The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The property is near to Lulu Mall (just 10 minute walk). What really impressed me was the customer service. Went to this place with family as part of our Kerala visit. Rooms and hygiene was excellent, staffs were very humble and polite and the food was excellent!!! The location is also easily accessible and at the same time calm. Definitely recommended!

Chose this gem place due to proximity to LuLu mall and I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised. From the time I checked in with front desk person Ananthu and housekeeping team, they were all very courteous. Rooms were pristine and exceptionally maintained. Didn’t expected this and this facility exceeded all my expectations. A good example for other hotels on how to manage and provide best customer satisfaction. Wishing the best for this whole team.

I've stayed here for 1 day . Rooms and atmosphere where really cleaned and well maintained. Bathroom especially 👍. No bad smell or anything . Friendly atmosphere. Staffs are customer friendly. They won't call you or bother you unless you call them . The receptionist was really helpful. in cable most of the paid channels were available. If you want food to order them they will purchase the food for you at your doorstep. You can pay it after check out. Overall my experience with phoenix holiday was 4 ⭐ rated

The hotel serves its purpose well — ample parking space, courteous staff, and a well-sized room equipped with all the essential amenities. While I'm uncertain if they've a restaurant, they served me tea whenever I requested. The hotel may not offer anything out of the ordinary but it stands out as a gem for its reasonable price, making it one of my most enjoyable stays. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
