Found
out
about
this
beach
due
to
Yorkshire
live
as
a
hidden
gem
,
so
thought
as
we
were
in
the
area
we
would
give
it
a
try.
Although
parking
is
free,
the
car
park
is
pretty
small
so
I
would
have
other
plans
ready
just
in
case
you
canβt
get
parked,
as
everywhere
else
seems
to
have
double
yellow
lines.
Beach
is
dog
friendly
all
year
round
and
is
a
nice
sandy
beach.
There
is
a
slope
to
walk
down/up
to
get
on
the
beach
so
bare
this
in
mind
if
you
have
trouble
with
slopes.
Canβt
fault
the
beach
and
when
we
went
it
was
really
quiet,
I
can
see
why
it
is
a
hidden
gem.
Walked
for
about
2
hours
in
total
after
turning
right
at
the
bottom
of
the
slope
and
barely
saw
another
person.
Near
the
car
park
is
a
small
cafe
which
sadly
has
just
closed
when
we
got
there
after
our
walk
(about
4pm)
so
canβt
comment
on
this.
Warning
there
is
a
sign
about
unexploded
ordinance
as
the
beach
was
used
by
the
ministry
of
defence
previously
but
not
surprisingly,
didnβt
see
anything,
so
donβt
let
this
put
you
off.
Nice
beach
to
spend
the
day
at
or
walk
the
dog
without
the
hussle
and
bussle
of
other
nearby
beaches.
The
tide
comes
right
in
so
make
sure
you
check
tide
times
before
you
visiit.
