Usually have a pretty good experience here. Best thing to do is order online before and do the curbside pickup. The remodel inside looks nice as well.

The McDonald’s here in east Wenatchee is better than the one in Wenatchee, faster, kinder employees and get the orders right.

OMG ! That would have to be the slowest drive through I have had the misfortune to be stuck in.OK I get it , kids on holidays need jobs and training, but taking over 20 minutes for a senior coffee ,2 creamer, 2 Splenda a muffin and a large coke , come on management, lift your game.We got our coke and muffin , then watched as a new pot of coffee was put on to brew , why not put it on before when you realize the pot is empty? We sat at the window then was told they were waiting for the coffee to brew could we go around to the waiting area, and waited longer enough to go to the bathroom and back before the coffee was bought out. Definitely will NOT be going back to this Macca's. Slow be a compliment to describe the service there 🙄😳

my quarter pounder was RAW AND COLD on the inside !!! i'm so disgusted

So I come to this McDonald's quite often and usually have no issues with it what so ever. The employees are usually nice and everything is status quo. But today, 8/4/2023, was a different story. When I approached the drive through it was packed all the way into the main road. It's fine, I get it, McDonald's is a busy place so I decided to get in line anyways. I waited 18 minutes to finally reach the ordering speaker and menu. The first thing said to me was that they are only accepting cash right now. This immediately infuriates me because I was already waiting 18 minutes just to get to the ordering window and I have no cash on me. The line is so backed up from where you receive your food that I was going to wait another 15 minutes just to get out and not have any food. I can't believe a manager or employee couldn't come up with a simple idea such as, print out a word document letting people who are pulling into the drive thru know that they are only accepting cash at this time. This would have saved me 32 minutes of waiting and I could have gone elsewhere. I may have been a little upset about them not taking a card BUT I wouldn't have wasted my time and probably have not written a review. Sometimes it's the little things that count, so next time this happens print out a damn sign

Waited in an interminably long line in the drive thru only to be told their card reader was down and they only accept cash. That their card reader was down is an understandable problem beyond their control. What is unacceptable is that their manager didn’t take the simple and helpful step of putting a sign outside just before the point where cars get stuck in the drive thru with no way out. Very poor customer service to fail at such a simple and obvious courtesy.

This McDonald's currently has the best night shift at a fast food restaurant that I have seen. It seems to be the same two that I am in contact with. The gal that takes your order, and the kiddo with dark hair that hands me my food. Both are fun and polite. Always up beat and friendly. I go through late, 11 pm to 1am mostly for fries but do grab the occasional Big Mac. Food is always fresh and fries are hot! I have never had a bad experience with french fries at this location with these two folks, and whomever is in the background, if there is someone. I only come in contact with them. If you're having a late night Big Mac attack and/or need fries, that's where to go.

They got my initial order wrong and when I pointed this out they corrected the order and asked me to wait. After 20 minutes they brought me my order but it was cold and the frys were under-cooked to the point where they might have been considered uncooked. Use this location at your own peril, they don't give a **** at all.

I came for lunch during peak hours. The wait was long and I began to grow frustrated, however when Tyson brought my food out to my car, he was so polite and upbeat that it instantly changed my mood. Hands down the best customer service I have ever had at a McDonald’s. I will be back again because of that service.

Seemed the decor was new, or newly updated. Ordering was an adventure. Some kind of weird sauce or cheese on the "new" sausage and egg bagel. Would have been much better without it. Starting to get too expensive for what you get. $20 for two people on 2 "meal deals" ? 🤔 We would give it another try, next time through, if Costco wasn't open.

First time going to east wenatchee wa mcdonalds and waited 15 mins in a short line in drive-through. I was the 2nd car in line. Then, they hand me my coke and tell me park in front to wait for my 1 meal. Parked out front waited 24 minutes! Parking lot was full of others waiting. Went inside told the boy what i ordered, he said i took that out already. I said not to me. So waited again, 15 mins. Never again! He appologized. But i waited almost an hour for 1 meal??! Ridiculous. Wrotten language, young teens need to be supervised and taught manners and how to act right at work.

The drive thru was empty, and we got right through. But the person taking the order seemed confused, and or couldn't hear well through the speaker. And once we got our order straight at the pay window, the delivery window still tried to give us the wrong order. And then we waited several minutes for a very simple order. Normally, we have no issue with this establishment. Perhaps this was just one of those off nights. Everyone was friendly enough. And they loved my dog, who was in the car with us.

Fries & Nuggets were soggy and I ordered this around 6:50pm and was not expecting this bad of a food quality this night. Very disappointed. Hire people who actually fry new fries every 1-5 min like Wendy’s do. Keeping it fresh as well as the nuggets. Keep on your fast food game McDonald’s..

