What on earth has happened to the meat and bread stock?? Every time I go in they are completely bare. Strange as coles in Greensborough and Woolworths in eltham are both always stocked. Car park isn’t great either

Plenty of stock, friendly staff and quick and easy to get through registers the time I was there. The only downfall to this store is the carpark is a little tight.

I went past 2 other supermarkets to get to your store, and it's safe to say I won't do that again. Your customer service booth staff member Rodney was an embarrassment to your company. His attitude was awful.... and for absolutely no reason. Rodney, if you don't like your job... move on...

They need more checkouts open! The only one open was the express, and we had a trolley full of groceries. I refuse to do self checkout with a full trolley. Cmon Coles, hire more staff it's ridiculous! Everything else was fine.

Lovely place to shop! Shopping here in last 6 months… friendly staff.. things are bit cheaper in prices compared to other supermarkets in Echuca!

Great range of products easy access and shade for your cars

I would like to do a shout out to coles staff Echuca, and in particular the click and collect team including coles staff members Daman and Donna on registers etc....

Prices are good, the store is clean, and the employees are usually polite and be willing to help. Sometimes you will find shelves being stocked at busy times, and many of the walkways and aisles are hard to navigate due to end of aisle displays making things narrow. The main downside is the lack of parking and the fact that you have to walk back to the front of the store to put trolleys away. If it wasn't for the carpark situation I would shop here more.

My partner and I were racially profiled at this coles. The only asians to shop here, and they got to check out assistants to stand next to us while we scanned everything through. A white lady reported us as shop lifters…..

The change in the way you have to shop now in Coles can get a little confusing. If people are familiar with places like crisco mega marts it's a lot like that. Be sure to check the pricing correctly on all your products as I myself got caught out with this. They warn you they charge you by the KG in big writing and the amount at checkout is printed alot smaller. So when you get to the checkout what you think your paying is not the extra amount your charged. It's sneaky and very effective! Myself grabbing a ham thinking I was paying $22 @ checkout $54

Good place to shop car park us very small nerveracking at times

I was not allowed to buy my usual pack of cigarettes as the checkout person refused to sell them to me. I am 50 years old & was not asked for I.D. Not happy Rodney.
