We came here for early dinner, after a beautiful wedding. The food was greate the servicer didn't clear the table, but she was cool an played back. When the food came it was great.

Worst service ever, staff is lazy and they are understaffed. No refills, 1:20 to get my food and it was not insanely busy. Staff seemed more interested in the basketball game than their jobs. Messed up our orders, over cooked our steaks. Go somewhere else, they are terrible. This is not a rare steak.

Really good restaurant for food. 1. Crusted parmesan chicken 2. Steak 3. Spicy chicken bites 4. Salad And their bread 5/5. I am sure rest of the dishes also would be great. Service gets slow if you are going in busy times.

The host lady was so bitter that literally eye rolled when I asked for a table near to the tv to watch the nba finals she kept repeating that all tables were already closed hitting some faces on us. I understand sometimes that people is going through some stuff but this is hospitality just try to be a little bit nicer. Great food and the people attending the bar area were very kind.

Had a great lunch experience at Longhorns on Campcreek parkway with family 11/13/23. The barbecue ribs were delicious and the sides were on point. Thanks to our very gracious waitress our overall experience was great.

Great location, steak seasoned well and always cooked perfectly. Highly recommend the Brussel sprouts and loaded mash. Excellent sides. Collin my server was wonderful. Very friendly, attentive and a pleasure to have as a server. Took off one star only because the place isnt clean. Floor is dirty, tables not wiped properly, dusty wall art and fixtures.

I Have met the most beautiful gifted person @ longhorn today on Veterans Day with my mom who is a Army Vet. We celebrated with a lunch date, & We were truly so engaged & in love with our food @ the same time. And my Mom complain about everything right but not today…. I had to ask our gracious Server who our chef was that made this scrumptious meal…. And he quietly made it to our table we had to give him a applause 👏🏽 because we were so appreciative because service is no longer what it use to be. We Thank You George for a delicious meal 🙏🏽 Blessings too u and everyone around u! FYI …. He only do lunch

The atmosphere is not that inviting gave 4 instead of 3 stars for my efforts in staying upbeat and positive. The food was eye appealing and tast for me as a vegan...unfortunately I couldn't eat the salad it had feta cheese they offered to remake however we were already there over a hour. The bartenders need help when the crowd picks up. My friend food was appealing she was tipsy early on the drink on a empty stomach..we will visit again.😊

Well, the server was pleasant and evening started off nicely. We ordered stuffed mushrooms and Wild West Shrimp for appetizers. Apps came out great. Shrimp was hot and crunchy, mushrooms we're a little over cooked but flavorful overall. Then everything went downhill. We ordered two orders of grilled salmon with rice and broccoli and Caesar salads. We never received our salads. Salmon came out with something very greasy on it. Rice pilaf was very bland and broccoli side dish was mush. Needless to say we didn't eat our dinner. Server was helpful and management comp'd most of grilled salmon dinners however, I will not make the mistake to eat here again.

First time at this location. Went in for a lunch meeting. Located off of 285 West. Next to a Chick-fil-A and vitamin store and across the street from a racetrack gas station. It looks like all other longhorns. It was very clean and very bright. There's no mask mandate for customers but servers and staff do wear masks. Our server Susie was very nice very helpful, and very fast. She was considerate of all things covid-like. She kept coming by asking us if we needed anything wanted anything or if we were good and we both appreciated that. I had the Caesar salad with salmon which was cooked very well, and there was nothing to complain about it was delicious. Since we were there early there weren't too many people there so it wasn't as crowded as if you were going during the dinner time. If I'm ever on this side of town again this will be one of the places I would like to go to. Check out my pictures and video for more info.

Not certain of what happened but... This place at one point was awesome, standards have decreased. My food was overlooked, the server did pop up accordingly but not sincerely. Was charged for the uneaten items, not a complainer so we paid and left.

You can use it in the order of coming wothout taking a reservation. Due to COVID-19, it takes some time to receive orders and get food, perhaps due to a shortage of staff.

The service has improved since the “Pandemic “ lifted. The wait staff is getting better and the wait time was not bad today. The menu is still the same, no changes but I gave four stars today because the waitress didn’t help bust the tables..

My server Maurice was nice. But they need to renovate this place, it smells bad. My chicken Parm was over cooked, brussel sprouts was bland and hard. The stuffed mushrooms and shrimp were good.

