This location is so great! I’m from Toronto and this COBS location is so much better than the ones we have in Toronto. The cheese bread is incredible, cheese on top and cheese inside. It was so fresh too, I could have ate the whole loaf in one sitting, but practiced self control. The chocolate scones are also great, the chocolate flavour mixed with the chocolate chips is both a delicious taste and a delightful texture. I can’t wait to try more from there. I also have had the pleasure of chatting with the owner and she is so lovely. Definitely recommend!

It was my first time ordering from this location of COBS Bakery and they never cease to amaze me with the freshness of all the items. I had ordered Sunflower-Flaxseed Loaf, Focaccia bread and Chocolate Croissant. The owner, Alicia, is a lovely lady and she offered us freebie buns and who doesn’t like freebies right ;) I highly recommend to support this business based off of St. Thomas and I am definitely going to order again :)

Stopped in for a treat this morning and so glad I did. The peach custard danish was amazing and the staff was even better. They are passionate about their products and guided me to what I was looking for. I know their days start very early, so I'm impressed with their energy and joy. Welcome to St Thomas!

Their scones are amazing! Favourites being the pumpkin, cinnamon and blueberry lemon. The staff here are kind and cheerful, and the atmosphere of the store is very cozy.

We can't say enough good things about Cobs Bread here in St Thomas. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and when we requested a special order, they were more than excited to try it. Trying to find a good gluten free bread or roll is nearly impossible, but the LOWFOD bread that they make is the solution to our gluten issues. The staff was willing to try to make us some LOWFOD buns. This was the first time in over 3 years we could enjoy a burger without the cardboard taste or the buns falling apart. We will definitely be ordering them in the future. Thank you Cobs,
