Have stayed here for 2 days! Day 1: rooms and bathroom were average. Not very clean. AC wasn’t working. Asked the staff. They have given us standing fan. Managed the night although it wasn’t enough. 2nd day they have changed the room and that room seems to be better than the first! Staff was helpful though. But the hotel isn’t the same as it looks in the picture! A disappointing experience! :(

Be aware of the lady at reception, Please don’t go here the guys are a big fraud/cheater. The biggest mistake I did it was to book it directly they told the package has breakfast included and on check out day they charged us for it. They don’t give you the bill until you pay. I asked 100 times as I was sure we didn’t order so much food but they asked us to pay and we paid. The service is pathetic you will ask for something they will never provide. The rooms smell, there is seepage issues in all rooms . Breakfast is worst I have ever had in my life . The owner doesn’t care about the property hence the staffs are ruining the image of the hotel especially the LADY AT RECEPTION.

Worst experience. Room was stinking. By staying 1 night in that room I got unwell due to the poor ventilation in room. The more I stayed inside the more sick I was. Booked for 2 nights but couldn't take risk of staying 1 more night in that stinking hell. Parking facility is provided far from room. Lot of inconvenience while loading and unloading luggage. This hotel don't deserve 1 Star. They charged 750 rupees (250 per hour) for late check-out for my friend with room charges 3000 per night. Such a rude behaviour. This hotel is not worth 1000 per night.

Self proclaimed 4 star hotel. One can't fool the public. Concierge services, multiple pools, hot tub, limo services, valet parking, these are some of the facilities a 4 star hotel is supposed to provide. This is just a lodge with its close proximity to LuLu mall. The only advantage it has.

Very regretting experience with aura one hotel. Service was pathetic. Ac remote was not working called reception twice no response, went to reception and informed directly but no response from staff side. TV dish in the room was not recharged, after informing also no response from staff side. Bath towels offered was too old. Room clean and linen was on properly done. Overall very upset with the service.

The staff at this lovely hotel is amazing and will go above and beyond to provide concierge lounge were all very accommodating, polite, attentive and made my stay very special. Many thanks to them for making my stay wonderful, memorable and delicious! Housekeeping was also exceptional, turn down service every night, flowers and notes in our room, etc. Thank you.

Worst hotel I ever stayed. Hotel corridor and room were stinking. It was like sleeping next to a public toilet. Parking facility is provided far from room. Lot of inconvenience while loading and unloading luggage. Room not shown as in Agooda booking site. Very small room. Lazy staff. Never stay at this hotel. Not worth the money they are charging.

This property is located very near to lulu mall and other visiting locations, but room and room service is pathetic.. hot water not coming, intercom is not there to inform anything or call for room service. Hotwater coming like drop by drop, asked the room service person to check the hot water issue, he said hot water will come like that only, with this force shower is not working, my bad stayed with 2 kids .. terrible 2 days.. don't prefer..think twice, we have many options near by.. especially don't take 2118 room ... Bath towels not provided. TV will work only for a few channels. Also their breakfast also sucks .. mostly it won't be there if you 8.30 to 9.30 also..

I would avoid this place in the future. Has a very weird smell in the air throughout the hotel including the rooms and corridors. The smell was almost suffocating and caused a throat irritation very quickly. At night found it hard to sleep with the AC on as the smell was very prominent with the AC on. After the AC was switched off the air quality was better. Service at the restaurant is good, but its not that good at the front desk.

It's a very bad experience. The hotel sells rooms as 4 star but when I go there it's not worth even 1 star. They didn't even arrange a taxi to us to another hotel.

We enjoyed the stay very much, the rooms were clean and the staff very friendly..loved the location too..they gave us extra 2 hrs after we checked out for us to do noon prayers before we left for the airport...highly recommend the place

My stay at Aura one hotel is a good experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It’s very close to Lulu mall too, so it was very convenient for shopping. Won’t mind staying for a second tome

worst experience ever in a hotel. Not an option in any future situation. Electrical problems like not working lamps, slot light ,charging points, even TV have no power connection, no power for fridge at all. Most difficult part is wash basine not proparly working, water stagnents throughout.

I have mixed review for this facility. The location is good since it’s walkable distance to Lulu mall and many other electrical and electronics shopping malls. Service is yet to be improved, we have to ask for everything and many a times regular consumables are out of stock. Rooms are very poorly organized. There is no windows in the rooms, the chair is dangerously designed that it’s easy to fall back while sitting on it. The worst part is towels which stinks with fungus, mattresses are not comfortable and rooms are not at all sound proof, you can hear everything around you. Overall this hotel is good for a quick one day visit.

