Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm when it arrived a little late. It's a shame, but we still couldn't be mad at the extremely likeable and friendly supplier. The taste of the food was also amazing!! No pressed meat, delicious sauces, everything was well seasoned, fries were just "oh well", but overall we were totally satisfied, thank you! :) I'd be happy to come back regularly. ;-)

I ordered for the third time today. The food was delivered well before the announced date. It tastes good and is really hot. The drivers are always very friendly. That's how it has to be. Keep it up. I think you've gained a new regular customer. :-)

Don't even know where to start... I walked into the store and was immediately greeted in a friendly manner. When I was waiting outside for my orders, which took less than 5 minutes, the delivery person greeted me in a friendly manner. The food is absolutely top for the P/L ratio and tastes super fresh. It's rare to get a large burger with fries and a drink of such good quality for just under €7. The shop is an absolute insider tip!

I ordered there for the first time yesterday and will do so more often from now on. Supplier was very nice and the delivery was on time! The food was perfect and hot. Top one more regular customer 😃👍

After a little mishap with the other store, the store in Herne delivered me a completely new burger and fries and I have to say it was very tasty! The fries were warm. Overall it tasted good. The service in Herne deserves special mention. Unfortunately, I don't know who I spoke to, but they acted very competently and were very friendly. I will definitely order here again. Thanks :)

Allein schon wegen dem burger gibt es von mir 5 Sterne... sehr schnelle Lieferung, super Service und sehr leckeres Essen.. kann ich echt nur weiterempfehlen 👍🏽👍🏽

Best on the best

To be honest, one star is even too many. The food came an hour late, something was missing and it was cold! The delivery person was also rude and thought we were stealing his time. Oh yeah, the food didn't even taste good :) Good job!

Ordered here for the first time today. The delivery came as announced, the delivery person was super friendly and accommodating, the food was hot and tasted wonderful. I can only recommend everyone to order there.

Delivery time for a Friday evening was really great at just under 40 minutes! The food (filet bites, buffalo wings and the beef and chicken burgers) were first class! The Filet Bites in particular can easily keep up with the big “K” - no, they are even better! Delivery driver was super friendly. All we can say is: We'll be happy to order again soon.

Without any announcement there was a surcharge because the distance was too “long” (4km) and the beef burger was still raw and not edible. I was told on the phone about the complaint, “What should I do now?” after this impudence I hung up. Please think twice before ordering there. Unfortunately you cannot upload photos.
