Such a fantastic restaurant. We were here on New Years Eve for an early dinner. The service was top tier and the food was delicious!! Thanks for a great dining experience.

Great food and great service. Friendly staff and food was amazing had the pepper and feta salad with brisket and a Smokey beef dish with buffalo wings could not fault the chef. 👌 definitely will be back

They seem like nice people so it gives me no pleasure in giving them 1-star. - They charge $16!!!!!!! for bread and olive oil, which every other restaurant on earth offers for free when you sit down!!!!!! - The food was really bad. Mac and cheese especially was inedible. The cauliflower dish was the only good dish and that was only passable relative to how bad everything else was. - Halfway through entrees they inexplicably turned on an extremely bright light outside which was pointed directly into the restaurant window and straight at our eyes. I asked them if they could turn it off or angle it down to the sidewalk but they said no! - After initial orders nobody came around to ask if we wanted anything else or even more drinks. Again the staff seemed like nice people, but the review needs to be real so unfortunately it’s not better than a 1 star dining experience. — edit — The pork taco was actually not bad either

Had a great dinner with friends, enjoying a fantastic mix of craft beers, with Nick providing excellent advice, all complemented by quality food.

Staff are super friendly, we were greeted with a welcome and a smile. Food is delicious! We had corn ribs (must try) and the steak frites (husband said it was excellent) and the beef burger (better than a bru). It's tucked into the port so haven't noticed it here before, but do check it out. You'll be happy you did! Great range of beers too!

What an incredible place. Ben was absolutely terrific with his service and hospitality. The very large range of craft beers is awesome! And the food was delicious. We had a fantastic night and would highly recommend. We will be back! Cheers Chris and Laura

Highly recommend for a meal. I was in town for work and had an amazing meal. The fried chicken was some of the best i have had. The beignets were incredible. If in town a must visit.

Port 53 was our first stop in Echuca and it set the bar very high for our trip! Our dinner (cauliflower bits, vegan jambalaya, veggie burger) was fabulous. The portion sizes were huge (note: jambalaya is lovely for breakfast) and the prices were reasonable for the location. We also enjoyed some local beers. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

First time in Echuca and our First meal… Port53 did NOT disappoint the reviews sold it and lived up to every expectation… service, atmosphere, quality and diversity of food we literally shared all our meals as picking one was too hard and I must say the Desert to die for !!! Mind you I may not share the lemon tart again and I quailing tested my sons waffles they were OMG … Thank you …. We may even be back tomorrow night

Absolutely sensational food and service. We dined here with our children and staff were engaging and attentive, not to mention exceptional quality produce without being ‘by the sea’. Highly recommend the tacos, prawn linguine and jambalaya. Enjoy!

Really enjoyed the quality of the produce and care taken to prepare each meal. By far the entre mussels and the seafood linguine are a must. The atmosphere is specious and has a great vibe. You pay for what you get. And we got quality. We were so excited to eat I didn't even get to take pics of the meals. We were too busy enjoying it. But I tried to get a quick snap of some of the meals when I remembered.. but half eaten of course! The buffalo wings were also ridiculously yum!!

A group of us decided to give this place a go as it has pretty good reviews. It was quiet but nice. The food was very good, and fresh, with no complaints. Entrees and mains were ordered. Maybe next visit we might try mains and desserts. We will be back. I do recommend but not if you're looking for cheap eats. 9/10

First time dining at Port 53. Beautiful venue, excellent service and the food was delicious. We started with a cocktail and entrees and had steaks for mains. We were dining with our 12 month old so didn’t get to dessert but look forward to it next time. Family friendly with early seating of 5:30pm, would recommend and will be returning.

Excellent service we have so far. Great food, especially chicken on waffles, quite unique, feels like you are having main and dessert at the same time. When my husband is unsure which beer to choose, he had the taste of one of beer. The dessert we order french donut, even we are very full after our main, but we still manage to finish the dessert. I think it is the best way to explain how good it is.

Simply the best. Ben was excellent, he gave us his honest recommendation on the food and drinks menu. He made us feel welcomed. Considering the amount of details the chef had to put on the food, the service wait time was fantastic. Blackened Barramundi with potato salad, Fried cauliflower, Beef Tacos, and the Ribs with coleslaw were the star for us. The sauces and seasoning were mesmerizing. The meat on the ribs were so tender that a person with a false teeth can easily bite on it, and masticate it effortlessly 😉. Ice cream and Beignets were ok, and the Waffle 🤔 not quite what I expected after having the best Mains of the night. To be honest, I haven't had Beignets, so there isn't a point of comparison for me. Not sure if it was meant to be dense and dry inside. Overall, it was one of the best dinner we had.

A hidden gem. Absolutely beautiful food. The wings were so full of flavour and texture and the tasting board had some wonderful local tastes. Not too be outshone, the mains arrived. Huge portions that won't leave you hungry, but will leave you wanting more! It was a shame we couldn't fit dessert!

Fantastic taste!! My beef steak was cooked to perfection and thoroughly enjoyed. The mussels mariniere tasted soooo good. Be a little patient with the staff as they are currently short of manpower. Book early to avoid disappointment. A restaurant that I would remember forever and would recommend to my mates. Well done!!
