    We walked in, everyone seemed ?busy, one girl looked at us then walked toothed back, we were looking at the different flavors of ice cream, she came out from the back, looked at us and returned to the back, then came out again and asked if we were ordering ice cream. We said yes, and she proceeded to take our order. My dish of ice cream was good. My husband's was very small for a cone. Hardly any ice cream. My daughter ordered a coffee ice cream drink, and halfway through, the girl set it on the counter and walked away, NOT finishing it. It was almost thrown away by another employee. My husband ordered cake donut holes and was given the wrong kind. Not impressed.

    I go to Dunkin because I am running late for the kids just to get a large coffee and some donuts. I see the drive-thru line is long, so I decided to run in to make it a little quicker. After a couple minutes waiting at the register for assistance while watching 5 people not even look up to help, the manager as he is flying by says, order at the kiosk this morning. It will be quicker. So now I came in to do a job of ordering something I want to buy because I am late. As I am trying to find my options in the sea of options for a large coffee, this lady behind me says, “This is quicker?” After 5 minutes of trying to find everything that I came into order, I got a receipt with nothing on it. Not even proof of what I ordered. Now comes customer service. I wait 5 minutes to get a coffee with no creamer. I say to her this needs creamer, so she puts it in. Currently, the drive-thru is empty and I still haven’t received anything but the coffee. I ask the lady who is cleaning the counters now if I can get my donuts as well. She said “oh what did you order?” This is where a receipt would have been nice. I tell her what I ordered, she gets the donuts and after 13 minutes, I’m finally leaving the store all the while the lady behind me is still ordering her coffee. I take a drink from my coffee. No sugar!! Meanwhile, in the back of the truck, my kids say “What are these?” Not even the donuts were right. Finally, the service was so wrong and horrible that I called to talk to the manager. The same person that said the kiosk would be ‘quick’. I tell him my story; he doesn’t even acknowledge that the entire order was wrong and makes excuses as to why there was nothing on the receipt. At this point, I’m fed up. You have leadership that cannot identify the most important parts of customer service trying to serve customers they do not want to interact with while telling the customer that it will be quicker to do their job for them when it probably took 5 times as long. In my opinion, this is a failure and I will not give another cent to a service company who does not provide service.

    Used to be great, has really gone downhill though... they don't even bother to toast the avocado "toast". It'd be one thing if they were busy but when there's no one else in line even... they clearly just don't care anymore.

    The slowest, apathetic, dismissive, poorly managed and unapologetic dunkins I've ever had misfortune to live next to. I knew it sounds harsh, but I've given one of their best employees compliments on her service and still she forgets part of my order. One visit, they had no frosted covered donuts - their staple donut. The manager guy seems as interested in working there as the employees do. I was told to step aside until my order was ready. 7 minutes later, I go in to check and it's sitting there in a bag with no one knowing what's going on. In nearly every visit, something goes wrong or incomplete. I NEVER write bad or any reviews. But growing up with a stepfather who owns 3 of these stores in New England. This store is terribly managed with very little standards on customer service and efficiency. The all around apathy is demonstrable in their nonchalant approach to any errors they make.

    Everything bagel, terrible burn and bad quality. They said that is what they have but last week they had a good one. Not consistent quality while Dunkin’ donuts should have consistent quality

    Used to love going here. Always tipped the drive thru workers. But it’s gotten so bad to the point to where 90% of the time they forget items in my order. I don’t know if the workers don’t double check things or what the disconnect is. But this never used to happen and discourages me from ever going here again.

    Frequent flyer mainly because of location. However food quality leaves something to be desired. I ordered the breakfast tacos and this was the "contents" of my taco

    I love their coffee. The shop looks amazing. You can get ice cream or coffee or a mix of both. Always friendly staff. My only complaint is that they don't know their own policies and can't tell you why anything changed in regards to getting iced coffee in an XL size anymore. Apparently they don't. She was quite rude when I asked why. Other than that 10 out of 10

    Today the staff took good care of my large order. I had called ahead but the staff for the day was not told about my order. Some people seemed confused but one of the senior employees just apologized and got to work on my order. Thank you!!! The volunteers for our cleanup team were very happy to have hot cocoa munchkins

    I used the restroom while I was there and it was an absolute mess. The toilet paper was out of the diaper and was exposed on top of the garbage can for people to use there. The walls were filthy and the sink and soap dispenser looked like they'd never been cleaned. I got a sandwich and the egg on it was one of the circles used for an English muffin or bagel, so half my sourdough sandwich was just bread. Garbage cans were overflowing while the workers were just chatting, not doing any cleaning. I can't say that there hadn't just been a huge rush, but only 3 customers were inside, just sitting at tables and no one else came in while I was there.

    Friendly staff. Clean, functional facilities. Love the recent updates to the inside. Only did the Dunkin donuts, not baskins. There is staff turnaround, but the experienced staff are patient, pleasant and and helpful. The newer folks seem happy to try. Everyone is accommodating. It feels efficient. Our Boston Kreme and chocolate creme were both perfectly filled and plump today. I LOVE THAT! Also, thank you for turkey sausage! My croissant was delicious.

    Despite previous reviewers complaining id like to say this has been my familys dunkin for years, and ill explain why. The staff varies ,they come and go but even with this ive not ever met one rude or careless member. The management is wonderful too. My son and i appreciate it. I recently came in late and saw how truly rough this job is especially for the younger crew members. They are left alone with 1-3 people at most to endure never ending orders and messes. I sympathize and understand why some details may be missed in an order. And im never mad , i kindly ask for it to be fixed and thats it. If you dont tell them you have an issue with an order , how can they fix the issue? I believe they deserve a bit of understanding as they are HUMAN and learning , and very overwhelmed. I wouldnt ever want this job , its not easy. So thank you guys for everything, being friendly and kind and helpful even with a long line. It takes special people to multitask customer service ! This will always be our choice of location when having dunkin. Youre all amazing!
