I came in to my appointment a little nervous, as I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years. Everyone was extremely friendly and personable, from the front desk staff to my hygienist Heather, to Dr. Soistman himself. They were able to answer any and all questions. I left with a fresh/clean smile and would definitely recommend this office to others in search of dental care.

I had my teeth whitened today. Mary Ellen was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. Emily at the front desk was so friendly and kind. Rebecca took me back to get me started while Mary Ellen was finishing the patient before me. Such a pleasant and very efficient office. I highly recommend them. I usually see Dr. Soistman and am always pleased.

Ok I’ll start with the good! My hygienist Mrs. Cathy or Kathy unsure of spelling, was the epitome of the kind of person you want caring for things that are important to you. You can tell she had a lot of experience and compassion for her job, and others. Best dentist visit I had in ages. The down side was the waiting time to be seen. Everything else was great. I appreciate their customer service.

My first visit with the Soistman staff was very good! Finding a new dentist is not easy. I am really pleased with all of the staff! Everyone was friendly and very efficient! I definitely recommend this family dentistry to others! The dentist is especially gentle and made me feel comfortable and was sure that I understood all the information! Friendly and efficient staff, give updates on wait times. Well ventilated and have blankets and pillows if you get chilled. Free water, Wi-Fi and even iPad to use if needed.

What a refreshing experience I had as a new patient. Everyone is kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I left my old dentist because I had lost trust in their recommendations, and rightfully so, since Dr. Soistman and staff confirmed the right path was indeed different from what i had previously been told. I haven’t found a dentist that I have enjoyed going to since I went to my pediatric dentist until I found this office! (And I have tried a few) Everyone is so friendly and outgoing, the staff makes conversation and doesn’t make going to the dentist dreadful! They explain everything as they go, and answer any questions. The office is clean and organized. I truly enjoy going here, so if you’re looking for somewhere then I would recommend here!!

My wife’s and my dentist for 26 years would not honor our new dental insurance. I contacted Soistman family dentistry and they welcomed us by sending us the initial registration information. Both my wife and I had routine check ups and were thrilled beyond belief that they were as kind and as helpful as they were when they had never met us before. From the office reception by Ellen, to Sheka’s professional cleaning, and Dr. Stewart‘s examination with Lou and Sam by his side, every step was a pleasure for both my wife and me! That is not often said about a dental office visit! We had not received such kind treatment during the 26 years of our previous experience. Frankly, we grew comfortable with the process and routine at our previous dentist, but are much happier, and more pleased with Soistman Family Dentistry than we ever could have hoped! To “cap it all off” both my wife and I are getting “his in her” crowns installed on our next visit!!! If you are considering Soistman make the move, take the plunge you’ll be glad you did!
