They have a range of treatments and massages available. They give free consultation by ayurvedic doctor which is inclusive in the price of the massage. I booked an appointment before going as per my time requirements. Went for Abhyanga massage (full body), which was good prices at 1350/- (without the steam). It's like traditional Kerala massage and they almost bathe with oil. They also have an option of steam bath post massage. The masseuse was good and provides right pressure as per one demands.

I met Dr.Anushya for my pregnancy. She was very kind hearted and too polite to answer all my questions throughout my pregnancy. I strictly followed all her diet and medicines. She also helped me to deliver a baby normally. Though she was on her medical leave, she keeps on getting update from me regarding my health through call. Even after my delivery, she helped me a lot to handle postpartum and also she guided me on each and every little things to handle a baby. Had problem with my lower back pain disc bulge L5 S1. Was not able to do my daily activities. Ortho one Doctors recommended for 6 months rest. But tried Ayurvedic Kati vasti at Cauvery Ayurveda gramma. I took 7 session on daily basis it was about 30 mins process. After 2 sessions itself I could feel my muscle stiffness was alright. And I am back to my Normal works after 7 sessions with little pain while sitting as it takes some 2 weeks to recover. Highly recommended this therapy to those to suffer from lower back pain due to long car/byke drives and IT professionals. Dr. Akshaya suggested this treatment at their concern. Great relaxation provided by the therapists. The great thing is there is a consultation provided by the doctor before any therapy. Thought it to be a spa but turned out to be treatment centre. The therapists are trained on it and full care was provided for me to not get cold . The first time it is and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Would visit in a regular intervals.

The service provided by Cauvery Ayurveda Gramma is excellent. The price at which they offer the therapy is affordable, especially the package. For the past 1 year, they have moved to a newer building behind GEM hospital, which has given more space and better ambiance. The rooms are neat and there is no doubt about privacy.I have even recommended this to my family member and they too vouch for the effectiveness.
