my sister an her daughter rented a room from them. they charge her 382.00 for the week. this was yesterday. first of all the room was nasty. The bath tub was blacK. There was so many roach bugs it wasn't funny. while my niece was sleeping they crawled on her in the bed. black an white like fuzzy mold on all the furniture. come night fall it was like all hell broke out. Doors slamming all night. everyone being loud. fighting. The hallway smell so bad it was so awful. I only stay Friday night. went this morning an ask for my money back. They would only give me 50.00. I will be contacting a attorney Monday morning along with corporate. Just in case they removed this from Facebook I'm also posting on Google reviews. DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP!

Well. Moved here February 10th. Got in room the fridge didn't work. I told management it took over a week to get one that didnt work but flooded the room. Moved to a studio and then had no AC or Heat because unit was not working was told for 2 weeks people were coming to service the unit but nothing. Then , got moved to another room and ac unit stopped working. So got moved to another room that had roaches. We bombed the room and moved in. Fast forward to April 14th. We didn't keep the same routine that day and a employee hired by Budgetel made a non resident a key for our room. They stole my phone , silver coins , some petty cash along with my child prescription. The employee is still working after a crime was committed. My stuff was taken and the manager is so crooked he knew the camera footage would be gone 7 days from the incident. But thankfully we have actual footage of the man coming in and out. And also the employee stating he made the person a key. Keep in mind this was employee's first week on the job. AND STILL AN EMPLOYEE NOW!! BE CAUTIOUS!!!!!

Brother living there, like others, can't afford apt deposits, no car, $950/month. Room ok, but people hanging outside everywhere sometimes makes it look like the 'hood on Friday night. Saw small roaches in laundry. The Disabled, people on gov't benefits, and few working people, some small kids playing in walkways. Loud, not quiet. Better than being homeless, but not ideal.

Don’t come here. Staff was rude & the rooms offer the bare minimum. Shouldn’t even be called a hotel.

Location is good. Staff is helpful, and as for the room? The bed was comfy. But the rest of the room was gross. Mold in the bathroom. Cockroaches. Just gross.

This place is under renovations. Some updated areas are really nice and others hopefully on the way. There is definitely alot of potential. Staff is very kind. One complaint I do have is the noise level. There are alot of raised voices 24/7 and banging/thumping. Alot of families stay here therefore there alot of children. Kids should definitely run and play, however it seems the parents don't watch or control them at all indoors or outdoors. The level of screaming nonstop outside and running up and down hallways inside is almost unbearable at times. This is one of the most affordable extended stay hotels around and I would certainly recommend. Just be prepared for noisy conditions and doing some of your own cleaning. Will stay again

Jamee Roach; Thank you for your review. I was looking for a place to stay while traveling for work and came across your (among others) review. I took notice that this cheap mentality of a place hasn't even taken the time to respond to your complaint. This a huge tell-tale that supports ur complaint. I found a VERY VERY NICE hotel right down the road @Stay Express Inn. It's a brand new hotel, not ONE stain, and EXTREMELY CLEAN for the same price. I back you in ur complaint, I'm SICK of these type of companies that have no respect for our hard earned money! Check my review @Stay Express Inn 6510 Ringgold Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37412

My daughter and my two grandchildren live there .Myself I wouldn't pay that price because they have a nice pool area, but never filled it up ... Oh and that's also false advertisement!!! It's online about their pool and it shows it being swam in, so should change advertising!!!

some of the workers there was nice and polite the rooms were not so bad i was there for a year when I first got to Chattanooga it was my self as at the time my boyfriend (now my husband) we was on the 3rd floor they was suppose to fix the pool and never did then we moved to down stairs closer to the laundry room but 2 out of the 4 washers did not work they had the vending machines in there had 7 out f 10 they didn't work you could never get change so you could wash from the front desk long story short I wouldn't not go back

The WiFi here is awful. They over charge on the rooms when the rooms are not so great and dirty. They still have 2.4g wifi upgrade to 5g's and I think Evey room should have wifi routers just being honest.

Well, where do I start? I moved in 3 weeks ago after suffering a terrible event causing me to lose my apt and paid $339 for My 1st week and that includes a $50 security Deposit. Well on that 1st day I was promised wifi and cable... Needless to say I have neither.the wifi comes up on the list yet u can't keep a steady connection and don't get me started on the 6 channel "cable" its all golf and news, every last channel....and then, I guess they're employees, just pop in on you with no prior consent. And its located in east ridge....lol.. other than that its a great place to stay, everyone is friendly and helpful and I've only seen 1 roach in my place since I've been there so props for that...but my issue is 282 for a week without cable and wifi...fix that, and this place has got it going on

This place is so much nicer now. :) The staff is super friendly and feels like family. The rooms are super clean and nice. They're remodeling the other buildings but, the one they have open is very nice. I recommend if you want a night away or you're needing a place to stay a couple days/weeks to come check them out. They're located in an area that is walkable to several restaurants and gas stations. They have a gate around the property and security guards. :) I'll definitely be back with my family. :)

Very friendly staff. Very clean and quiet. Love that they take responsibility in protecting their guest and making sure they feel welcome would most definitely be coming back for a stay

The absolute worst place to stay at in the world the rooms are tiny, they are the dirtiest place I've ever step foot in I had to get tooken to the hospital late last week because I caught a blood infection/ staff from their dirty bed linen! And because I was told to smoke outside which was not a problem doing so when door left open to smoke I got yelled at for smoke going inside the room because they was worried about their New smoke and fire alarm detectors! So I emprovised and I covered the detector with a grocery bag in order to help this hotel out and then I get a knock at the door saying front desk and when I went to the door and opened it the GM JASON tells me that they are doing a safety inspection! Haha!!! So they come in look up and ask what is this for I responded and he says get out!!! So I was in this establishment for 2 weeks going on 3rd Friday Aug 25th 2023 I paid a total sum of $380.00 for the third week of me staying so not only did they kick us out but also kept every penny that I paid them for the week.... but keep this I mind now the safety inspection did not happen at all to any of the other rooms just mine!!! So they singled my room out knowing that I had just paid all that money to days before!!! I move all of my stuff out to the parking lot.... waiting on a ride... then I get asked by the wanna be cop security guard when will the pile of stuff be gone. I responded when my ride gets here... then security tells me he is calling the cops!! So just a recap they constuded a whole entire plan... they kicked me out, they kept or stole my money, pushed me to nowhere to go at all, with no way of getting any kind of shelter in this ridiculous stroking heat, all just because they wanted to get free money from somebody thank you very much GM JASON!!! I will see u in court very soon!!!

This is absolutely the worst hotel they even had to shut it down for unsanitary reasons. Amish Patel had been going to court to reopen this place the staff are absolutely the worst he could find. Amish Patel and his brother Henry Patel also run the motel 6 at 5055 brainerd Rd. Ready to meet very rude staff and lots of roaches

Was a little sketched when we first got there as the place is surrounded by chain-link fence and they have a security guard on-site.. it was actually enjoyable stay and pretty quiet
