This
is
an
honest
review
because
I
heard
Regency
was
rough
back
in
the
day.
Future
residents
ride
through
and
have
asked
me
about
my
experience
living
here.
I
believe
I
have
been
here
for
about
5
or
6
years,
and
I
have
not
had
a
problem
with
the
neighborhood
thus
far.
I
have
not
experienced
loud,
nosey,
or
nasty
neighbors,
no
break
ins
in
my
apt
or
car.
Despite
me
living
next
to
the
garbage
area
I
never
had
a
problem
with
the
smell.
It
is
a
clean
neighborhood
overall.
You
don’t
see
trash
everywhere.
If
you
do,
you
put
it
there
or
your
neighbor
or
someone
walking
did
it.
I
have
never
had
a
problem
with
getting
someone
over
the
phone.
If
they
do
not
pick
up
just
wait
a
few
and
call
back.
Maintenance
comes
out.
If
its
major
like
a
leak
they
come
out
immediately,
but
if
its
minor
like
your
smoke
alarm
battery
needs
changing,
they
will
come
when
the
major
stuff
is
out
the
way
just
be
patient.
If
not
that
same
day
they
come
the
next.
The
pool
is
open
every
year
and
it’s
actually
nice;
kids
just
come
and
mess
it
up.
They
also
have
friendly
competitions
like
the
best
decorated
door
gets
a
prize.
They
have
parties
for
tenants
too
at
the
leasing
office.
Never
been
but
I’m
sure
they
are
nice
or
they
wouldn’t
have
them.
The
only
thing
I
would
like
to
see
change
is
improvements
within
the
apartment.
The
carpet
should
be
replaced
or
at
least
cleaned.
The
walls
painted,
cabinets
and
appliances
should
be
replaced
if
needed.
The
location
of
the
complex
is
cool
too.
For
those
who
don’t
know
how
to
stay
in
the
house
you
are
about
20-30
mins
from
everything.
(Midtown,
the
interlock,
the
battery,
Edgewood,
old
nat,
Riverdale
Fayetteville).
If
you
don’t
have
a
vehicle
the
bus
stop
is
right
at
the
front
of
each
entry,
and
we
aren’t
far
from
college
park
and
east
point
train
station.
Camp
creek
marketplace
is
it!
If
you
have
a
problem
with
it
you’re
just
picky.
Disclaimer:
I
know
that
management
has
changed
since
I
have
been
here
so
take
that
into
consideration
as
well
when
moving.
Also,
I’m
a
pretty
easygoing
person.
I
don’t
allow
things
to
bother
me,
so
my
experience
is
definitely
different
than
the
next.
I
recommend
Regency
Park
for
single
people
and
those
moving
out
they
parents
house
for
the
first
time.