The service is like a box of chocolates- you know you’re probably gonna get one you don’t want. My orders are wrong at least half the time and I have to go back and deal with it inside and actually going inside to place an order old school? Don’t bother. I went in for an ice tea and after liters 20 minutes of blatantly being ignored by staff- forget it. Others in line ahead of me just left. Terrible customer service and mediocre service in general. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

After my DoorDash experience tonight with the East Wenatchee McDonald’s every time I go there the employees are messing around. No one is at the checkstand to help you. You have to wait for your meals 20 minutes then you got to make sure you check if they put the right stuff in on my DoorDash tonight was a simple order Got tartar sauce, put in the boxes where the N chicken nuggets went. back to get things straightened out and that’s the only time I’ve seen a manager move that fast. Everybody else was in the back screwing around not a good environment. They need to tighten their ship up. There are a bunch of screw us over there.

Go earlier in the day. The young staff is unprofessional. They do anything but their job. Have had bad experiences before but this one was just horrible. They were unsanitary touching the ground then the food, just horrible. Finally received the order after almost half an hour and even then it was missing items. Unfortunately since it was take out we didn't notice until we got home and it was too late.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and had 3 people have their order taken before mine. I didn't get to complete my order and when I tried to call them to complete it I got no response. When I got to the window I told them that my order was not complete and they should have asked me if the order was right, they blew me off and talked over me. Same thing happened to my husband a week ago. We will NOT be ordering here again.

Can not understand why anyone that wants to go inside has to have the worst spots to park. Must be at least 8 of those spots you use your app and 3 or 4 handicap spots, but no one parked in them. Kinda like they don't want anyone inside. Not much thought about the rest of us. See the photo. Empty but we're not suppose to park there.

Great customer service, welcomed as soon as we came in. Employee checked in with our table multiple times to make sure everything was good. Best McDonald's experience I've ever had

The inside looks nice but the flys swarming around as u order I would say is a huge problem 😬 not appealing at all. Management needs to take care of it ASAP. Even the checker was commenting how frustrated he was!!

Food is good and well put together. Employees are typically easy to get help from. Drive thru at night can get pretty bad sometimes sitting for an hour or so to get your food. But other than that pretty good prices and overall good staff.

The crew on the front counter and the management were fantastic my food was wonderful and excellent as always I will return and I recommend highly

This specific store isn't always a poor experience, but I can't count the number of different times that I've got food from here, and it's usually lukewarm. It's not been like that every time, but definitely, my last few visits have been less than ideal. This store isn't consistent.

Honestly one of the best experiences I've had at McDonald's. I occasionally stop here on my way to work and they always knock it out of the park. Fast service, hot and fresh food, friendly employees. Wonderful.

I got Lg Vanilla Lattes here twice and they were undrinkable. It tasted like burnt plastic was mixed in with the coffee - just terrible. I threw them away both times. The drive thru was soooo slow, both at night and in the morning. Just a pathetic McDonald's.

Online says 24 hours but overnight hours are inaccurate. There are already hardly any places to get food during graveyard shifts, and it's frustrating to drive to one of the only places that is supposedly "24 hours" to find they are closed. Nothing indicated they were closed, lights were on inside and on the menu and workers were inside the building. My husband sat at the menu waiting and no one told him they were closed or said anything through the speaker. This was around 2:45 am.

Waited in line for 25 minutes today, most of the time it's at least 15. On multiple occasions I have been in the drive thru and ill have to wait 5+ minutes for someone to take my order, or holler to get someone's attention. Most of the employees don't seem to care, but there are a few that are great.

Seems to be much more prompt & organized than Wenatchee store. Offers full menu Including ice cream late at night. Accepts Uber Eats & Door Dash. Orders fill fairly quick. Staff is not always the friendly though.

Good for a quick bite before catching the Amtrak. Drive thru is usually quite busy but seems to normally move fairly quickly. I have had instances of poor service here, but it's a typical McDonald's.

Currently at BK & the employee approached me, to ask what i needed, unlike at Mcds. Shane needs to work at the strip club or wherever they pay Dancers. I translated to her what an older lady needed, and she said she can just get a refund without knowing if the order was or not ready. The thin girl with glasses who started around 4 pm today, sept 10, Saturday was who came in and got things done as is. I asked her to help me after waiting for 30 mins with other drivers coming in and out, before me. Shenae needs help on how to really be a leader. Please hire people who really want to work. Thanks !

Surprisingly, the drive thru was pretty fast! Got my order correct and finally the fries were fresh! Great job!

Horrible experience... Drive thru employee wouldn't let me order a small Sprite with my grandson's happy meal. He was so upset. They need to train their employees better.

12-24 @2am excellent above and beyond customer service from night shift despite being short staffed! I will now exclusively only go to the Eastside location as the employees are far more kind than Wenatchee location. I'm glad I took the time to go across the river.

Staff was friendly quick and they got our complicated order right drive thru area and parking g lit was clean we did not go inside.

Visited after midnight 9/21/21. Absolutely awful customer service. I was given attitude the entire visit and they got my order wrong. The order only had one item so they either really suck at their job or purposefully didn't bother to make the my order right. Either way, this McDonalds is the worst. Sadly, it wasn't the first time I've gone to this specific McDonalds and received sass as well as a messed up, stale order. I would recommend the one in Wenatchee but it's not much better.

It was great we were in a festival and we all when there. 72 kid plus adults there ordering and thay had 100 patients very nice people.
