I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. We ordered from here on New Years Eve and had an unfortunate issue with the delivery company we used to order food. The staff at the restaurant though was great, we eventually got the food (which was amazing- yellow curry and tom kha soup) and a little extra for our wait which wasn't their fault at all. Would and will order from this place again. Customer service and the food deserves more than 5 stars.

it was amazing. we ordered green curry, the pad Ki mow and cashew stir fry. despite being delivered the food was hot and well prepared. absolutely shattered our expectations. it's nice to find a great Thai restaurant in Ottawa!

If you are craving Thai food, then you MUST try this restaurant. They have one of the best pad Thai! I got a pad Thai and Shrimp rice wrap. Both of them were satisfying. I recommend this restaurant, and I will come back to try other options. Please Note: this place is take out only

I recently dined here and I got the Chicken Panang dish. It was absolutely amazing! The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of spice. I highly recommend trying the Panang dish at Silver Spoon!

So yummy! It’s so hard to find halal options for Asian/Thai cuisine! I’m so glad I found this place! Everything is halal and super flavourful! I highly recommend the Pad Thai, the crispy sweet and sour chicken, the curries, and Pad See Ew! btw, their portions are Huge! Highly recommend if you’re looking for the best Thai restaurant in Ottawa with Halal options!

The crispy chicken was phenomenal! Great food and the packaging was great so the food doesnt sog. The green curry was great as well.

I've placed 2 orders so far on UberEats and I've been impressed both times! There are so many dishes that can be made vegan, which brought us to place our first order. The Pad Thai and Crispy Mango stir fry have been my favourite, and I'm looking forward to trying more dishes. My only complaint is that for the price I wish the stir fries included a side of rice!

I recently picked up an order of Pad Ki Mow with Udon Noodles and tofu, and a vegetarian Tom Yum soup. This was some of the best Thai food I've had in Ottawa hands down. A #3 spice level gave everything a good punch without being overwhelming. That and the amount of fresh vegetables in both dishes was fantastic. Also, the man doing customer service was very friendly. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed the food from SIlverspoon. Pad Thai is one of my most favourite dishes and I thought their pad thai was super delicious and flavourful!!! Thank you so much for all the great foods! :)

Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. First of all, the taste is very much flavour-less. We had the yellow curry and a pad king ginger stir fry. The curry had basic spices and condiments, similar to what we could have made at home. The dishes came poorly wrapped, with improvised packaging that spilled the contents all over (see pictures attached). I would recommend improving the taste with more authentic flavours and the packaging with something that will not leak! Until then, I will not be ordering anything from this place again.

We've never had a bad meal/take-out at SIlver Spoon. Their green and yellow curries are very savoury & flavourful and if you like it spicier there is the option to increase the heat. The crispy salt & pepper fish is always a hit with us as well. I recently ordered a green papaya salad and opted for 'mid-spicy'. I love the heat and the additional thai chili certainly lit up my mouth. The crisp papaya with a very spicy vinaigrette was really delicious. Always consistent with decent prices and reasonable portions. I'd like to rate them 4.5 but unfortunately Google reviews doesn't support that.

It's hard to find great Thai food, I mean there's nothing wrong with Thai express if you want fast food type Thai, but the real authentic stuff comes from places like these. I am absolutely in love with the green and red curries, very balanced and well seasoned. I am going to become a regular at this place and I'm sad I didn't find it sooner.

Placed order via uber (order #: 627) and got sent the wrong order. No fault of the uber driver as the restaurant mixed up the order with someone else's order and labelled the order incorrectly. Was supposed to get green curry and fried rice, but received pad thai and a slice of cheese cake as evident by the attached image. Called the restaurant multiple times, but no one was answering the phone either. Unreliable service unfortunately. Disappointed.

The Pad Thai arrived with a mountain of clumped noodles with chicken and 3 shrimp..I had to pay extra for a decent portion of chicken. No bean sprouts, no green onions and really poor value for $24.00. will never order here again. Sept 21st. The owners wrote a lovely note and asked if they could remedy the unfortunate Pad Thai that I had received. They are proud of their food. I received a complementary order this evening and it was delicious. All the ingredients were present and the noodles were tender and smooth not clumpy. I would definitely change my review to 👍

I placed a takeout order for the gluten free Pad Thai and it was delicious! Great value as the price is good and the amount is plenty. The fact that it is labelled gluten free is also reassuring.

We were away camping for the weekend and were craving something close and Thai... Last time it was Pad Kee Mao but this time the vermicelli bowls and soup. Nice sized portions, delicious and nearby (mckellar/westboro) - Silver Spoon is among our favourites for takeout or delivery.

Pricey food but once you taste it, you'll know why, also it's halal which is always gets extra points.

We love the food from Silver Spoon Thai, it's always delicious. The service is also exceptional - we ordered through UberEats last night and received the wrong order. The restaurant made sure to immediately deliver our correct order and let us keep the other food (so not we have leftovers for days!). Try this place - you won't regret it!

I got the fried rice with shrimp through Uber eats! Thanks Steven for following the request i made by adding the lemongrass to my order you are the best ☺️ (Kitchen added a way too much though even though they are dry herbs and are fibre like get in the throat, but I love the flavour)

I have ordered twice from them on UberEats and I was pleasantly surprised. Very tasty, generous portions (one plate can feed two). So far, best Thai food I had in Ottawa.

An alright Thai place. The Pad Thai had no bean spouts. All the food had more salt than what other places have. Not a crazy amount of extra salt, but enough that you were drinking extra water. Curry flavour was good, but had increased salt. Extra long delivery time, about an hour and a half.
