been a resident at Willowood for 10 years and it is past time to leave. This complex has gone downhill. Knives and guns pulled out on me. Drugs below me such that my apartment smells like skunk. Dogs barking incessantly at midnight. And management will not let me out of my lease even though there is no peaceful living here! appliances are so outdated and inefficient. And they still raise the rent every year as the value, peace, and safety spirals down. Do not come here unless you want to hang out with druggies, noisy neighbors, and local cops trying to keep peace. Follow up after moving out. they took all the security deposit saying "nicotine damage" and i never smoked! no ethics here.

BEWARE! Stay far away from this apartment complex, and any other complex's owned by Millennium. They will nickel and dime you every chance they get, especially if you own pets. When we first moved into our apartment in 2016 the rent was $775 with the extra cost of having a dog and cat. By the time we moved out 3 years later our rent had jumped all the way up to $895 a month. We were paying almost $900 without counting utilities, for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with cheap and outdated appliances. The walls are very thin so you can hear entire conversations that your neighbors are having from both the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. At least once a year we would have our garbage disposal back up and flood the kitchen and would have to call maintenance to snake it, even when we rarely used the garbage disposal at all. On more than one occasion we had other tenants, who were moving in, call in and turn off our utilities because the leasing office did not properly explain that each building had different addresses but the same apartment numbers. We lived in the main building attached to the leasing office, so when people moved in, they would use our address and apartment number. When we first moved in the management company threatened to crack down on dog owners letting their dogs wander the complex unleashed and not cleaning up after their dogs, but after 3 months they gave up on it so whenever we took our dog out we had to tiptoe through the grass to avoid all the dog waste that littered the grassy areas between buildings. Willowood does not value good tenants who pay their rent on time, never have any complaints made against them, and didn’t cause any damage to the apartment. Before we moved out, we made sure to thoroughly clean the carpet so there was no odor or stains, and they still charged us $750 to replace carpet even though it was already worn down from regular wear and tear. Do yourself a favor and skip this apartment complex and management company all together. They will raise your rent every year and never complete any updates to make the value worth the cost. Note: I never had any personal issues with the main leasing manager Schulyer, she was always very polite and kind, however the lady who watches the office on the weekends is INCREDIBLY rude.

This is an amazing apartment complex. Very clean, landscaping is always hard at work. Dumpsters are never overflowing, they really do a great job here. There is a mock apartment you can see attached to the office. Office staff are awesome they really care about the tenants here. You really won’t find a better apartment complex around. The school district is great as well. Close to shopping and restaurants, it’s within walking distance to a lot of stores and on the bus line as well.

We moved to Eastlake for my job , and had a hard time finding a good place. Skyler the office manager is Great! She went above and beyond to get us in to the apartment, and was continually great for the two years we were there. Apartments have their own private entrances , and the space is a good size. Maintenance issues were always handled quickly and professionally. Also, washer and dryers on every floor. It had everything we needed and then some for the money. Rent increases every year but that happens anywhere you live. We moved again for my job, but if we wouldn’t have had to move we wouldn’t have. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a great place to live.

The Willowood Apartments are fantastic! The professionalism of La'Naya and Gabrielle is outstanding - they are second to none - Beztak is blessed to have them.

I’ve lived at willowood for about 2 years now. It’s quiet, maintenance is quick to respond to work orders. The leasing/property manager Schuyler is very helpful. She makes me feel comfortable and very understanding and accommodating. She makes sure the property is ran right and if there is a concern, she takes care of it right away. I am really happy we moved here and with the community of our neighbors. Absolutely love that there is a private entrance to each apartment, makes it feel like home.

We have lived in these apartments for 3 years now. Since La'Naya took over as property manager, she has been very involved with the residents. We often have free goodies and activities just for living here! La'Naya also brings in different reps to talk to residents. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues as well.

I came to Skyler (the Manager there) looking for an apartment with very short notice. She went above and beyond to help me get into a place within the time frame I had! Not only did I have an amazing experience, live the apartment and the area, but I have found a friend for life! Such a great place!

Moved in in may and so far it has been the best place I’ve ever lived. It’s very quiet and neighbors keep to themselves. Management was phenomenal when it came to the entire move in process and maintenance has been quick with everything we’ve needed. It’s a wonderful place to live!

We only moved in about a month ago, but so far everything has been great. Any concerns or maintenance requests (we've only had one so far) have been handled quickly and efficiently.

I can't say enough about Willowood Apartments, it's a wonderful place to live. I love living here, in part, due to the manager, Schulyer. Moving is very stressful and Schulyer made the move effortless. She's always available to answer any question and is just a real treasure. Not only do the apartments offer great amenities but they are reasonably priced. I feel I've found a real home here.
