Horrible place to shop. Staff is extremely rude. I highly recommend staying away from this place if you want to keep your dignity. Friend of mine went in to try clothes and was told she has B.O. and was asked to leave and could no longer try on clothes unless she was going to buy them. This friend of mine has no body odor issues I've known her for years, staff accuses customers of these things without any grounds. Again this is a real poor place to shop for anyyning. WARNING TO ALL STAY AWAY!!!

Went to this shop on recommendation of chiropractor for sandals, was told they would fit me for them. I had to ask for bigger size. I used and erred as they are expensive, so decided to get them as that was what I was told I needed, showed them to my chiropractor who said to take them back if I still thought they were too small. So I did Not a great reception when I walked in explained I can feel the ridge at the top of the shoe was told I push my foot up too far and she tightened the straps now when I wear them i either feel the ridge at the top and if I move my too down the lip on the heel. I also noticed I came away with the smaller pair of the shoe I tried on originally tried on. If I have to get another pair I will defernetly go somewhere else $130:00 Plus tax might not seem a lot to the 3 women in the store but it is a lot for me. Had better fitting of shoes in Wal-Mart. Sorry your customer service skills are not good. Thank you for the reply. What the manager fails to say is that I took the candles back and asked for a refund I was told that an exchange or in-store credit was all I could have, exchanged for the correct size. The manager telephoned me later that day and apologized and said I was told that as she was not there and if I was still not satisfied I could bring back the candles and get a refund, She also stated she had been away for a few days and had just seen the comment I had left, I informed her I would try the candles for a while to ensure they were more comfortable then decide if I still needed to return them, when I asked her if she wanted me to remove the comment she said yes. So I look at it as because of the bad review this was why she phoned and changed her mind on the refund.

After care Service - very Poor client relations. Too hard and fast on return policy. Be wary of spending your hard earned money. Make sure the boot or shoe is exactly what you like, fit and want. Absolutely deplorable after care service. No returns accepted without any exception. They take pride in being a hard nosed rule maker. Have been a long time customer and agree they carry quality products. Unfortunately as a person in customer relations will never shop or refer there again. Very dissappointed

Great staff, super helpful, and they make awesome suggestions. I needed to make sure I had shoes that would be supportive, easy to get on and off, and we're good quality after surgery. They measured me up, brought me the best choices suited to my feet and needs, and were friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend coming here!

I have never encountered such knowledgeable sales staff when purchasing footwear. The care that these ladies put into finding the right shoes for their customers is outstanding and you cannot find that kind of customer service anywhere else. Once you enter this store you will absolutely leave with a product that is best suited for you because these ladies know their stuff!!! To top it all off the products are of high quality -so you know they will last. Would highly recommend any of the Mugford’s shoes locations to anyone looking for great footwear and amazing service.

A shoe shopping experience like no other - gone are the day when the staff are as knowledgeable about their product as they are at Mugford Shoes - a local family run business that prides itself on providing good quality shoes with an emphasis on "comfort". I popped in for their no tax sale at lunch today and came home with a cute pair of sandals. When I mentioned my 87 year old Mother now needs velcro shoes, I was offered to take some pairs home for her to simply try. What a thoughtful offer. I highly recommend Mugford Shoes.

Great store with good selection and knowledgeable staff. I called ahead to inquire about a specific pair of boots that I couldn’t find at any other store in London or St. Thomas, and they had them and saved them at the front for me. It made my shopping experience easy and pleasant. Will shop here again for sure!
