    I never thought I would see the day that I would have a bad experience at chic fil A. But here we are...I went there the other morning. I ordered a chicken biscuit combo with a large sunjoy light ice the chicken biscuit was so small it would've been classified as a chicken mini the has browns were over cooked and greasy the only thing they got halfway right was the sunjoy but they had to make it a large the manager taking my order put it in as a small. I won't be revisiting this place....I'm very disappointed with the experience

    I have ordered online from this place multiple times and even tho you select sauces they NEVER include them. It’s so annoying! I ordered the special sandwich and they BARELY put any of the sauce on. Infuriating!! The promo pic had it with 5x that sauce and this place is just a disappointment. Never again.

    Placed my order at 7:02am on the mobile app this past Friday and didn’t get my order until 8:05am. There was no one standing outside and the drive through was short. It just wasn’t moving. By the time I got to the call box the employee didn’t say anything for 5 mins then was highly bothered when responding. When getting to the window they just handed me a bag with no words and the wrong items. Highly upset. Will be reaching out because I wasted points, money and was late to work.

    Kyla kindly replaced a cold meal received the night before. I'm not the type to complain but a full meal too cold to eat couldn't be ignored. I thought I would get attitude

    First off I never been in a chick-fil-a where they don't welcome you. This is far the worst location I ever been too first time here and definitely last time. I order food then after I get my food they tell me they out of all sauces like what??!! How is that even possible this location need to be closed down ASAP. Me or my family and friends will not be returning.

    I don’t know why I put so much trust in this newly reopened location! This is the second time I’ve gone to this location to pay for a strawberry milkshake with my meal only to discover the milkshake is missing! This really tick me off because the traffic is too bad to turn around to go back plus those lil things are too expensive for them to keep forgetting to give them to the correct customer. Next I go I want both of my milkshakes replaced with the Whip cream and a strawberry on top.

    This was the worst experience ever. Messed up our entire order. They originally said they didn't have spicy after ringing us up for two spicy cons. When we asked what it was coming with she went to the back and said spicy grilled chicken. They sold us a salad saying they would have it. After we paid she then said they didn't but didn't compensate or refund us. They were distracted by a customer who brought a puppy inside. Did they ask him to remove it , no, on the contrary picked up a customers dog and brought it behind the register. No one knew what was going on and they were very unprofessional. I’m sure that’s a health code violation as he was not a service animal.

    Chickfilla should close this location. Their reputation is being ruined Did a online drive thru order. Was told they were out of icecream for milkshake but their system allowed it. Ordered coke instead. Yet to see the refund of milkshake to coke downgrade. We took a sip and told them their coke was flat. They were like oh yeah do you want Dr. Pepper? Clearly they knew but didnt want to tell upfront. The chicken on the salad looked shredded chicken and was chewy. Such a shame.....

    Unfortunately I can't shard my experience because I ended up leaving the line after 10 minutes without even making it to the ordering platform! The lobby was locked with notes posted that they were short staffed. I think the location would land better if it was closed until it could be fully operational. Curbside also wasn't available. The line literally wrapped around the building nearly twice-

    The worst chic fil a service I have EVER had. They were slow, rude, and messed up my order and didn’t add an item I had asked for and then said that they could not add items at the window. The staff was incompetent!

    This location is usually okay, the young man in the drive thru today wasn’t pleasant at all. Top that with a half empty container of over cooked macaroni and cheese after a long wait was disappointing. If you have more time drive to the Hapeville location, they never miss.

    Took 10 minutes for somebody to take my order even though I was the only one in line. Took not less than 15 minutes to get a regular chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. I also notice the prices they have showing are not what they are charging you. For a regular sandwich (meal) it shows $8.85 but they charged me almost $10. All that before taxes of course. On top of all that they gave me the wrong food. I have never had chicken from chick fil a that literally has no taste at all. Just do yourself a favor and don’t go there, the place in general is disgusting. On top of all that nobody seems to know what they are doing. They were all walking all over the place literally not doing anything.

    Holy cow this place is terrible. Each car waits long enough to cook an entire meal. Been in line for 30 minutes, haven't turned the corner to the window yet. Trash all over the back, pallets, bread trays, carts just laying everywhere. As I typed that, two guys came out with more of everything to lay on the ground out back. I've never seen a Chic Fil A so bad.

    no fault of the store, but the area is a little sketchy. and there's a lot of people wandering outside and inside as well. very understandable setting. staff seemed like they were constantly having to keep people away.
