    Why do people in the State of Georgia give the worse customer service. I have never as a military disabled vet experienced so much rudeness and sh$$ talking from staff. After walking 10 miles I stopped and figured I would get some breakfast and coffee. I not only had to wait at the counter I was given dirty looks and made fun of. You know people and customers just want acknowledgement and understanding. Tall African short hair female was beyond rude... she got My coffee and I asked for sugar well she could of said sugar in the bag but no she went off and made me feel stupid, she was more then rude... I ain't coming back here horrible service. This disabled vet is not pleased

    This location is a bit sketchy after dark. They even close their dining room fairly early. There are many strange people in that area, some probably engaged in illegal activities. Drive through has 2 lanes though and works very quickly, but be prepared for a lot of customers in front of you as that seems to be a popular late night dining option in this area.

    I ordered 2 meals and drinks upgraded to 2 large pineapple mango smoothies $2 more each. The drinks looked rationed and filled only to 3/4 capacity. Wow really! we paying for drinks that are not even 90% filled. This is a major problem. The food expensive and down sized.

    My order was simple, large frappe and plain McChickens. My drink was far from “large” and the window girl wasn’t very friendly.

    I don't normally write reviews, but my McDonald's drive-through experience today was on point! The wait for my food was short, and I was pleasantly surprised that everything was freshly cooked. The woman who handed me my order even patiently waited as I checked it for accuracy. Thank you for going the extra mile! My Mocha Frappe was the best Frappe I've had at any McDonald's. Adding Oreos was a game-changer! You could tell they put effort into blending it until it was super smooth. Thank you for an awesome experience

    There must have been a management change. We've visited this McDonald's, and it was awful. However, this last visit was great. Our food was hot, fresh, and accurate. The level of service was also very pleasant.

    Business was Very slow but for no reason because the service and food were amazing for McDonald's! I hate to admit how much I love and consume McDonald's still to this day but this location helped remind me why. All staff were courteous and kind and we were welcomed from the door by the manager. Very clean, the food was fresh and everything was simply amazing. 👍👍 to McDonald's on this visit. THANK YOU

    I like to order through the app so that my order is correct. I guess I can count on them to mess it up. I ordered, and paid $2.20 extra for, a half unsweetened tea and lemonade. The young lady asked what my drink was and I told her it was a half and half, she hands me what looks like sweet tea. I ask her if this the half and half and she looks me in the face and says, “yes that’s the half and half”; she lied. The Mac sauce I requested was missing from my bag because “the promo was over,” but someone said they’d get me some. I waited about 7 minutes before I just left. I was on my way to the airport when I found out my 50% unsweetened tea and 50% lemonade was 100% sweet tea. Trash service and no it isn’t the first time.

    Ordered through drive thru. Long was extremely long. I couldn’t even get out of line to leave. Finally ordered and paid for my 6 piece nuggets. Received my food and it was a double cheeseburger. I refused to park and go in and get the correct food that I ordered. So I ended up leaving.

    Aaron Samuel went above and beyond to help me out. Good guy! Give him a bonus plzzzz @Mcdonalds!!! Food was good too. Usually late at night it isn’t the best, but boy were they doing their thing tonight in the kitchen 🙌🏼

    Ordered a fresh fish sandwich (only), instead received an overheated microwave sandwich. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. I paid over $7 for the sandwich and cashier tried convincing me to receive refund on a card because she wanted to avoid returning my cash!

    Terrible customer service. The lady working in there was very rude , she got my order wrong and instead believing me , she accused me of lying. and told me she couldn’t fix it! won’t be spending my money here, TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! unprofessional and downright Ghetto! everyone in there always has a bad attitude! 1 out of 10. I give you 3/10 Eww! The Men Working here always have a catty/hurry up and buy attitude.

    We've been to hundreds of McDonald's in our life. This location is one of the worst. They got everything on our order wrong (and we ate inside!): the wrong food, they forgot several items, the Sprite tasted like tonic water, the McNuggets weren't cooked (and got my son sick), no one to help at the front counter, it took 10 minutes to get a different soda. Horrible service!!! Stay away! III

    Whats to say. My order was wrong, and the receipt had to be partially refunded. The young manager had an attitude simply because he had to do his job and correct the issue. This is the most expensive McDonald's around. I would skip this one if I were you.

    We visited on 7/8/23 at 11am. The front staff was awesome. The lady at the first window was very sweet when she greeted us, the food was fresh and accurate. We had to pull up to wait while our food was being prepared fresh but I ended up going in because I needed to grab additional condiments. When I went in, several employees approached to assist and they were on it! Keep it up y’all!!!!

    We tried to go inside for breakfast at 7:30am the doors where locked. On the sign it CLEARLY says they open dining at 7 am. Employees were sitting in the lobby watching us walk to the doors and none of them had the common courtesy to say we’re only taking drive through orders at the moment. We went through drive through to order the female at the window was rude and didn’t give us a receipt. We get our food it’s cold…harsh browns and sausage biscuits were cold and not to mention the FRENCH VANILLA ICED COFFEE was nothing of such….it was just coffee, cream and ice definitely nasty! At LEAST 10 people were working that morning including a manager and no 1 NOT 1 person could get the simplest things right. Don’t waste your gas, time or money at this location. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AT AN ALL TIME LOW HERE!
