will
give

full
story
.
We
always
use
Harvester,
but
after
last
night's
performance
probably
never
again
.
1.
Had
to
wait
1
hour
and
15
mins
for
our
food
.
2.
When
food
eventually
arrived
my
daughters
chicken
was
under
cooked
,
blood
coming
out
of
the
pink
meat
(
not
good
,
waitress
took
back
to
the
kitchen
and
came
back
and
explained
it
was
probed
and
was
at
the
right
temp
???
)
3.
Just
a
point
to
note
another
couple
got
their
chicken
10
mins
after
we
did
and
they
found
the
same
problem
,
but
they
left
the
restaurant.
4.
My
wife
asked
for
a
skewer
/
chicken
and
wanted
to
double
up
as
per
menu
,
but
instead
of
the
double
up
price
advertised
in
the
menu
,
she
was
charged
for
2
skewers!
5.
We
paid
£90
for
that
experience
and
my
daughter
said
she
would
probably
not
eat
chicken
again
for
a
while
,
and
being
over
charged
on
the
skewers.
It
was
not
the
waitresses
fault
it
was
definitely
issues
in
the
kitchen
,
apparently
3
members
of
staff
had
walked
out
!
That's
not
our
problem
,
and
what
makes
it
even
worse
the
restaurant
was
not
really
that
busy
.
I
feel
really
let
down
by
your
brand
,
you
were
second
to
none
prior
to
covid
,
but
since
it
has
been
gradually
going
down
hill
,
that
spoilt
our
evening
celebrating
a
family
event
and
turned
around
to
become
a
very
disappointing
evening
that
over
shadowed
the
event
.
I
think
we
will
be
giving
the
Eastbourne
Marina
site
a
miss
for
a
long
time,
probably
will
look
at
another
brand
like
Beef
Eater
.
I
am
sorry
to
write
this
to
you
,
but
I
am
not
surprised
you
will
lose
more
customers
because
of
below
par
service
and
you
set
the
bar
high
with
a
good
standard
and
it
has
dropped
right
off
the
mark
by
a
long
way
.
