add insult to injury, they brought us our tickets before the food arrived and included gratuity. Like REALLY! We haven't received the food, water, and just basic service. I really feel bad for the owner because although they may be doing good as a business, they could be doing so much better. Your letting money walk out the door. You are paying staff to sit around and talk and eat while, patrons are having to wait to spend money. DJ was good and the food was good, but we all would have ordered at least 1 more drink and gotten appetizers if the service would have been timely. Whomever owns this, please give this some attention.

Food was delicious and the Magaritas with Grand Marnier were excellent!! Nice classy semi ratchet vibe! A good time watching all the big screens. My food was running late so the Manager made everything right!

Ubar is a really fun bar and the food is great. I gave it two stars because I go all the time and I order the boneless spicy garlic wings and it’s never the same. I wish y’all would stick to the same recipe, every time I order I never know what I’m getting it’s a gamble with the spicy garlic wings, Ubar, please stick to one way of making them because I ordered them today and I’m so disappointed!! Super dry. I guess I just gotta catch the right cook 😡😡

Went in the other night. Had a great time! Food was amazing! Got to meet the new Manager Eric he was an absolute delight! Loved his character!! This place looks like it is finally headed in the right direction. Can't wait to come back again next time I visit Atlanta. Keep up the good work.

Pros: Good music, many video screens, nice vibes mechanical bull. Cons: Overpriced. Bad waitress service. Tip included in bill. Had to pay full bill before drink or food was brought to table. Kept asking for marinara sauce for cheese sticks and kept getting cocktail sauce 🙄 Food mediocre for the price. Bottom line…Will be leaving after one expensive drink and not returning.

First time here & I'd give it another chance on a later date. I went during lunch time. It wasn't crowded which was nice. The music was good. I had to choose a different entree 3 times because everything I ordered they were out of. The experience & rating would've been better had the waitress expressed what wasn't available before ordering.

I went on a Saturday, nice atmosphere, food and drinks were good. Service was really good even with the weekend crowd. I feel like it turns into a lil club but with no dance floor.. we still made room to dance and move a around a little. Dj was on point! Oh and the bull.. definitely fun to watch others ride the bull.

Great place if you are wanting to participate and enjoy the music, food and vibes. The food was really good. There aren’t too many places that have good Mac and cheese. It’s like a club, restaurant combined in one.

First time at this location. The drinks were good and we arrived at happy hour so the price was really good as well. The food was seasoned and hot when it was brought to the table. The service was good as well. But be aware they are smoking hooka inside, so be prepared for that smell, but it is not over powering.

The hosts and waitresses are the absolute WORST. I’m big on customer service no matter how big or small the establishment is. It will either make or brake a business. The minute you walk in there a sign at the host podium that states “please wait to be seated”. There’s 3 waitresses standing there just talking and paying absolutely no attention To customers. They look at me, look the other way and two of them walk off. The other turns her back and begins to play in her hair. I ask “are you working”? She looks with a look of confusion as if I asked a foreign question. One of them comes back, places a clip board on the counter and says “I think there’s a wait list” with no desire of professionalism and an attitude and turns her back. Excuse me??? I immediately walked off and sat at the bar! As much as I wanted to cuss all three of them out I kept my composure. Then again, looking at the environment it’s clear as day what to expect. It’s GHETTO. Never would I return even if the food was free! Smh.

Customer service was great our server was everything. She was very helpful with the menu suggestions and was funny to!! We stayed longer than we plan because of her. I wish I could remember her name. 😔 I ordered the catfish let me tell you how delicious it was. 😋 Cooked to Perfection light and crispy at the same time. Not too much better. The fillet were thick, the meat was firm and hot 🔥. I was truly impressed. Thank you I will return again when I come back in town.

It's so crowded!! But it's a cool space. The food is good (the nachos were vet heavy on the toppings and light on the actual chips). Drinks are poured strong and they're expensive. If you ride the bull, prepare to be s*xualized and recorded by random men in the venue!

If you are looking for a little fun, go here. they have a bull n excellent prices. Food was fantastic n flavorful. I had the crab claws sautéed. Music was also a vibe.

I wish someone had recommended this place sooner. It was THE BEST place we ate at all week. The food was PHENOMENAL. Atmosphere was fun and energetic. Our waitress was so sweet. Stays open until 4 am!

We stopped by for lunch and had the southwestern egg rolls, wing dinner with mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese. The food was hot like just came off the stove. Wings tasted great the Mac n cheese was ok and the mashed potatoes had no gravy just plain. The egg rolls were good. The venue was clean service was slow. The lighting was so dark and the music so loud for a lunch.

The place got a cool vibe but off top security is so busy on his phone he ain’t doin his job. It took about an hour and 30 mins to get my food. Please note I only ordered sides lol. Then the portions are sooooo tiny it was wild I paid $40 for 3 sides and one drink Not complaining about price but the portion for the price is insane. I’ll just show one side and u be the judge for ur self Ohhh and the hours of operation are wrong so call before u come

First of all, they did not mention that we needed to pay for food and drink prior to the order being submitted. Took someone about 15 minutes. Then, when she did come to the table, she looked like she was scared to speak! We asked for a menu, and she said we have to use a qr code. We ordered a coors light and proceeded to look at the menu on our phone. We kept wondering where the beer was. Then she came back and was like, "You ready to order!" We placed our order, and she left. She came back with a receipt saying we had to pay first before we got our drink or food. I asked about the beer, and she was like, "You had to pay first. Then she brought back a 6oz plastic cup of beer, which was $6.00. I was put off to order. I would have to wait another 25 minutes for my drink. Mind you, only 6 people were in the seat area and two at the bar. I then noticed the 15% tip was already added to the total. Now I understand the rudness and her not coming back to the table to check on us. Also, they have wonderful gadgets where you can swipe the cards in front of the customer. She took wayyyyyyy too long with my card. If they get the tip up front, they don't feel they have to be hospitable. Oh, they did a $15.00 extra hold on my card. $56.61 was my total (Buffalo wings, 4 while wings, 6oz beer, and fries). I had to walk to the bar to ask for a box for my food. The bartender acted like I was bothering her with her one customer. If you want the money for orders upfront, I can get that! But not the tip (gratuity). Then, the want a be hooter girls would need to work for the tip. Then I bet the customer service would be a lot better. When you have to work for your money you have a better attitude. The world owes you nothing! BTW, Accent, MSG is not good to ingest.

My car broke down and I needed a place to chill and wait for a lift, as well as the price to go down! So I went to the Ubar. Kind of sleazy,but entertaining! I got there at 5 and happy hour was until 6 so I got a pitcher of Margaritas for 15bucks! Excellent price and mixed really good! The music is more trap. Not really my thang,,,videos are playing cool tho, I ordered a hookah and some wings and chilled! Next thing I knew it was 8;45pm! They have a mechanical bull,, but no one rode it!