This location isn’t the best. Waitress was nice and upbeat, but seemed to be in such a rush that she never took our drink orders until we ordered our meals, and she also didn’t come back swiftly until it was time to pick up the money to pay. Food quality was just awful. Had to send the steak back because instead of medium well, it was basically RARE! The manager wasn’t very friendly either. He was trying to explain how different cuts of steak will just naturally be hard to cut through but that doesn’t explain that it’s still very much raw in the center sir. He took it off the bill so that was nice. Ask for plastic ware because both silverware on our table was dirty with some substance on it like old lettuce and grease. Won’t return to this location!

I always go to this location and can count on the mill being delicious. New paragraph. I enjoy the Parmesan crusted chicken, mashed potatoes and broccoli. I will say they could be a little more generous with the mashed potatoes however the food was very good! The parmesan crusted chicken is always a great Delight always tender and juicy. You only saying that I have an issue with is, they stop taking online orders after 9 pm. And they do not answer their phone after around 8:45 p.m. If you're not going to the restaurant you might as well forget it. And that can be a bit of an inconvenience. Other than that I've usually have pretty good experience here with managers and servers. Please hurry and get my favorite back the Strawberry Shortcake it has not been available for about 2 months now. UPDATE: the customer service is great the waitress we had was training another waitress but we could not tell that she was in training because she was just as good as our waitress. Our food was very prompt it came out quick we ordered our appetizers they were out within 15 minutes our drinks were immediately on the table. Our food came thereafter. Everything was in a timely basis. We tried their new parmesan crusted spinach dip and it was absolutely delicious, it comes with pieces of pita bread that are the yummiest buttered pita bread that I have ever tasted! We also got the stuffed mushrooms that are always a home run! The other guest got pork chops mashed potatoes and broccoli and the pork chops were very juicy and tender as you can see in the picture besides we're great as well. I had the longhorn salmon 7 oz and it was delicious very tender and cooked to perfection, mashed potatoes and broccoli. We had absolutely no complaints about our meal thoroughly enjoyed it! We were there a total of about 1 hour and 30 minutes and that's not bad at all to have had drinks appetizers entree and conversation. Definitely a winner tonight.

I ordered my food an hour and a half ago and just now receiving it. My order was wrong. They didn’t give me no bread like I asked, no extra lemon no peppers on my shrimp and my food is extremely cold. I will never order from here again!!!

So this restaurant does not understand what curbside pick up is. Online it says you pull up and call, they deliver to your car. Well they dont, they make you stand in this mob of ppl, defeating the purpose of social distancing. When i order from a different cultured neighborhood, there is no issue but over here. Unprofessionally run. If they can manage curbside in other neighborhoods, why cant they in this neighborhood.

Busy looking as we arrived at 6pm but no wait really. A bit slow to get initial service order for drinks but once waitress was involved, smooth flowing. Food was cooked as ordered, five of us and a bit of variety and no issues. Have been before, would return again.

Everything was average, nothing special about this Longhorn. The service was very slow, and they took forever to bring out 2 salads and chicken fingers. I did see some trash on the floor. The food was ok. I would give them another try in the future.

If I could give this restaurant. Less than a star, I would do so. I went there with a new friend and her two children. The service was slow. And it took forever for us to get our food. I believe we might have been sitting there maybe 45 minutes. for Two children's plates. 1 adult plate, steak and shrimp, and one appetizer, a shrimp appetizer, I must say, I haven’t been in this restaurant for years, and now I know why the lousy service, the people who work there, the waitresses just don’t seem to care, the last time I was in there some years back it was the exact same thing, lousy service and taking forever in order to get your food.But in reality? Food service here in Atlanta. And customer service is down everywhere, so this is not surprising. I hate to say it. Any restaurant that has our people in it, black people, usually has lousy service. You have to go to the other people's restaurant in order to get. I enjoyed this meal. We ordered curbside. The suffed mushrooms were delicious but not enough. They are not worth $11. The chicken bites are the bomb! They taste really good even warmed up. The extra sauce is perfect. My Parmesean crusted steak could use a little more Parmesean but still good. The Parmesean chicken was great as well. They were skimpy on cinnamon and butter for sweet potatoes but I used my own. All the sides portions were on point they are usually short. They had plenty of extra parking spaces for pick up. We will definitely go back to this location.

