Transaction was fast, a little opportunity with the cleanliness of the building. Always a busy location with mobile orders. Would like to see the building have a drive-thru in the near future for convenience. Overall I give it 4 stars. Thanks Starbucks!

Ordered a drink and a breakfast sandwich. Sandwich came out right away but was never notified about my drink. Finally after waiting through customers who ordered after us I asked about my drink. The person behind the counter asked me “isn’t it over there?” Pointing to a table by the garbage cans. Why do you ask my name if you’re going to just put it out without mention? And please don’t act too concerned about me waiting and having to ask where my drink is. Not short staffed either. There were as many behind the counter as there were customers. Not the end of the world by any means just not great customer service followed up with rudeness. If I go back, hope I have a better experience.

They don’t heat up the sandwich’s. The egg was cold😔

The first and only time that I went to this place, ordered...and they got my order wrong. The beverage that I ended up getting was still tasty and delicious, but I have no idea whether I ended up overpaying or underpaying for my beverage. The service itself was good. The employees were kind and helpful, and the place was quiet. Given that I went at night on a weekday, the place was quiet, which makes sense. I don't know how busy it gets on the weekends or during the day, but I think it's safe to assume that it's busier during those times. Also, this location was pretty clean, which is pretty standard on all the Starbucks that I have visited.

The service was great and so were the drinks but it took them well over 20 minutes to make mine. I understand that it's busy but there were at least 5 people that ordered AFTER me that got theirs before I did and they had more in their orders.

This is one of the few retail establishments I know where I have never had a bad experience. Not that they are always perfect, but they always make sure you leave happy. I started going to this store regularly after I moved nearby and I had started undergoing cancer treatment and I needed something to get me up and out of the house. It was near enough to not be tiring, and I have been in there dragging catheters and monitors and portable chemo and every single time was greeted with a smile and usually my name and when time permitted, pleasant conversation. It was a great source of joy during a bad time that has turned into a pleasant habit. There are a lot of places to get a good cup of coffee, but I would recommend this place for the amazing service and atmosphere, no matter how many people come and go. Love you guys!

I found this to be a quaint Starbucks conveniently located near the Petco we go to frequently. The very polite servers impressed me.

Seems that this Starbucks has trouble getting orders correct...some people may consider going to the Wenatchee Starbucks and having the young lady named Taylor take your order! Taylor suggests drinks that I wouldn't have even dreamed of and she can tell you the calorie content of every added syrup and the exact calories in the drink she prepared for you! (You may not want to know the caloric content of the caramel frappacino plus 10 pumps of chocolate and whip creme with a sprinkle of what ever on top with a drizzle of chocolate cascading down the whip...) Tip your barista well! She makes caffeine a pleasurable experience. ☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕

Brought my own cup per the advertised promotion to receive points and get a dime off but received neither. Barrister got order wrong and had to remake it after which she got very surly. The lobby was especially loud with background music and the barristas were all talking amongst themselves instead of the customers, no wonder the order was incorrect. This is the only corporate location in area so they have a captive audience and don't seem to care about customer service or their image. This is not an isolated incident at this store.

Normally I have a fine experience but I ordered a coffee today and when I picked it up it didn’t feel heavy enough. I hadn’t even taken a sip and when I got home and opened it, it wasn’t even full!? If i pay for a venti coffee, I would like a FULL venti coffee.

I go here everyday. I walk in and they have my water ready. Bright but subdued colors along with the typical attractive employees and the great smell of coffee all of the time. It's never a problem to get the bathroom code from them and they have often given me free stuff as they know I'm homeless.

This applies to all Starbucks it seems. Used to be more than just a coffee shop. Staff used to care about their jobs and offered a friendly experience to customers. That has mostly gone away. Now it's clear that employees feel it's just a corporate churn. Get the customers through the line ASAP and move on to the next person. Service is usually slow and zero personal touch or conversation whatsoever. Starbucks has fallen pretty far.
