So
I
come
to
this
McDonald's
quite
often
and
usually
have
no
issues
with
it
what
so
ever.
The
employees
are
usually
nice
and
everything
is
status
quo.
But
today,
8/4/2023,
was
a
different
story.
When
I
approached
the
drive
through
it
was
packed
all
the
way
into
the
main
road.
It's
fine,
I
get
it,
McDonald's
is
a
busy
place
so
I
decided
to
get
in
line
anyways.
I
waited
18
minutes
to
finally
reach
the
ordering
speaker
and
menu.
The
first
thing
said
to
me
was
that
they
are
only
accepting
cash
right
now.
This
immediately
infuriates
me
because
I
was
already
waiting
18
minutes
just
to
get
to
the
ordering
window
and
I
have
no
cash
on
me.
The
line
is
so
backed
up
from
where
you
receive
your
food
that
I
was
going
to
wait
another
15
minutes
just
to
get
out
and
not
have
any
food.
I
can't
believe
a
manager
or
employee
couldn't
come
up
with
a
simple
idea
such
as,
print
out
a
word
document
letting
people
who
are
pulling
into
the
drive
thru
know
that
they
are
only
accepting
cash
at
this
time.
This
would
have
saved
me
32
minutes
of
waiting
and
I
could
have
gone
elsewhere.
I
may
have
been
a
little
upset
about
them
not
taking
a
card
BUT
I
wouldn't
have
wasted
my
time
and
probably
have
not
written
a
review.
Sometimes
it's
the
little
things
that
count,
so
next
time
this
happens
print
out
a
damn
sign
