Love Dunkin but this location is just so disappointing. What should be a quick stop for a coffee turns into standing around, waiting for someone to notice you've walked in, listening to employees chat on the phone or with each other. There's a huge lack of urgency and customer service here, and I speak from experience as I worked at Dunkin donuts in the past at a very busy location. Even with only 3 people on staff at one point, we were able to get drink orders out in an acceptable amount of time. There's no reason I should be waiting 10 minutes for a latte, just none.

Not normally the one to leave a review, but in this case I think it‘s warranted. I don’t know what every person is going through, but leave that at the door when at work. The girl who took our order was extremely rude and off putting. I almost asked what her problem was because she seemed like she had a bone to pick with us. Nevertheless I will still be buying Dunkin. Just not at this location.

I placed an order online for a schedule pickup for 5/4 at 12:30. It was for my daughters birthday, for school. When I got there at 12:25.. drove up to the drive thru, they said there wasn’t no order for that name. So I went inaide and thats when they told me that the order JUST came through. What is the point of ordering online, ahead of time.. to have an order expected to be ready at xyz time.. and then it not be filled. The donuts I requested were not filled and they had just substituted those with other donuts. I tried not to make a big deal out of it because at the end of the day, they’re just donuts but still.. what is the point. You order online, ahead of time.. so that your order can be filled. My order was for 30 donuts. I get it, big order.. that is why I placed my order the day before.. so that they could prepare it and have it ready!!

Went here July 2 and got drinks for me and my girlfriend. Barista was nice and recommend me a good drink size. Drinks were super good

I always received the best service from this location! My all time favorite Dunkin’ to visit!

Every time I go here they manage to mess up my order. I’ve been given other peoples food/drinks, not given mine, and have had to explain to them in detail in the drive through that this is not my order and I’d like what I paid for. I just got back from a coffee run for a friend. They gave me 2 bags, with 3 donuts. I ordered 1 donut and 2 hash browns. I got 3 donuts between 2 bags, and no hash browns. Hastings Dunkin never gets it right. Go to Clairemont Dunkin. You have a better chance at receiving your correct order. I hate being that person that sits and checks my bags before I leave, but at this Dunkin you have too.

I love Dunkin and have gone here often. The last couple of times the order has been wrong. Today it was wrong again. No one else there took a bit for drinks and no straws.

I go to this dunkin REGUARLY and never have issues but today was AWFUL. I mobile ordered for my office & was going to run in & get it so I wasn’t late. The lobby was locked due to short staff so i had to wait in line. There was no option to cancel my order. I was 20 minutes late to work!! The ladies were nice but that was ridiculous!!! Dunkin needs to pay their employees better if they want to keep business! They could’ve turned off mobile ordering to prevent this mess!

Burnt croissant; didn't taste good. Coffee was cold by the time order was ready. Wish the chocolate in the chocolate creme was better spread- most bites were just bread then one big area of just chocolate. Wait was pretty long. Sadly won't be going back.

Love the senior discount as well as the hot coffee and sweet treats! Always recommend DD to my family and friends.

Merchandise is always in perfect display, coffee is simiconsistant, depends on the time of day and if you modify your order, but that's anywhere, it's still my go to place for morning and evening coffee.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, they put it on ONE side of the bagel and slapped it together. The effort was not there, wasn’t worth $5.00 when it takes 30 seconds to put cream cheese on a piece of bread. Asked them to toast it, they didn’t, and asked for a plain bagel in which they gave me an everything bagel. Not impressed…..amazing signature lattes tho.

I don’t know if this happens to anyone else, but when I order ahead for pick-up, my iced coffee is never filled to the top and it makes me sad☹️ This happens even when I get a regular amount of ice, which takes up space so it should be full!

I love Dunkin coffee but this location I didn't like it it tasted burnt and it was gross my 8 year old gets a French vanilla coffee once in a while and he said he was gross and nasty he don't ever want to go back to this location. We are originally from North Carolina and there the dunkin coffees are good it's not burnt like it's been sitting in the coffee pot all day

I visit this location almost every morning before work. The coffee and food are always good and I have never had an issue with them! I do wish that the baristas were a little more friendly…

Got my order horribly wrong. Forgot items. I asked specifically twice for no cheese and they verified but my sandwich still came with cheese on it. And this isn’t the first time they’ve messed up. I don’t trust that my drink is made dairy free because obviously they don’t know how to follow orders. I’m not dairy free by choice. It could destroy my stomach. Thanks Dunkin for wasting my time and money. Horribly disappointed in this location.

Got a pecan caramel something that wasnt to good. Got the dragonfruit refresher for my son and he fell in love. Good service and friendly lounge.

Despite the closing time posted being 8, when we arrived at 7.30 the location was already closed. I'm not sure whose responsibility it is to update the hours, but considering both Google and the Dunkin' app were saying that the location is available, it was quite a disappointment. 2 stars only because I have a deep love for Dunkin in general.

The strawberry frosted donuts are my favorite, and they offer all sorts of other good donut options. Great variety on coffee, very customizable and not expensive at all!

I always receive good service here. Friendly faces. The measure of good customer service is not if they make mistakes, but if they are willing to make things right no questions asked. I've had a couple order mishaps, but have always had resolution in a timely manner. I would recommend this Dunkin' location

Glad I didn't have to pay for this grilled cheese sandwich! Never again! One side not grilled and the other burnt!

Does anyone check the coffee. Got a large and small coffee this am and they tasted like the coffee sat and burned for an hour. Worst I've tasted in years. Would have gone back, but was already on 94 going home.

I stopped in to grab a quick bite as I was in between running errands and wanted an egg sandwich. My first time at a Dunkin- waited for 4 minutes before greeted. I then get a burnt croissant. There’s a reason I only go to Caribou. I learned my lesson.

dunkin has one of the best drinks in the world. my favorite is pomegranate coconut refresher made with coconut milk. any of the coconut refreshers are fire tho. love love. peace

Ordered a sausage egg cheese croissant and when I go home they forgot the top bun and there was a HAIR on the sandwich. So upset this ruined my morning especially on valentines day. Update- they did refund the sandwich and the manager did make the situation right after we went back. We were pleased with the response, but still upset about the situation as a whole.

The drive thru is always really fast. Like way faster than Caribou and Starbucks. I loved their smoked flavor syrup and they discontinued it.. I was super sad but kept coming back to try other drinks. Now they discontinued the everything stuffed bagel bites and those we my go to. Not sure if I'll be coming back anymore.

I'm only giving you guys 1 star because you are supposed to be open until 8 but twice this week you were closed before then and I work night shifts. I've gotten there both times around 7:30pm.. No reason why you guys can't still be open! You're being lazy and closing early and now you've lost a customer who literally came everyday. Ridiculous!! I will be going to Starbucks from now on because they stay open like they are supposed to for us noc shifts. Not everyone has day jobs or time to waste going to different coffee shops.
