Bupa
is
an
Incompetent
dental
practice
as
both
either
nhs
and
private
!
After
having
been
kicked
out
of
my
nhs
practice
locally
with
no
formal
letter
or
any
information.
I
have
had
to
move
practices
to
one
that
is
40
mins
away
as
they
did
not
have
any
space
for
me
privately.
Upon
booking
my
appointment
I
was
charged
79
poinds.
I
explained
my
symptoms
down
the
phone
of
what
I
needed
which
was
scaling
the
receptionist
assured
me
everything
was
included,
I
turn
up
to
the
appointment
for
the
dentist
to
take
a
look
in
my
mouth
and
attempt
to
pressurise
me
into
paying
another
79
pound
to
have
them
cleaned
by
a
hygienist
which
again
is
a
separate
appointment
more
time
and
money
wasted,
in
an
attempt
to
put
there
incompetence
right
the
manager
offered
me
a
discount
one
of
which
does
not
equate
to
the
amount
of
distress
and
unprofessionalism
the
practice
has
shown.
It
came
across
as
money
grabbing
and
not
one
I
expected
from
a
private
service,
you’d
expect
more
transparency
and
communication
of
services
for
a
private
practice.
I
will
not
be
re
booking
any
appointments
and
will
make
sure
neither
friends
nor
family
do
as
the
prices
are
unrealistic
compared
to
other
practices,
the
receptionist
and
services
where
misleading
and
a
waste
of
time.
All
in
all
not
impressed
at
all
as
have
been
a
life
long
customer
since
I
was
born
and
never
been
overly
impressed
with
there
services
but
this
really
topped
it
off.
Don’t
waste
your
time
or
money
and
go
else
where
as
a
practice
group
I’m
astounded
by
there
customer
care.
