Beds were hard as a rock, Blankets had stains on them, we left and all were itchy so went to the chemist and they were bed bug bites! The pool was the only decent thing there which is unfortunate.

The lady at the reception was so rude.There was no customer service whatsoever. Absolutely spoiled our stay with unwelcoming behaviour.

This motel is located about 3 km away from the city centre and other attractions, such as paddlesteamer rides, historical museum etc. The room we stayed in was clean, tidy. This room was advertised as having a microwave oven... but it did not and we had to use a communal one located quite a distance away (considering there are no restaurants or eateries closeby.) Parking was very tight. Rooms very close to each other.

unfriendly and had a terrible stay owners were unwelcoming and rude, wouldn’t allow my teenage daughter to have a friend at the pool with her. Door would randomly open in the middle of the night and ants in the kitchen and when I asked for spray they were annoyed

Great location and price but the aircon is a bit noisy.

New owners are doing great. Flat ground in the rooms can easily use a walker frame & standard size wheelchair too. I'll be back. Thanx

I do not recommend. Stayed for 4 nights in room 4 with colleague in another room. --- Cons --- - Significant bug infestation. Lots of ~1mm bugs which seemed to be hiding in the microwave and when replaced didn't find any more of these. Would see a few (what seems to be) ~2cm cockroaches every night; - Annoying cycling of air con. Would blast out very loudly to heat room for about 15 seconds, shut off, then turn back on in 5 minutes; - Mattress springs are warn out; - No room service. --- Pros --- - Makes me grateful for other places I stay at (what doesn't kill you makes you stronger); - Cons are manageable / fixable by owners if they really want to in future.

My recent stay at the Echuca motel was truly an adventure in hospitality. The room's avant-garde décor featured artistic blood stains on the walls, a bold statement, I must say. The fridge offered a unique, pungent olfactory experience that I won't soon forget. Their "enhanced cleanliness measures" were so innovative that they seemed to defy convention. And let's not forget the Wi-Fi, which made slow progress seem like a sprint. The real plot twist came with the pricing. We were initially told one rate which we completely paid, but later treated to the surprise of a higher bill post-checkout. The motel's financial acrobatics truly know no bounds. I wouldn't recommend the Echuca motel for those seeking a straightforward or comfortable stay.

Typical Aussie motel with all the basics at a reasonable price.

Simple Clean and tidy. The host was friendly and highly accommodating.

Amazing because they gave us heaps of little milks, new tv, new carpet, overall very clean and homie, would come back!

This would have to be the worse place ever. My daughter in law booked a room through a booking place and they weren’t going so I personally rang them and told them that I would take the room over and put it in my name, but they booked it for 3 nights and I only wanted it for 2 nights and the person I spoke to said that I could do that and everything was fine. I made sure that it was only for 2 nights and he said yes all good. So I drive up to Echuca this weekend go into reception and the guy tells me that my booking is not there. Well you could imagine how I felt at this stage. Blood started boiling and he said it wasn’t there. So after a long time arguing about it I had to go to another motel, mind you the only one that was available in the whole town. Would never recommend any one to stay there. Rooms were terrible and so small. Worse place ever.

Might be a bit dated, just on the edge of town but was clean and tidy. Price was great. Has a pool.

Room was clean plenty tea coffee milk wasno soap for shower but was supplied very quickly. For the price it was ok when all you need is a room.Would be nice to be able to have some sort of breakfast available but all in all was pretty good

Check in lady was very unwelcoming. She did not greet me or respond to my hello. She stayed silent and so I spoke to who I was. She looked so unpleased to serve us. I researched to how friendly this place was and it said very friendly. However even if your having a bad day YOU SHOULD be warm and friendly even if you don't give a care in reality. Beds were on the hard side need a padded mattress topper.

Lovely friendly staff, beds were a bit hard, pool was dirty first day but cleaned as soon as the staff noticed my kids had been in it, shower leaked, no shampoo or conditioner but spacious room for the price

Clean. Good location. Fair prices. 5/5 stars for customer service. We appreciate how they went above and beyond to help us. Would recommend to all our friends and family.

The pop up plug still allowed the water to drain out quickly on the hand basin.
