I have been a client of the beauty lounge for a few months(a little bit after they opened) and I must say, it is a great place with great energy. Jocelyn is extremely professional and great and what she does. She offers great advice on what your hair needs. I have had keratin, highlights, roots, blowdry , curls and makeup done here and am very satisfied with the outcome. I now am a regular and there every few weeks for touch ups, etc. Jocelyn, you are amazing and so kind! The entire staff works so hard and really makes you feel comfortable which is super important when doing services that require a few hours(highlights etc), the prices are also very fair. I would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience here. Stephanie is very skillful, nice and attentive. I went for a haircut and left with a whole makeover! Very pleased. The space is welcoming and comfy and plenty off the street parking. Highly recommend.

I have already been to Jocelyn a few times for haircuts, toners, root smudge, deep conditioning and a face frame. From the first encounter this past summer, she made me feel like I have known her forever. She is very personable. This most recent time, she was able to do a face frame for me even though I had only booked her time for a cut and blowdry. She did it all under 2 hours! I have gotten so many compliments on my hair. The staff is very friendly and the place is clean. Definitely recommend/

I’ve been to lots of hairdressers that get it wrong either with my cut , color or highlights, for years now I’ve stuck with Stephanie because she’s fantastic. She listens and understands the look and color I want and anytime I’ve tried another hairdresser I end up annoyed because the look is wrong yet they take my money. A friend recommended The Beauty Lounge a few months ago; she consistently goes and always loves the results. I finally walked in today on a whim and requested an appointment with Jocelyn for a glaze and haircut. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such kindness from everyone. They were able to accommodate me (I felt terrible, I usually make appointments lol). Jocelyn asked me a few questions about what I wanted and walked me through what she would do. I left with my hair looking great and feeling super healthy. I will now be going to The Beauty Lounge for my usual 6 week trim and glaze!!!

She's done a huge list of services for me throughout the years including: Highlights, glazes, hair extensions, hair cuts, blow dry's and hair styling for all events. It comes out flawless and gorgeous EVERY TIME!! Stephanie is so talented , very friendly and professional! I've also known Sam for a few years and she is also Amazing!! This was my first time going to the Beauty Lounge and definitely will not be my last! Amanda did an amazing job on my hair! I had gone to my local salon in CT for color and left so disappointed. If only I had gone to the Beauty Lounge in the first place! Amanda did exactly what I wanted. I showed her a picture of what I was hoping for, a subtle grown out balayage and that's what I got! Amanda and the entire staff were so friendly and the salon is absolutely adorable! I can't wait to go back for a scalp treatment in a few weeks!

Rude Staff, Worst Color. They completely destroyed my hair color. When I went back and complained that the colors didnt match and that I never had this before, they said "did you go to cosmetology school?" I did not go to cosmetology school, but I know bad hair color when I see it and wouldn't trust them with fixing my hair. I don't know where the 5 stars came from, but this is the first time I have EVER been so upset that I (a) demanded my money back - which they did not give and (b) actually took the time to write a review.

I started going here when I needed an emergency hair fix after losing a ton of hair. My wedding was coming up. Stephanie worked her magic with tape in and hand tied extensions. If you’re looking for an extension or blonde specialist, I highly recommend Stephanie. Sams work is amazing too bc she does Stephanie’s hair and I envy it!
