Never fails to satisfy! The portions were more than we could eat, the service was on point, friendly and helpful! I'm looking forward to going back again soon!

This is my favorite location. The rib tips were underwhelming because they weren’t as tender as they looked. The meal was still decent and you get your money worth. The oxtails and the desserts are spot on. Stick with those and you won’t be disappointed.

Highly recommend “This is it!”!! We were in town for the night and found this thru a google search. We got the Atlanta’s Original BBQ Rib Tips and they were delicious. Green beans, mac n cheese, corn & Cole slaw for sides. 10/10!!!!

Looked this spot while I was in the area. It definitely did not disappoint. Meal was 10 Service was definitely 10 The atmosphere was 10 The food presentation was a 10 The price is a 9, just cause it’s good but it could be great. I love the place, the food was delicious and the atmosphere is really giving the vibe of what you’re doing there. The food is openly presented, with lot of displays menu and options to pick. The servers her really nice and sweet they work in unity back there in the kitchen lol. Good food and place, I will return soon. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Saw the billboard off I-20 several times and decided to give this place a try. Purchased 2 meals (1 meat 2 sides), 2 drinks, and a desert and it was approximately $55 (I didn't receive a receipt). The food looked pretty good on the service line and there were so many options to choose from. I got the baked chicken (pictured) and it was D-R-Y! Probably the worst baked chicken I've ever had. I absolutely love collard greens (pictured) and they were full of stems. Now... if you love collard greens like I do, YOU KNOW the stems belong in the trash and not the pot. The potato salad (pictured) was just ok. I got the chocolate swirl cake (pictured) and it was tasteless and D-R-Y. For $6.99 my expectations were HIGH for this piece of cake and came nowhere near meeting them. I tried the Dr. Pepper and it was too sweet, then tried the Mountain Dew and it was too carbonated, so I ended up with the sweet tea which was REALLY good. Needless to say the fountain drink machine mix is off and should be checked. There was another customer that went next door to get a coke to have with his dinner and I quickly realized why. The staff on the line made little to no eye contact and seemed like they really didn't want to be there. The security guard was literally asleep behind the cashier who was pleasant. I usually try to find a manager in person to speak about my experience but I didn't think my feedback would be accepted well. I will not say I won't return because I love supporting small businesses but maybe a little time is needed to make some very necessary changes.

I love This Is It! The food is always delicious and tasty. I was so happy when they started offering healthier options!! I love that these good is fresh and select foods are cook-to-order! I'm generally stop by every week or every other week. You should do the same!

The food was absolutely amazing. It was to the point where I had to go back and order more. I've never had cabbage, string beans and mac-n-cheese tasted so good. I would have gave this place 10 stars if it had the option. A must buy and try restaurant for real.

Upon arriving I was greeted and showed where to stand in line. From looking at the menu I knew exactly what I wanted. I ordered the fried catfish fillets with sweet potato soufflé with macaroni and cheese and a cornbread muffin. For my drink I chose a Arnold Palmer. I’m glad I did it was so good and the people fixing the plate gave off a family vibe. I told the lady when I come back I wanna try the Turkey chops with gravy with mashed potatoes and greens.

This is it was a fabulous restaurant however the banana pudding tasted old like it had been sitting out for a long period of time other than that the yam the cabbage and the collard greens were screaming excellente. The oxtails were tender and on point with taste.

The food was very delicious. Southern style all the way. Even in the hospitality. The staff was very courteous, professional and helpful. I'll definitely recommend it.

Food was really good. Service line was good. Lots of fresh choices to choose from. All the sides looked wonderful. I needed a veggie plate to go with my dinner plate lol. Our cashier was extremely pregnant and didn't seem to feel well, tired and a bit short with us who were 1st timers in the store. The deserts looked soooo appetizing. The banana puddings whip was peaked and browned to perfection. Strawberry shortcake looked soooo moist. They also had pound cake, key lime cake, and lemon....sooo good. You'll have to stop and get u a plate. U can even order online and it will be ready when u get there. Union City location was only drive thru, online and pick up.

This place hit the spot. Great flavors all the way around. It was a bit confusing to find the correct location because they have a smaller location for take-out only, and they also have a 3rd location that is larger but appears to still be under construction. But once you find the right location, you won't be disappointed. One note to also be aware of is that they are closed on Sunday - at least the dine-in location is (not sure about the take-out location).

I just purchased a $34.00 meal from this restaurant…the smothered Turkey steak was tough and dry…my black eyed peas taste burnt and what I went to get was the sweet potato 🍠 pie tasted old and dry as well, pie crust was tough and dry. tried to call them but couldn’t leave a message because their mailbox was full…angry and gravely disappointed…and they have the audacity to post a sign “All Sales are Final”…they know the quality of the food is Shiznit!

