The way the merchandise has been arranged is confusing. The different sizes of the display pieces are kept far away and the salespeople are least helpful. You need to call them multiple times to get their attention and then they drift away after just one or two responses. Huge store with just two trial rooms. Overall a dissatisfied customer experience.

Awesome place. We were assisted by lissy jacob and ratheesh. Both were very helpful and supportive. We really liked their service. They have wide range of dresses at reasonable cost . All our wedding dresses were taken from here. Must visit.

There was a good collection with affordable prices. Though we took our time selecting, the assigned person was patient and helped us diligently. There are only a few dressing rooms so the waiting time was long otherwise it was a good experience.

It's one of the cofertable place for shopping in Ernakulam district.Since it is inside the lulu mall you can get every thing in One roof. Only unfair thing is the Parking fee. They charge hourly 20 Rs. For Parking.

This place is overrated! If you want to spend tons of money on cheap looking kancheepuram sarees then this is best place. Apart from that there are other variety of party wear sarees which are good. But you may get the same saree at half the price from Jayalakshmi I guess. Btw this post is not an ad for Jayalakshmi😅 just a fact. Anyways I brought a saree from here it is cool. Saleswomen chechis are super patient to show sarees or to help with draping!

Lulu Celebrate in Kochi is an embarrassment. My mother & I went to get some readymade blouses and saris. The staff were rude and unhelpful (especially compared to the store in Trivandrum where everyone was so nice). After two staff ladies started arguing between themselves about blouse sizing, we asked to go to the changing room to try them. The changing room had a bin and various sari materials strewn in the corner. It was vile. The actual blouses are ok, the clothes are average but affordable, however the overall shopping experience is terrible. I would not recommend, especially if going as a bride to be!

Great place and great value on products. Lulu hyper market, Lulu collection and celebration ( Sarees and wedding wear section) are brilliant. Quality of products are top notch and the pricing is set for the common people. Well kept and maintained facility with adequate space everywhere. Couple of negatives (minor) 1 exit from parking is very slow, need to spend a lot of time in queue because of the bad and slow management at the exit 2 could have given facility map visibly.

Must visit place for me once I'm in Cochin. This place is that much attached to me. The Keralite version of the International Giant Lulu Group situated in Cochin consists of large number of Shops and other shopping related establishments, other services etc. This area has a wide parking area for more than thousands of vehicles. The food court and the Hypermarket are very economical for the customers, and the Electronics Department also encapsulates large number brands and appliances. As said, I always love to be there once I'm in Cochin or even the nearby localities since 2014.

I came in yesterday to purchase a dress for my wedding and reception. I can’t express how satisfied I am with the customer service and for every design suggestion, designer Prabhija was very patient in understanding my liking :) and we were accompanied by staff Sijji and she was completely with us helping out with everything what we needed for yesterday and today. I and my mom are very much satisfied with the designs and especially the service and care provided to the customer. Will definitely recommend my friends to come here to shop for their special occasion :)

Affordable price, okay collection and courteous service.have just introduced bridal lehengas and wedding tuxedo. Custom tailoring from scratch is an option i found useful.
