One of the Best Corporate Hospital in Madurai. Don't take treatment in this Hospital. 25.05.2022 early morning 3am Gastric problem so unable to breath regularly, so admit in this Hospital. They taken ECG before the doctor arrival. Lab technician said everything normal. He pass the information to Duty Doctor. As per the Doctor instruction again they taken ECG, but but they not connected properly. Doctor suddenly reach me and without checking ECG and didn't get my information details. He acting like panic to say you have mild heart attack need to take injection, and injection cost almost 45,000.00rs.. it's very serious and critical situation. I said I don't have such much money right now. Time is early morning 3am. Suddenly he said go away from this Hospital and you people's are should be admit only Government hospital. I paid 947rs for ECG and some loading doses. I out from the hospital and take a cup of hot water and rest in arapalayam for 3 hours. After rest breathing is fine no other pains Now what I will think about this hospital.

Thanks for Laksmi mam, she took total care of my wife for c-section. Nurse gave good care by 24/7 they responded immediately at any time. They did not overcharge on any additional medicine. Totally clean and tidy place

One of my relative expired at NTC Hospitals, Madurai during Dec 2023 and the hospital management took all the effort to sent his body to reach within 48 hours to our native village to perform last rites. My father was admitted at NTC hospital after an accident. The team at the emergency ward were very spontaneous and did their best before he was taken to the operation Theater. The doctors constantly kept us updated on his progress and the surgery was completed successfully. The nurses and all staff involved with not just my father even with other patients, were very courteous and warm. The hygiene of the hospital was excellent. Thank you NTC team for taking great care of my father during this critical time.

I admitted my mother for severe stomach pain and Dr.Rajkumar, Surgical gastro attended. He has done endoscopy and find Esophageal varices which is a dangerous sign of Liver Cirrohosis. He did other liver profile and blood test , the results are normal. He discharged with advice of taking low sodium. That's all. My mother's problem not cured and I consulted another gastroenterologist and he found that the liver disease. I wonder how a experienced gastroenterologist even could not even find a life threatening liver disease! Entire amount I spent is wasteful.

NTC Hospitals is one of the finest hospitals that i have been too. The doctors and nurses are very professional and helpful and they took good postcare of my wife who had undergone C Section. I would especially like to thank Dr. S. Jothilakshmi for her constant guidance and care. The room provided was also having all the amenities.

Very happy that I chose the right hospital _NTC hospital for my wife Joyce. She had hysterectomy ( Advanced Laproscopy) operation done. We were very relaxed as it was done by expert Doctors_ Dr.Rajkumar and Dr.Lakshmi. All other doctors too did a great job.Excellent nursing care and post operative care rendered.Our heartfelt thanks to Doctor's team,nursing team, receptionist members,clerical staff, pharmist and cleaners.

I going to there for Field work as a part of Msw (Master of social work) There are no medical social in there. But The principal Mam and other staffs coperating to us. We can't adjust with their food accomedation is ok. In the hospital there are Many departments in there.

Good environment and Good learning place. I am satisfied with the training and the care of the patients. They gave knowledgeable ideas about the deit. I felt happy with the deit training experience.

Note: The only reason for 3 star rating is cost is too high even for basic blood tests and other stuffs...in my opinion I do think only rich will be able to meet out their expenses...pls do compare the fair with other hospitals for all tests....I will suggest peple for good care n treatment....but I won't suggest people as the cost is too heavy..I do presume that people who have gn 6 ratings might b rich or may be unaware of actual cost for tests taken in other hospitals.. NTC is one among the good hospitals which provides utmost care to the patients.. the environment is neat buy still cleanliness is needed...nursing was excellent with exception to freshers as some don't know how to interact with patients and were little rude....

It is one of the worst hospitals. If you have health insurance and applied for a cashless transaction this hospital will loot all your money. My experience was very bad at this hospital. I have applied for cashless transactions, First thing they quoted too much which is costlier than all the multispecialty hospitals. Next, they will ask you to pay cash to proceed with the surgery, and for that, they won't give you any bill. Third, at the time of discharge, they will ask you to pay more cash even if your claim is approved and paid. They break all the rules as they should not be supposed to collect money from those who applied for cashless treatment. Point to be highlighted: There is a guy named "Joshua" at the Cash counter, he is ruling the hospital, he doesn't even know a single point related to claims but still he refuses to talk to anyone, even if the admin manager came to talk he asked him not to talk because he is the boss of NTC hospitals. I have escalated my concern with the insurance, and after a long follow-up, they helped me to get the payment receipt from the hospital. Yesterday again I visited this hospital to get the claim form signed, and straight away NTC boss "Joshua" denied it. I suggest no one to visit this hospital.

Best hospital in town. Recently i admitted my 1.75 years old daughter I was very worried since she is ah baby. Excellent medical Care in world class medical facility. Recently my Mom(age 72) with heart issues had knee replacement surgery and she recovered completely. She is able to walk on her own with out any pain now. Dr.Rajkumar did very good due diligence since my Mom was a heart patient and was taking certain medications which would complicate the surgery. Both doctors and nursing staff are very attentive and available for help at any time. The surgery was seamless; Excellent medical care provided by both Dr.Rajkumar and Dr.Jerry before, during and after surgery. Very clean facility. Very good follow up care. Doctors are not punctual. Hospital is forcing the patient to come 30 mins early to the appointment. But Doctors are coming 2 to 3 hours late. This is happening regularly and no regret from anyone. Irresponsible

i am really very grateful to the wonderful staffs and doctors of the hospital. i was new to the city and reached at around 10 pm (while travelling from coimbatore , my mom got injury in her hand),, lady in the reception was so kind enough ,,, despite having language problem she tried her best to arrange for a X ray.
