Visited here today for my cousins birthday, with all the family. Nice friendly staff, but could of cleared our tables a bit at times. Food was good. Lots of variety on the menu. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. Toilets were freezing, so take your jacket!

Last minute decision to come here this evening, been here many times ove the years. Had a great walk around the harbour and fancied a last minute treat before heading home. So straight for the dessert menu. Presentation was top quality and quality was fantastic for price. Service was fantastic staff very friendly and a first for us they asked us if any allergy suffers which we did have and guided us through the menu ingredients. Very impressed forward thinking for their customers

Had nice dinner on weekday The vibes are nice The staff smiling and very friendly Food was good , limited vegetarian options though Kids meal is nice and good for price The free salad is so lovely however needs to be refilled as some options ran out and were not refilled may be arrive early for dinner .

Pleasant visit, set on the harbour with gorgeous views. Staff are a bit pushed but friendly. They ran out of signature rotisserie chicken on my visit(!) but quickly replaced with another chicken breast dish.

We come for breakfast here every Sunday morning and it's great. The experience is made for us by the absolute star server called Sam. She's attentive, kind, friendly and happy to help with any requests. The food is good, restaurant is clean but Sam makes the experience special every week. She's an amazing asset to the team! Thanks for looking after us Sam 😁

It's a typical Harvester but in the impressive Sovereign Harbour. They lucked out when they secured this prime eatery location in the development. Sat right on the main harbour, set back with loads of outdoor seating overlooking the water. All the restaurants are in a bustling and interesting location, with views and lots of people moving around. Lots of fun to visit. We had the dog, so getting a table in the bar area was chaotic. You can't book "bar" tables, so you need to jostle for a table and find enough chairs. The heavens had opened, so outdoor tables were not an option and everyone was indoors. We would have eaten outdoors had it not trained. Food was good, we all had nice meals with plenty to eat. Service was quick and the service staff were great. The place was a little mismanaged, drinks machines running out of Pepsi early in the evening, cooking smoke filling the bar area, salads not getting topped very regularly. Still a good quality and good value meal.

The restaurant was severely understaffed, the food portions are now tiny, but the price has remained the same. The food was overcooked/burnt. The floor in the toilets was extremely sticky. They had 'run out' of Rotisserie Chicken, but it appears they don't actually offer it, based on previous reviews. I'm afraid it was very poor value for money and not a great atmosphere. The poor staff were run off their feet. Please employ more staff and improve the quality of the food. You cannot charge the prices you have listed in your menu when the portion size has been reduced so much, and the food arrives burnt.... I am a fan of Harvester, but this visit was concerning. If that's the direction you are going in, bare minimum staffing, tiny burnt portions of food and high prices, it becomes difficult to justify a visit.

I will give you the full story . We always use Harvester, but after last night's performance probably never again . 1. Had to wait 1 hour and 15 mins for our food . 2. When food eventually arrived my daughters chicken was under cooked , blood coming out of the pink meat ( not good , waitress took back to the kitchen and came back and explained it was probed and was at the right temp ??? ) 3. Just a point to note another couple got their chicken 10 mins after we did and they found the same problem , but they left the restaurant. 4. My wife asked for a skewer / chicken and wanted to double up as per menu , but instead of the double up price advertised in the menu , she was charged for 2 skewers! 5. We paid £90 for that experience and my daughter said she would probably not eat chicken again for a while , and being over charged on the skewers. It was not the waitresses fault it was definitely issues in the kitchen , apparently 3 members of staff had walked out ! That's not our problem , and what makes it even worse the restaurant was not really that busy . I feel really let down by your brand , you were second to none prior to covid , but since it has been gradually going down hill , that spoilt our evening celebrating a family event and turned around to become a very disappointing evening that over shadowed the event . I think we will be giving the Eastbourne Marina site a miss for a long time, probably will look at another brand like Beef Eater . I am sorry to write this to you , but I am not surprised you will lose more customers because of below par service and you set the bar high with a good standard and it has dropped right off the mark by a long way .

The restaurant is in a fantastic location, we could eat and watch the harbour. The staff were really friendly and available to satisfy our every need. Our meals were also delicious and exceeded our expectations. So an excellent experience that we will definitely repeat.

Disappointed with having to wait when we first arrived. Nobody coming up to us as we stood at the front desk . Eventually approached and seated. Another substantial wait for service, but once our waitress had come over to us, the service drastically improved. Food not fantastic but good value for money. The self-serve salad bar makes all the difference. Great to take the kids to fill them up when you're out and about and don't want to cook when you get home .

We had booked a table, as was given a gift card. Quick service and taken to our table, given a choice where we wanted to sit, as was quite early. We were served by Louis, who was very attentive and friendly. He informed us of the choices, checked we were OK at the right time, ie, not when we had a mouth full of food. We would like to say to his managers that he is a big credit to the Harvester company. Mr and Mrs D O'Neill.

Food as expected and consistent throughout chain. No problem. Order at the bar seemed to be an issue. Food never came, had to chase up the mains after seeing others being served. This was resolved quickly. Second orders, coffee and desert, same issue as before. Even at 9pm and near empty. Still had to chase up. Would have been nice to have coffee with the mini desert. I would go back.
