Good hotel. Very close to Lulu Mall and the metro station there. The staff was friendly and helped us book transportation. The room was clean. Okay for Europeans.

This hotel is in a quiet residential neighborhood but close to Lulu Mall and all the other busy shopping, dining establishments in that area. The rooms are quite spacious and very comfortable. The staff was amazing and super helpful. Thanks to Ameen for all the assistance with my boarding passes, etc. Truly professionals here and I will definitely return when I am back in Kochi.

The hotel is good quality and Clean. The staffs are very kind and patient. Service is also good. It is better to provide Complimentary breakfast, since there is no near by restaurants. The hotel is a bit far from the main road and the accessing road is bit rough, the only feeling of discomfort. Otherwise it is so good for business class as well as for Stay with family.

A decent place to stay in the heart of the city. The rooms were well maintained and clean. I've stayed two times and the second time I received a smaller room. But it was also well maintained. The price is slightly high, considering the location and service they provide, it can be neglected. Good place for couples and family.

Nice comfortable air-conditioned rooms at a convenient location. Neat & Hygienic rooms. Have food delivery to the room from nearby restaurant. Had a kettle & arrangement to make tea coffee in room. Overall good experience. Only suggestion is to keep some plates in room.

Had a terrible experience with service and rooms. We reached late by 11 PM for checkin. Booked room was not ready as they said cleaning staff errored and not set. Then they upgraded and have next category Executive rooms. Room was stuffy and AC was not working. Had to cancel the room at Midnight and find another hotel.

They have well maintained rooms. Suitable for all kind of travellers. Well cleaned bathrooms, beds and pillows were good. Staffs are polite and gentle. The way to hotel was bit small, no resturant in there. U can order via online food delivery apps and lots of restaurants in walkable distance.

Didnt book through online. Stayed at the double room for 1500 rs. Agoda website showed 1600+ for the same room. Not really had any service they just got my name and address thats it.

The rating on internet is so high. And the rooms are also located at a decent location. But the rooms were too dusty. It looks like they are not cleaning it properly.

However, I would like to recommend that the hotel management consider restarting the in-house restaurant. Although the hotel allowed door delivery services from platforms like Zomato and Swiggy, having an on-site restaurant would provide greater convenience and a wider range of dining options for guests. It would be beneficial for those who prefer the convenience of dining within the hotel premises. Another aspect that could be improved is the parking space. While the current availability of CCTV coverage is commendable for security purposes, extending the parking area would be advantageous, especially considering the increasing number of guests and their vehicles. A more spacious parking area would alleviate any concerns guests may have about finding a suitable parking spot. Despite these areas for improvement, it is worth mentioning that the staff at Hotel Burroj were courteous and attentive throughout my stay. They promptly addressed any inquiries or requests I had, creating a positive impression of their service. The hotel's location in Edappally is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. In conclusion, Hotel Burroj at Edappally offers a pleasant stay with some areas for improvement. Am just reached to hotel now (04/07/2023). There are 3 people in the reception side. I tried to park my car on the side parking of the hotel. The parking slot is very bad to park for small cars. It's too much height from the ground. These 3 staff of hotel people are seeing trying my parking. Those staff people are not trying to help me to park my car. They are simply playing with their mobile phones. Am totally disappointed with their attitude when I reached to the hotel. My car underpart was hits during the parking time. At least they can come to my car and thay can guide me to park my car, but they didn't do it. They don't know how recive the guest. And the nearby road to acess the hotel is extremely pathetic. Anyway I will write about their services and other things after my checkout.

I had to wait 2 hours in lobby even though there was written 3 hours free early checkin and also additional early checkin request was made. Don’t trust any offerings made they will allow you only the fixed time no request will they accept. The hindi staffs were not friendly

One of the worst hotel in my current family tour to kerala. un professional behaviour of staff. Rooms not clean as required. Early morning I asked for hot water for bathing but until my check out staff did not provide it.

It was full of bedbugs .. no proper cleaning of matress bedsheet pillows. at night couldn't sleep.. have to keep lights on all time to escape from bedbugs..

They have good rooms in budget price. They don't have a restaurant, so no breakfast or food available. The single room cost us Rs. 1400 and double occupancy room cost us Rs. 1800. They have basic amenities like tv, wifi, a dressing table, cabinet, hot water, a bottle of water and cattle, and some tea and coffee packets. The only problem here is the location where it is located. It seems like it's in a residential area where only a small back road goes from the main highway. This road has no light and condition of the road is bad. The staff seemed to be good.

