If things go well, you are in for a great stay. If not, be prepared for incompetent service. We stayed for 7 nights in total and our first stay of 6 nights were near perfect. We checked back in for one more night after a short time away. We checked in late at night, and were first given a room with unclean toilet. Then we were moved to a room with a cockroach. Finally we were given another room, but this one had some kind of pesticide stench. We barely got enough sleep. Next day we paid and checked out. Later when I contacted them asking for a refund for the appalling night, they refused a full refund. I spoke to a certain Brajesh and he said the best they could do was "some discount" on our next stay. I explained to him that I needed a hotel room in Bangalore only under exceptional circumstances and I may never need another hotel to stay in Bangalore. He was unsympathetic, and he continued pressing the point that they didn't find any cockroach in the room. Overall it has been such a harrowing experience with customer service. We also found a few Google reviews which used the exact same words. Surely these are paid/fake reviews.

USP of this hotel is good service. Facilities are not the best but not bad either. This place is value for money. Good food and hygiene is priority for the staff. Quiet place amongst residential location and hence place is suitable for business or family stay. Parking spots are less. Ambience is good. On the whole, recommended place for business or vacation stay.

Be very careful here. Duplicate/fake reviews on Google, terrible service at the reception, quality of rooms all over the place. We stayed here 7 nights in total. Our first stay here we had a very nice room, no complaints. But when we returned after travel few days later for our last night's stay, we were offered a room with an unclean, recently used toilet. We asked for a different room and were sent to a room where there was a cockroach inside the pillow cover. We then moved to a third room which reeked of pesticide. Appalling conditions. A refund for the last night is only fair.

It has multi cuisine restaurant, excellent food and great service..Wow really enjoyed, I didn't stayed there, my self was there for 2 day program.. food was top class.. really enjoyed there meal.. hotel is very clean and sure will try to stay in future visit..

Very nice, comfortable hotel with spacious, well appointed rooms with comfortable beds and excellent AC. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant facilities were also excellent. Service was top-notch and friendly. Great location in Bangalore, close to metro.

Best staff, best food, best service!!! I just loved everything about this place. They have a very warm and welcoming front desk staff who are ready to help you in any and every situation, the housekeeping staff who are always energetic and take initiative to come and ask for a room cleanup even before you need to dial. Now some may think it's maybe too much but I love how the guest doesn't have to see a dirty room for him to call and ask the housekeeping to clean it, the service staff at the restaurant is always smiling, ready to serve you the most delicious food made by the kitchen team. It's also beautiful to see how they go by their daily work with the utmost team spirit. And I can't really explain how much purpose driven Tamara Leisure Experiences, their parents brand is towards sustainability. Their entire aim is to provide sustainable luxury and trust you will find examples in every nook and corner of how they do that! Just amazing! Loved all the properties I wish I could take a few names and thank them for the support at the hotel but trust me, each and every staff member is equally helpful and kind hearted!!!

👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 for the eco friendliness ! They are serving safe drinking water in glass bottles ONLY .... no plastic water bottles anywhere ... Body wash and body lotion are in wall mounted refillable containers ...dental kits are not provided but have to ask if needed .. the lights in the corridors are censor based , so saving power ...kudos to these steps . Very clean hotel . Con- Half of the staff , especially the ones I had spoken to over the phone are kind of curt, not courteous at all . Overall , very happy with the hotel .

The location is fantastic, with many coffee shops nearby and an easy access to the metro station, making it a breeze to get around as Bengaluru is a city that is best traveled by metro. The hotel is situated in a quiet, posh neighborhood, making walks enjoyable and peaceful. The staff is truly outstanding, with Akshay at the front desk always going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He never says 'no' to a request and always finds a way to make it happen. Housekeeping, including Sharook, Nataraj, Naveen, and Rahman, kept our rooms tidy and responded quickly to requests. The hotel's menu is reasonably priced, and the food is delicious. While they are open to letting you order food delivery from Swiggy or Zomato to your room, their room service and dining option also offers delicious dishes. We particularly enjoyed the chili chicken prepared by Chefs Girish and Raghavendra. They offer the option to have food reheated and delivered to your room. Which is a treat! The rooms are modern, clean, and soundproof. We stayed in both the executive and elite rooms, with the elite suite being spacious and comfortable. Although accessories are not provided upfront, they are promptly delivered upon request. The bathrooms are well-designed, and while water pressure could be improved, we still had a great experience overall. However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The breakfast offered at the hotel is limited and not very appetizing, despite being charged a significant amount. The in-menu dining options (during breakfast) were often unavailable or reserved for the following day. The hotel's prices are relatively high, and some of the additional charges and taxes may not be justified by the limited amenities provided in the rooms. Additionally, there was a recurring issue of an unpleasant odor in the bathrooms, which the hotel should address. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and will return soon !