They don’t have dedicated parking. I had to wait till 10.30 pm to get parking slot on some pay and park. By the time I have received a traffic violation ticket for parking on road in front of this hotel. Stay was okay, since it is close to highway we can hear traffic noise always. But it is located in happening place. Service and staff behavior was good.

The room did not seem like the one we booked. Had hot water problem. They did not inform us when check-in. The next day, the staff forgot on the heater, so one of us had a cold shower. After complaining, then had hot water.

The accommodation, albeit priced at a certain level, may be perceived as cramped, and the lighting in the rooms appears to be suboptimal. Additionally, our room featured an aging air conditioning unit with noticeable water droplets. Service-related issues were encountered, such as delays in obtaining a bucket and mug despite multiple requests, resulting in a 45-minute wait. Furthermore, the morning breakfast experience was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. Cleanliness standards in the rooms could be elevated, and a greater emphasis on prioritizing customer service is recommended.

Beds are uncomfortable and outdated, bed springs are broken. Management need to replace immediately with New one. Front desk available 24/ 7 and active.

The rooms are clean and hygiene & staffs are very good . Especially prince a guy from Front office executive reception is very supportive..so please visit the place once you visit kochi we stayed almost 5 days in aura hotel .

No star , Bad smell in room and bath room , No ventilation , and the charges/rent also like 4 star hotel , Wi-Fi connection was also not available . very very poor & I am very disappointed for whole day.

Excellent property. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staffs were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make the stay enjoyable.Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting

Located right next to Lulu mall, place is very convenient. It is located on the highway and we got out of the bus right in front of the hotel. Place is very clean utilitarian. Rooms were big and comfortable. AC was working well. Hot water did not come even after several requests and settings of the plumbing line...this was the only big problem we faced. Breakfast buffet is limited but of good quality. Dinner can be ordered into room or can order Ala carte at the restaurant. We got an early check in from 8 am to 12 noon for which we paid Rs. 250 per hour. Very convenient if you are planning a day or two at Cochin for business or any other purpose.

Worst experience ever. All star above 1 are fake. 1.) The whole night there was sound coming from the fall sealing, it was so disturbing sound we couldn't sleep a wink the whole night. It was like a rat is there in fall ceiling. 2.) We booked our room through agoda, when we reached there, they said your booking is for non ac rooms you have to pay extra Rs. 500 for ac rooms. However, it was not mentioned on site that it is ac or non ac even in their premium rooms. We were tired so we paid extra. 3.) Room were so smelly. Even room freshner was not working. 4.) Cockroaches was roaming in the room. 5.) Staff is so irritating and irresponsible. All the rating above 1 are fake. Dont book any room. Sleeping at road will be better then this hotel.

Great and posh stay right beside lulu mall and metro. Very welcoming and warm staff. Good rooms with good washroom at very affordable prices. They dint even charge us extra for late checkout

Worst ever hotel. Smallest rooms ever. Rooms were stinking a lot. And there was no ventilation. Felt like dying inside. Please don't book this hotel. You will fall sick due to lack of air circulation and bad smell.😓

Very good location, neat rooms, good service v can take outside food / order zomato, swiggy. They will provide or try to fulfill your requests. Bed linens have stains but in a negligible amount.... except this v had a very good experience

Its a scam team....Very poor service....they have no parking area...and I have booked a room last week namaste when I reached their front area they a telling me they didn't have booked confirmation...and I didn't get the refund also...kindly pls avoide these type of cheating hotels when u travel with u r family.

Self proclaimed 3 star hotel. The person in the reception behaved very rude, Hotel don't have any proper parking. Parking is apart from the hotel it's a pay and park facility so we need to walk far distance to the hotel through the main road. Honestly I will not suggest to anyone.

Poor service. The staff here is very impolite. I had booked a king sized bed room with a city view and on checking in i received a queen sized bed room with no window even. The food is pathetic. The staff does not respond to your requests and i no way ready to help.

There are much much better options available pls don't ever go for this. The staffs are not at all polite nor do they take any of our queries or concerns. Their room service is also very very bad. Their breakfast is terrible.

The hotel does not provide with the front parking, next the key card which was not working and some how they have broken and given the key in which the locker system was making alarm sound on the whole night stay. Next pathetic was the break fast not even a basic items were available, the hotel don't even care for their customer's hunger. It was an worst situation with my kids. Don't even think of booking a room here, it was an lodge & not mean for families to stay.
