I
don't
usually
(ever)
like
to
write
bad
reviews,
but
I've
also
never
experienced
such
unprofessionalism
before.
I
text
messaged
Julie
to
inquire
about
an
appointment,
she
told
me
the
time
and
day
she
was
free,
and
also
that
she
travels
to
client's
houses.
That's
fine,
I
set
up
the
time
and
day
and
provided
my
address.
The
appointment
was
set
for
5:30PM,
and
once
it
was
5:35PM
with
no
text
or
call,
I
texted
her
to
ask
if
she
was
on
her
way.
She
replied
25
minutes
later
at
6PM
she
was
in
a
"bumper
to
bumper"
accident
and
to
"give
her
a
few."
I
replied
"no
problem"
and
waited
until
7:30PM
to
send
another
text
asking
if
she
was
still
coming
or
to
reschedule.
20
minutes
later
she
replied
she
can
come
the
next
morning
instead
at
10:30AM.
I
agreed
to
the
new
appointment.
The
next
day
comes,
and
at
9:44AM
she
texts
me
she
is
"on
the
way"
and
will
arrive
at
10:07AM.
I
reply
telling
her
she
can
either
park
by
the
garage
or
on
the
street
to
come
in
the
front
door.
I
wait
until
10:38AM
and
she
still
has
not
showed
up,
no
call
and
no
text
from
her.
I
send
one
to
her
asking
if
she
is
having
trouble
finding
my
place,
and
I
notice
the
text
bubble
turned
green
(on
an
iPhone,
all
previous
text
bubbles
are
blue)
which
most
likely
means
she
blocked
my
number.
She
did
not
reply
to
my
final
text
and
when
I
attempted
to
call
it
went
straight
to
voicemail,
no
return
call.
As
of
this
writing,
it's
now
almost
3
hours
since
she
said
she'd
arrive.
I
don't
think
she's
coming...
I
don't
know
what
happened
here
or
why
she
thinks
it's
ok
to
treat
a
potential
new
client
this
way,
but
I
hope
anyone
reading
this
will
find
another,
better,
more
professional
hair
stylist
in
the
area
that
treats
you
with
respect
and
uses
mature
adult
communication.
