Terrible service. The focus of the team was on customers in the drive thru. I waited for several minutes before I was asked if I was being helped. I placed my order, but then another 10 minutes before the drink I ordered was made. The young lady who came around the corner and asked me if I was being helped...I told her I already ordered. She checked the order screen and then made the drink immediately. Poor service!!

Love Caribou coffee! I get the large cold press w an extra shot of expresso light cream & sugar... They get the blend perfect everytime! I do prefer the N. Clairemont and 53 locations more for trestment of customers.

I'm a little disappointed. They forgot my husband's drink last week. We sat for 15min; then they made it for him, gave him a free drink coupon for messing it up. But today I brought that free drink coupon to a Caribou to redeem it, and it expired at the end of 2022! Very disappointing. :(. They need to make sure their coupons are valid, or at least do better at keeping track of the drinks they've made. The girls were nice and the drinks were good when we got them... But it was a sad day at Caribou today when we went for the free ones. :(

I have gave this store 5 stars, 20 times over. Never had bad service until today. Refused to make my drink with 2% milk. Manager was clueless. It's truly disappointing, you just can't be loyal to be a place anymore because nobody cares about there customers. If you can't be nice to your customers, then you probably shouldn't work in customer service.

Unfortunately the consistency in drinks at this location has really plummeted the last few months, primarily on week days. I get Caribou every day, and always get the same thing, and the drinks I’ve gotten from this location over the last few months have been different near every time I’ve gotten them. Today I ordered a drink with an extra shot and light ice, and watched it be made without the extra shot and very heavy on the ice. The barista DID offer to add an extra shot when I mentioned it, but I unfortunately didn’t have time to wait longer than I already had for my mobile order to be corrected. When certain staff are working, you know you’ll get a consistent drink, but that’s unfortunately not the case across the board.

Nice coffee place. I had the sandwich with the maple in it's title. Yum! My drink was not so great. You win some you lose some.

I go to caribou every day, sometimes twice a day, alternating between the 3 local locations. And this one is BY FAR HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!!! I don't know the name of the girl who makes the coffee but it appeared to be the general manager when I went inside and let me tell you, I don't even like girls and I wanna marry this one and keep her for the coffee 😂 HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION (my review is am specific; haven't tried night staffs skills yet)

This was the second time I've been to a caribou. The first one was a bad experience in Hutchinson Minnesota. Give it a couple years and decided to try the one here. The coffee is good but the experience was disgusting. My wife was ordering and asking questions. The kid on the speaker was doing fine but had someone else talk over him and distracted him from the second coffee, fair enough. Then she was talking down to him about she don't have all day. I feel like I'm drinking the blood diamond version of coffee.

Ordered a chorizo burrito and an americano. The burrito was very good and the clerk was very helpful in telling me which coffee to order since I wasn’t sure what I wanted!

I always look forward to coming here on my morning run! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Best coffee around also. And sandwiches have a great selection!!

Caribou on Clairemont has the *best* customer service out of all coffee shops, small and large all the way to the cities! Always so nice, and give lots of love to my chiweenie so that's a plus🥰. If your looking for a friendly location, this is the one!

Ordered on their app for delivery. Apparently you're not supposed to do that? So why is it an option? They took the order and took the money. I never got my order and they claim they canceled it due to not having the items. They said Uber came to get the order but canceled it. So which is it? My bank app says I was charged by the Caribou Mobile App. Yet they absolutely deny it and will not refund my money. Not even store credit. Nothing.

The sandwich I got was spinach, artichoke and egg. The sandwich was stuck to its wrapper and the bottom bun was soggy, which made it very unenjoyable. The coffee, however was delicious. I got a Mint Condition Latte and it was perfect.

Caribou is always good, they aren’t like Starbucks; their espresso doesn’t taste like an ashtray.

Used to be a daily stop prior to covid. Great ambiance. Padded comfortable chairs by the fireplace. They no longer carry Einstein bagel products. And prior to the pandemic you could go up and get your own coffee refill without having to wait for a barista to service you. I don't think you can do that anymore.

I wasn’t going to write any kind of review up until this morning when I pulled up at the drive through, and the people are always super nice, but I am very upset that this is the third time now I’ve ordered coffee and there’s huge chunks of coffee grounds in it, and some people may think that’s not a big deal, but these are some pretty spendy drinks, to have to pay almost $9 for the iced coffee you want and then turn around and take a big sip of chunky coffee grounds, that is disappointing… now I have a full drink sitting on my desk melting because there’s more coffee grounds than there is drink.

Usually very good vanilla lattes today must have needed to clean out the machine as tasted more bitter. I like the variety they offer like the honey lavender.

I love the caribou coffee by my house. They make things so much better than the one on Clairemont.

Although most customers go through the drive-thru, the interior is comfortable and welcoming. A fireplace with several easy chairs, high and low tables available as well as some with benches.

I used Uber ears for a coffee delivery. It was not the restaurant’s fault. The driver accidentally split a coffee cup. Caribou Coffee said, “That’s the drivers fault.” Fair enough. I understand what a restaurant can’t do. What can they do to help me? As a business owner, I take care of mistakes made. “Make it right.” I would like to be a returning customer knowing things happen. Help please.

We were just passing through on our way to a weekend away in Minnesota. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere was quiet and comforting, even the other customers were very personable and kind! I would definitely come to this establishment again.

A great selection of coffees, teas, juices and baked goods. A colorful and relaxing atmosphere. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

No list of bagel flavors in the drive through, no list of cream cheese smear options in the drive through or in the store. When you ask, they get rattled off so fast you can't consider all options. You can no longer change the flavor of bagel when you order a breakfast sandwich. Ice chunks gets caught in all straws now that they're removed the wider cooler straws making it a pain to drink a blended drink.

Decent place for a quick breakfast. Some items are not so appetizing though. I regretted getting the chicken biscuit.

Went there today to get a bagel lox and smear. . Was told , no substitutions on what kind of bagel you get for your sandwich. WTAF? It’s a bagel. Why be in the business of bagels at all of you can’t pick your bagel? I didn’t get get my breakfast here. I call their customer service as was told they don’t make the sandwiches fresh any more it’s all pre made. Apparently they can’t run their own business model effectively. Why on on earth would I pay a premium price for a lox sandwich on a bagel I don’t want? It’s a shame cuz I’ve been tolerating these mediocre bagels for many years . I close by rewards account and won’t be back to any of their locations. I’m going to HY Vee to tomorrow to get the fixings for a proper bagel.

I love the order head feature through the app. It's so nice to think about what you want ahead of time and then pay for it and just walk in and grab it off the counter!They're bacon gouda souffle is delicious and a favorite is their chai tea lattes and chocolate croissants.
