Getting
worse
-
updated
13/01/2024)
Bought
several
things
lately
that
have
been
out
of
date
lately
including
Utterly
Butterly
light
that
was
6
weeks
out
of
date.
Popped
in
to
do
a
shop
today,
picked
up
a
10
pack
of
yoghurt
drinks
and
the
expiry
date
was
yesterday.
Had
to
interrupt
the
young
guy
that
was
on
the
till
as
he
was
more
interested
in
talking
to
a
friend
/
Colleague
than
serving
a
customer.
Told
him
about
the
date
and
he
stated
that
they
do
them
at
the
end
of
the
day.
Well,
it
seems
someone
didn't
do
it
yesterday!
Very
Cavalier
attitude
towards
dates
and
peoples
health.
Lots
of
offers
that
were
2
for
£X
and
only
had
1
item.
Prices
are
shocking
in
there,
had
brown
sauce
that
was
on
offer
that
can
be
found
cheaper
in
both
Home
Bargains
and
Herons
ay
their
regular
prices.
Just
1
example
of
which
there
are
many.
No
wonder
they
have
record
profits.
They
need
more
staff
in
there
too.
Think
I'll
talk
with
my
feet
and
find
somewhere
else
to
shop.
Iceland
in
Ebbw
Vale
is
a
ghost
of
what
it
was.
Standards
are
slipping.
I
bought
Apple
Juice
yesterday
and
the
best
before
date
was
3rd
May
2021,
18
days
ago!
It's
not
the
first
time
this
has
happened
recently.
I'd
usually
return
it
but
with
COVID,
I've
binned
it.
I've
pointed
out
Yoghurt
Drinks,
Ham
and
Milk
that
was
passed
it's
expiry
date
lately
to
staff
Members.
Social
distancing
is
non
existent
and
there's
never
enough
tills
open
in
there.
The
staff
are
great
but
the
store
is
clearly
understaffed
in
my
opinion,
they're
always
rushing
and
leaving
trolleys
in
the
middle
of
aisles.
Just
another
supermarket
that's
cashing
in
on
COVID,
your
staff
and
customers
deserve
better.
