I ordered a pizza via text message this past Saturday evening. When I arrived to pick it up I was greeted by a very rude cashier who informed they had no record of my order & there was nothing she could do. I asked for the manager who assured me the order would not be billed to my credit card despite the fact it was on my Chase app in pending status. I checked this morning & I was in fact billed for the order that was never received. I've ordered from Jet's many times & never had an issue like this. I would advise anyone from ordering from this location.

I got an antipasto salad and Detroit style Supreme. I enjoyed both. I ordered online and the time they said it would be ready was about 10 minutes off but they have a TV in there so it wasn't bad.

Very clean. Pizza good. Left me at the counter after payment. Used the wrong code and was declined took 15 mins for them to come back. I could have walked out with the Pizza and not paid

This Jets actually sells the $5 lunch special. Tge Jets on Greater Mack and Vernior, in Groose Pointe Woods, sells them for $6. I asked why? They told me because they were directly across the street from a school. Wow! So, raise the prices for the kids. Great place.

Ordered from this location many times now, always ready on time, front desk staff is fast and friendly, food is always correct and pizza tastes great. Recommended 👍

Whether I pick it up or have it delivered, it is always hot and fresh. Jets is my place to go to when I want some great pizza.

I had a good experience their was a gentlemen before me pissed had to wait more then half hr for his order

The best pizza ever! It is quite expensive but I guess you have to pay a little more for quality ingredients. The bread has just the right amount of crunch without being too hard and the inside of the bread is soft and tasty, and the cheese just stretches for days. Our family faves are the BLT and the Aloha barbeque chicken.