I had lunch with a friend this afternoon. The grilled chicken, strawberry salad was a good choice, and the shrimp and lobster bisque was equally delicious. Felicia, our waitress, offered exceptional hospitality and made regular check-ins. It was an overall satisfying lunch experience.

My family and I loved the waiter that we had. He had such a pleasant attitude and his service was excellent. Should I say he went above and beyond. Keep up the good work young man. Hope we have a chance to have him again. My family and I were there on October 15,2023.At the long horn on Camp Creek. We were in both areas to your left second both near the window. This the second time I've been here the first time it was not good and I thought it was just me but I went here today it's the same thing I don't know if it's the cook or what but when I go in Fayetteville there is no problem with my food chicken overcooked taste Burns they want to tell me my food was waiting for 40 minutes that's not why I called in I called in because my food was burnt my Mac and Cheese was dry they didn't answer the phone I spent $41 for Two Plates I will never ever go here again

I used the curbside pickup fory dinner I placed the order in their app and waited the appropriate time. I told them in which space I was parked on arrival and then I waited. They were pretty busy, but it was 20 minutes after the te I was given when I placed the order that it arrived. The food was good, but could have been warmer. I have to reheat the baked potato to get the whipped butter that came with it to melt. It was pretty expensive for a so-so meal. it will be awhile before I return.

I was skeptical about coming here again. Haven’t been in 4-5 years, BUT TONIGHT! Everything was on point. From the Strawberry feta salad to the broccoli it was perfectly cooked and seasoned to my liking. My ribeye was seasoned and cooked to perfection as well ‼️ Well dome.

First the greeter was very rude. We were about to be seated for a reunion fit my granddaughter and her sister until we were told we couldn't be seated because w had a party of 8. Then we notice that there was a Caucasian family party of 8 sitting at the back table. When my daughter brought it to the managers attention the only thing he could say was OH. So we left and went somewhere else.

I went on a Saturday and believe it or not, it wasn't busy. I ordered a T bone steak, lobster baked potato and a salad. This was one of the best meals I've ever had. My steak was perfect! The lobster baked potato is fairly new, if you haven't tried it you have to! You will not regret it.

I always love to come here the food is on point and the steaks are well seasoned. Keep in mind there will be a wait. We waited about 35 mins before being seated but the food was worth the wait.

Everything was fresh and hot. The lamb chops were so tasty, and you have to try that extra butter on your brocolli! ? The bathroom floor was so greasy and the bathroom walls could stand a good scrubbing. They could also do a little better with cleaning the tables and seats after a party leaves before you seat the next guest.? Host and waitress were great! Overall, good visit!

Online order. Arrived called the number waited for ever them had to walk up and get my food. Left only to find out my 2 loaded potatoes were not loaded. There wasnt even any toppings to add to the potatoes myself. Brussel sprouts were A bit burnt as well

Our waitress Camelia was AWESOME! First time at the Camp Creek Location and she was AWESOME!! She knew what to suggest and had our order out in a timely manner and Chef was awesome! Steak was seasoned perfectly. I will be back! Oh! The 3 don Julio Margherita was a great addition to any meal.

I went to longhorn for my b day. The waiter wasn’t attentive so he ended up getting my order wrong. Steak was dry. I asked for my salad to have the dressing on the side but it came drenched in dressing.

Visited on a one day one way flight from Ohio to purchase a car. Greeted promptly by the host. Sat at the bar for quicker seating. Everyone was hustling. Great work ethic. Kevin was hands on throughout the dinning room. Krista did a great job making me feel at home. Kevin even came behind the bar to make sure I was enjoying my meal. I was as always!! Great steak, great food, great people. Thx all!!

Husband ordered curbside pick up. I ordered a strawberry salad and fried shrimp. Sadly, I couldn't eat any of my food because whoever sent the food out to the car didn't send any vinaigrette or dipping sauce with my order! I called the restaurant several times but no one ever answered the phone. Not even the manager, Kevin Brake according to my receipt. I think I can get better and quality service at Texas Roadhouse in Douglasville where the menu, food and service is always much better.

Social distancing made for an intimate dining experience. Steak was cooked perfectly.

Sad situation! I always try to avoid commenting if I don't have anything nice to say but I will NEVER go to another Longhorns because of the way we were treated here at this location. Shame on them!
