I have been staying here off and on for over a year. Recently i had issue with the female working day shift at front desk. Shes rarely friendly. I overlooked that. I stayed 2 days this last time. When i went to pay for my 2nd day i couldn't find the key. I told the lady and she charged my card $5. The next morning while packing i found the key. I take both keys and the remote control to the desk. This lady refused to give me back my $5. Her first excuse was that it cost to put back on my card. I told her no problem just give me cash. She refused. Then she said it cost them to change the locks. I explained there's no reason to change them now. She talked over me and was obviously going to escalate this situation. So i just told her thats fine keep that $5. I will not ever be staying here again. If $5 is worth losing a consistent paying customer then so be it. She said that's fine. So rude!! Shes never smiling. Has a negative attitude daily.

Maybe not what everyone likes and are use to but I had a really good time here...it was a place I could've called a home away from home with my best friend. I will treasure these memories I have of us when we didn't know what our next move was gonna be. This motel was cheap and a roof over our head. Enough said. I love you RWGJ always have and always will.

If I could put no stars I would. I'm originally from the area but moved away and came to town to visit. The room we had was room 12 for 2 nights. It had roaches coating the walls, there was trash under the beds, then the owner tried charging us for 2 more people staying even though only 4 people stayed in the room and we had 2 others come to help us pack up to leave. She argued with us then ended up charging my dads card for two more people. Do not recommend. I would've rather slept in the car for 2 nights than stay here.

I was with three other people and online it said $84. We show up and it’s $120. We take about 15 minutes to inspect our room before sleeping and there’s stains all over the blankets. One that looked like mold, one like a small amount of blood…. Only one light worked by the beds. We went to ask for a refund, and the lady said “you have already been here for thirty minutes”. They said no refund and switched us to a different room- it was slightly better, but very outdated, toilet had problems flushing. The gentlemen was nice, and I could tell he was trying to accommodate us better. Just needs as upgrade overall. For that price I at least expected a clean room!

I've been all over the country for work and this is the worst place I've stayed hands down. I was asked to leave after paying for a full week and never given a reason as well as being charged for an extra day besides the week I wanted to stay. Filthy rooms, old cat and dog food on the floors.

This place doesn't look great from the outside, they had smoking rooms which fit what we needed. New laminate flooring inside the room, bathroom was spotless, linens were clean and smelled nice. The bed was so comfy and it was for an excellent price. Don't judge it by the outside.

The woman at the front desk told me it would cost $520 to stay one week. I was told a much lower price last week by a different clerk. I have stayed here sporadically for the last 23 years with no problems. It’s unwise to loose customers because you are obviously racist and greedy. The rooms were not properly cared for the last time I stayed in 2018 but I overlooked it due to customer loyalty and pricing was the best in town. If I’m going to pay Mariot prices than I will take my money elsewhere since that’s what you prefer anyways. This woman is running your business into the ground.

Local here. People avoid this place unless they're looking to score or looking to get lucky. People come for the price, do the deed, finish, and leave. Don't bring your family, don't subject your kids to this.

This was a very poor hotel it was the closest thing that I came to a cockroach hotel ever. there was no garbage Can inside. The air conditioning did not work. Floors were dirty. Television that I got with the room they gave me a remote at the checkout at the counter it did not work. Entering the room there was no lights which as you couldn't find delights whiched to walk in and feel your way around to get a light turned on.

Only to find out how nasty and dirty these rooms are, and to see this timeline on your fiancées phone and google maps !!! Made me feel like a queen considering I dare him to ever take me to a nasty place like that. 🥰

These rooms need updated for the price they make you pay. And whoever cleans the rooms suck .. I found a half eating donut behind the bed ..and a few of of the lamps didn't have light bulbs. The air conditioner sets up to high, and you can't feel the air. The top cover on the bed had burn holes in it.. it just reminds me of the Bates motel.

I would leave 0 stars if possible. The roach motel is literally a scary movie. If you want to take home bed bugs, roaches and dont mind staying with little critters like possums this is the place for you. They price gauge their customers and this place is a serious health violation. I would sleep in my car before suffering through a rm here!

This place is a prime example of why you should check the out room conditions before you pay. Because once you’ve sign the papers, the room is yours. We went to Miami Florida one time and we were looking for a room to stay in and I told my friends check the room conditions before you pay. Because once you’ve signed them papers the room is yours and they’re not entitled to give you your money back.

The doors don't lock there was still food left in the room from whoever stayed before me and the heat didn't work. It was far to overpriced
