I wanted 3 rings made into 1. With little knowledge of the process and no idea for a design I was grateful for the experience and service given. The design was great, completed within the time frame, communication was great, final outcome wonderful. I am very pleased with my first time experience dealing with a professional jeweler.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I came to this store to attempt to sell my alexandrite. The stone was purchased for $6900. The ring is appraised at $11,700 the owner of the store told me I was ripped off the stone was not worth more than $1500 and he wouldn't pay me that. Of course I was worried I had been ripped off, I immediately took my ring to have it appraised, and have received 2 appraisals at over $18,000 for the ring and told the stone is very rare. Seems like someone wanted to take me for a ride. Not very happy. Both gemoligist that appraised the stone are GIA certified without any knowledge or insight from me on the type of stone. Maybe making rings is this companies strength but appraising and knowing the value of rare gems is obviously not.