Horrible staff attitude except for the security guard. He tried to smile and make it better. I don’t know if tonight was an off night however the wait staff had the most horrible attitude! The tension it seemed between the staff was disgusting. I even asked the customers in front of me did they feel it. For $30 for this plate I wish their attitude/energy improves. The price increases there includes attitude increases i guess….. Glad none of us customers “matched their energy.” Please do better. The community gives you a lot of support and money! I tried calling to tell management but the phone number listed goes to a full voicemail. Appreciate your customers please by having a better attitude.

A little pricey , but the good was good. I had a little higher expectations than from what my friend was telling me about them. Nonetheless, the place nice and clean and the staff was great. I do want to go back and try some more options. It all looked good and was hot and fresh. Nothing old and stale so that was a plus. I recommend anyone try it

The food was delicious. For a place that has COVID-19 signage all over it wasn't clean. Dust and grime built up on the napkin dispensers. The dining area was closed leaving everyone to gather around the counter after placing their order, ignoring the abundance of social distancing signs placed throughout the building. Good food but I will likely not return.

Decent little fast food soul food shop. Was super busy. Do expect friendly service, just hard-working people churning out plates. If in the area, eat here but not a must eat of Atlanta restaurant. Heard this was a chain so....

I was visiting Atlanta and my dad decided to take me to get something to eat. This was the spot that he decided on and I had never even heard of it. When you get inside there is a long line standing by the register waiting to order their food, granted it was in the evening so I'm sure it was the last rush. When you come in the space is huge and open you can see that there's tables and things for when people do want to sit to dine in as well as a separate entertainment space in the back off to the side for private parties. There was a large array of food, And if you are thinking about soul food this is the place to go. They had everything from : oxtails, to turkey wings, to pork chops ,mashed potatoes ,sweet potatoes, mac and cheese, cornbread banana pudding, and collard greens! And let me not skip over the seafood selection as well. I personally got four lemon pepper wings mac and cheese cabbage and cornbread. I was a little bit pricey but it was definitely worth it and if you're not from Atlanta just know that their portions are healthy, I'm sorry hearty. 🔥 Food was fantastic I think because it was late the cornbread was a little bit dry but add a little butter on top wrapping in wet paper towel heated up in the microwave and you're good to go. Normally they're super moist so I've been told. Anyway if you find yourself in the ATL go ahead and find you what this is it kitchen they're not all cookie cutter but the one near fairburn is the one that I enjoyed.

Food is very good . . .enjoyed all I ordered. . . The smoked wings were delicious and very tender. . . Sweet potato souffle was excellent ! Potato salad was somewhat sweet but I enjoyed it. The building was 'ratty' , but dear they are building a new store. This one is old and out dated. Overall would eat there again.

I had a pork chop rice Gravy greens and cabbage with cornbread. It's good . Really good if you can't cook very well. We've eaten here for years. The service is always good and food delicious.

The barbecue chicken is good. I’m not sure if it’s the barbecue sauce or overall the way it was smoked. The mac & cheese is basic but it’s good. The collard greens need some work. They basically taste like water and greens. No seasoning at all. I guess I can’t expect too much dining out in Atlanta. The customer service was good though.

The food here has gotten really terrible. I used to eat here all the time. I haven’t been here since Covid but suddenly had a taste for it a couple of weeks ago. The food was terrible. The salmon was dry and no flavor as if they don’t season the food. I decided to give it another try the next day and got the roasted chicken, same thing, the chicken had no flavor and the rice was hard. The macaroni had a lot of clumpy cheese in it. The banana pudding tasted like it was at least a week old. They are building a grand new location, but I sure I hope they have a better cook or cooks because right now whatever cook or cooks they have now can not cook. I will not be patronizing this establishment again. I forgot to mention the hard and burnt corn bread muffins they had the nerve to still be serving to customers.

I love this place so much! Been coming here for YEARS! The jumbo fried wings are in fact jumbo! The peach cobbler and the peach juice is highly recommended! The food is always fresh and the staff at this location is amazing!

I visited this new location in the Camp Creek Marketplace and found that the service was very good it ran really smoothly there was a line but I was not in it very long about 20 or 25 minutes. They have several week people working the back end of the kitchen so that helps. I think them having a drive-through at this facility is making it a bit more chaotic and maybe that's why the wait is so long because they drive in orders are coming in with the kitchen orders as well so it kind of back things up. Nevertheless the facility is extremely nice it's very big and ideal for large parties, they have a separate party room upstairs if you wanted to reserve something for an event, or a meeting. It's very bright inside of this establishment very good lighting. My food was pretty good I ordered the turkey chops with rice macaroni and cabbage. They did not have any sweet potato souffle at the time, it had ran out so I definitely was upset about that but the meal that I did get was very good I had no issues with it I wanted the turkey to be a little bit more tender but all in all the meal was great. I had the mango lemonade and of course it was fresh and delicious.