Had a terrible experience with the hotel. They had very rude staff and poor management, the staff keep asking for. Money for every service we ask for, They were very rude, there was total confusion if we ask them for any service, wouldn't suggest the place, we checked out of the hotel in the middle of the day and had to find another one, A kind request to the hotel management it would be great if you could employ people with some. Only 2 nos water bottle provided(for Two Persons) for 23 hours stay. At Midnight almost 35 mins power cut, mosquitoes in room. Bedsheets and blankets are old and full of strains. No restaurant facilities. Approach to hotel is very narrow and no lights at night.

The stay was very good and pleasant and the place was maintained neatly. It's very near to LuLu mall. It has good connectivity via Edapally railway station and metro. Staffs were so kind and very responsive. Just sharing my personal experience here. We stayed here for a day next day we Checked out at 11 am and our train was at 10.30 PM so we asked whether wecan place our luggage somewhere in the hotel, he ( receptionist) gave a place to put our Luggage. We went to lulu mall and came back to hotel to take our luggage back around 8.45 PM . Before we take our luggage and leave I asked him whether we can change our clothes there in storage room itself ? He immediately gave an actual room key and asked us to use it. We were really surprised and were happy that despite we vacated room in morning he gave room to us to get ourselves refreshed. He didn't even charge for the same. This hotel has got such a kind staff that we have never seem anywhere. Highly recommended place to stay in kochi if you are looking somewhere near lulu mall.

The hotel is clean, nice and affordable. The staff of the hotel is very helpful. The condition of the room and washroom are very nice and hygienic. So, I can say that if anyone coming here and want to stay then they can choose hotel burooj for stay..I highly recommend this hotel.

It is a room only luxury stay. The Hotel part is a misnomer. They do not have a in-house kitchen. An Kettle with tea and coffee is available bedside. Very spacious room, clean, good working aircondition, the linen and beds are really very good. The low price of the room is a plus factor. The access road to the Hotel Burooj is of a minor company inconvienience. The rental for a two bed room was Rs 2250/ for a day. On the whole would certainly recommend this place as ideal for low budget traveller. Also safe for women and children too.

Burooj is short, it's located near lulu mall. However, the hotel is bit inside the residential area. Rooms were spacious, but sad to say not maintained at all. Toilet was unclean. Sheets had holes. Wardrobe glass was broken. Only thing for us which was good were the front desk staff. They were really kind and welcoming.

Thanks to burooj team for making my stay fab. Stayed here for 2 days. Pros Good parking facility. Rooms were neat and clean. They allows door step food delivery from swiggy and zomato. Nearby lulu mall cherai beach, fort kochi etc. Walkable distance for restuarant. Cons Hotel is little interiors 500m from main road. Hotel doesn't have restaurants facilities. No more comments as such i feel other than above. Worth to such service inside the city.

The hotel is too interior and very confusing to locate from the main road. Google map shows long directions to locate the hotel. But the stay was good. Cleanliness maintained well in the hotel.

Guessed I expected a lot with the name - Luxury hotel and there was nothing to call as luxury! I had taken 2 rooms and 1 of the rooms was terrible! The fridge was leaking which had water all over all the place .water flow was very poor in the bathroom- sheets were stained and to top it off the phone was not working - they kept telling me -you should have called! How on earth am I supposed to call when the phone was not working ??!! I told them I can't leave my sleeping children and come down to complain. They again said we would have given you another room! I checked in at night with half-asleep children and they had the whole day to check the basic functionality in the room and still, they kept blaming me. I told them that I wanted to talk to the management but I never got the call back despite me checking with them thrice! maybe it would have been a wrong day wrong room for me but nevertheless -NEVER EVER WIll I ever set my foot into this place !

Got a good deal and the facilities are good. AC rooms, water boiler, tea, coffee, good view, clean washroom. The staff were friendly and responsive. The place is located around 10 mins walk from Eddapally metro station, which makes it convenient. Shopping malls and restaurants are nearby. The only concern is hot water in the bathroom, we need to tell the staff to turn on the geysers.Internet speed is decent and Mobile network is good at the location. Overall, had a good stay for around 1.3K per night.

It's a good hotel with well appointed rooms. Friendly front office staff. Have on-site parking space and lift service which makes it convenient for even elderly visitors. Disadvantages: Little off the main road. So u need a vehicle. Does not have an onsite restaurant. But you can get your food delivered by online delivery partners. Also you can place the order in the reception. They ll order online. Need to remind the staff to refill drinking water, clean room if you are staying more than a day. Buy they do it immediately once requested.
