We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort. The rooms were very good and impeccably clean. The entire property is well maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was not only friendly but also highly cooperative, adding a positive touch to my experience. Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway.

My first experience here for an overnight stay with a group of automotive experts from abroad. The place is amazing and the resort of spread across a huge area. The backwaters make the place just incredible. The food and ambience is class. The Ayurveda spa is a plus point for those seeking to relax. The pool is well maintained. 7/10 overall.

Overall a very beautiful, high-quality resort! I would definitely come here again. Hotel management and reception greeted us and the welcome drink was very nice. The concierge made it very easy to make plans and arrange drivers for the day and the drivers were all very nice. It’s very family friendly and has lots of on-site complimentary activities. We enjoyed the cooking demos and yoga and gorgeous sunsets in particular but tea time and sunset cruise were so nice too! The staff at the restaurant were very accommodating and kind as well. One feedback would be to have some of the room instructions written down somewhere as we were given a lot of information all at once. We forgot things like how to turn on the mosquito repellent switch.

This resort is located in a calm and serene place. Rooms are architecturally brilliant and the hospitality is incomparable. There are a lot of fun complimentary activities including games, boat ride, kayaking etc.(all of which are awesome). The food is also brilliant. I would love to visit this place anytime again.

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at Gokulam Hotel. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would like to highlight some aspects of my stay that require attention. Firstly, I would like to express my satisfaction with the lake view room that we chose. The view was absolutely breathtaking and added to the overall charm of the hotel. However, I would like to bring to your attention that all the other rooms we saw also had a similar view. It seems that our specific request for a lake view room was unnecessary. Moving on, I would like to commend the hotel on its breakfast offerings. The variety of options available was impressive and the quality of most dishes was top-notch. However, I was disappointed to find that the bakery items, such as pastries and bread, were not fresh. This is something that can be improved upon to enhance the overall dining experience for guests. I understand that maintaining high standards all the time can be challenging, and my intention in highlighting these areas is to help make the hotel even better. Gokulam Hotel has great potential, and with a few adjustments, it can truly excel in providing an exceptional guest experience.

First of all this is an amazing facility. So well designed with lots of greenery with stunning lake backwater views. Beautiful boating canoe facility and nice swimming pool. I loved the facility totally. What I did not enjoy as much was the food which I felt was too pricey for what we got. The taste was fine but not the best we’ve had. The one issue we faced was with hot water. Despite turning on heater more than 30 minutes we would get cold or lukewarm water. I think this resort could be amazing if they had a nicer restaurant that is better priced even if it meant smaller quantities. The lake view villas seem to have such a beautiful view, unfortunately we did not have any view though. Having the bicycles was such a nice idea, unfortunately at least the men’s bikes are very run down. They were in bad shape and can’t really enjoy a pleasant ride. I hope they bring in some nice ones. The staff at the boating and complementary tea shop were so attentive and helpful. Don’t miss the tea and snacks from 4-5, that was truly good. And the musicians playing violin at dinner time were so good.

We had a fantastic experience, we came here for a wedding and everyone was very accommodating! The resort itself was beautiful, the nature was as impressive as you can get. The food was consistently tasteful, everything, breakfast and all the other meals. There were also European options but it is beyond me why anybody would not choose to try Kerala cuisine. The staff were excellent, always very helpful! Also, make sure to visit the spa, it would be an experience that would be a real shame to miss.

Had a wonderful experience at the Gokulam Grand Resort! This is a beautiful property with a lot of fun activities and amenities to explore with your friends and family. The rooms are great and luxurious. The sunset cruise was fun. They have a nice pool by the mini amphitheater where cultural programs are hosted every evening. Definitely recommend this place 👌

Very good property by the backwaters. The staff is very nice. Service was excellent. Lot of activities there like kayaking, bamboo etc. Ticked all the boxes for me. Must visit for sure. The rooms are pretty good and spacious. Just loved my stay here.

The swimming pool, boating activities, evening cultural fest, cooking demo etc was really enjoyable & very well managed. I recently stayed at Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa in Kumarakom, Kerala and had a delightful experience. The resort offers comfortable rooms, great ambiance, and high-quality amenities. The range of activities provided, including cycling, fishing, yoga, and cooking demonstrations, adds to the unique experience. The gym is well-equipped with branded machines, ensuring guests can maintain their fitness routine. However, the Hi-Tea Session, Sunset Cruise, and Cultural Program fell short of expectations. The buffet dining option is recommended. Despite these minor flaws, I still recommend Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay in Kumarakom, Kerala.

Exceptional property. From the fun activities to the sunset boating, we had an absolutely delightful experience. Out of the many positives, one that really stood out for me was the food. The seafood was so fresh and delicious (OMG!). Mr. Nikhil at the restaurant understood our expectations from the meal and recommended THE BEST combination of food. Super happy, kudos to the team ❤️

We visited in late August for 3 days, extra ordinary location and views. Kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Lovely, clean facilities throughout. Food a bit pricey for the taste and quality. Good range of buffet breakfast. Used the indoor spa for an oil massage, lovely staff. Highly recommend !

The experience was really good. There were many complementary activities provided along with the stay which is a bonus which made us stick on inside the resort for the 3 days stay and not venture out for any other siteseeing. The breakfast spread was good but can be much better. The price is little on the higher end. Otherwise overall experience is exceptional. It's a must visit place.

The Entire property is good and very well maintained.The satffs are very friendly and there are enough activities for two nights stay. Loved our stay here and had a good experience. I would definitely recommend to others and would come back again.

A very beautiful property with beautiful swimming pool, boating, kayaking and backwaters view. The pool is perfect for both toddlers and adults too. ❤️ The food is very good with great options. All the staffs were really nice and really helpful . The staffs are the real assets of Gokulam Grand. From the managers to the house keeping staffs, all were always ready to help us. We stayed at the resort for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The rooms as impeccable and the area is very beautiful and relaxing. The service is truly outstanding, professional and kind. We felt very welcome. My partner hurt his back on the trip and everyone was very helpful. The Ayurvedic team at the spa provided a check up and treatment of his back. We'd recommend the spa to everyone who wants to do something good for themselves. We had at least one massage per day and kept coming back. We also highly recommend the yoga classes offered in the morning. The yoga was calmer than I an used to but it was a beautiful experience and I learned more than during many yoga classes I had in the past. Overall all activities offered are very nice and the food was good as well. It is not cheap but worth it. Many thanks to the wonderful staff of Gokulam!!
