We are regular customers of this shop ❤ really an excellent shop in terms of quality and customer service. They have a huge collection of dresses for gents and ladies. The kids section seemed a bit less, but still well organised. They have a separate section for shoes, beauty products, home decor, accessories and perfumes 👍

In terms of selection its awesome. You will get clothing for every category and in all materials. Highly fashionable and trendy womens clothing. They also contains kids area and a small portion is dedicated for shoes and ladies foot ware. The clothes are priced definitely above average for sure. Thats one disadvantage. Worst staff experience I ever had… If you haven’t seen Gender Inequality, come Do visit this showroom once..pathetic experience.. I understand that a male customer is not a fair customer and need not to be treated in a fair manner.. Thank you westside team for your morality code showed towards me.

This store will come across your eyes inside Lulu mall on the ground floor. The store is quite big covering clothing for both men and women. Brands are limited, but the quality is good. The men’s collection is not so great while seeing the rush of women shoppers inside the store sends the message that they should be good. The billing section is quite busy most of the time, but they are very friendly and help you with any related query.

They are selling damaged or old products in the name of discount. Bought a kurthi a week ago during offer time. We haven't noticed the product was damaged at the time of purchase. Today when try to wear we have noticed the product has patches in multiple places. Stop cheating customers in the name of discount.

Out of all the clothing stores in Lulu mall, this shop is definitely my favourite! I absolutely love the mens t shirts on display, these designs are my kind of style and it can be difficult to find in most stores. The items are high quality too and not expensive! Highly recommend 👌

Good Place for Clothing for both men and women, there are many different types of clothing available. Although the prices are a little on the expensive side, I thought the quality was excellent. There are options in the range for both daytime and evening wear. They also have enough stock of slippers, accessories, nightwear, innerwear, etc.

Aside from many of the major global brands there’s a good hyper market (although nothing is ‘cheap’) but it’s fun for people watching and there is a very good food good at the top with a tremendous Paragon subsidiary.

It's part of Tata group franchise. Shop is good and spacious. No much varities or collection available. Quality is not upto mark for the price it's charged. Also inside shop I could feel fine dust particles. May from fabrics, need attention on this

There are varieties of different categories of dresses available for men and women. The rates are slightly on the higher side,but found the quality to be really good. The collection has selection for daily wears as well as party wear. They also have slippers,accessories,night wear,innerwears,etc which is sufficiently stocked.

Big shop, good prices, but selection and range of products is very less. Also hardly any distinguishable floor staff. They were just loafing amongst themselves.

Post lockdown Westside is prettier than pre-lockdown Westside. If you wander through the ground floor of Lulu Mall, your eyes would surely get stuck at the vivid colour display inside Westside. If you are looking for girls' ( especially teenagers) dresses, this would be a perfect place. (My girls visit always). Cheaper and worthier than other adjacent shops. Staff support is commendable indeed. One staff will surely dedicate her service to us to pick and carry dresses while in most of the other shops we can't expect it.

Very well designed store with good collection of male as well as female clothes. Even the accessories were of good quality , the staff was very good. No issues with the collection but the air conditioning is practically non existent. We were sweating profusely throughout our entire shopping experiences. The trial rooms were the worst at that.

Cloth selection was good but size options were minimum. No trial room option for ladies esp on Mondays and Fridays.. Weird🤨

I love to shop here for special occasions. The festive wear here is reasonable. The casual and formal wear is a bit on the higher side for my budget but quality and style justifies it. The bags and footwear are very trendy. The deodorants and perfumes are lovely. Did buy a few during Diwali sale. Great place for Indian and Western wear. Would highly recommend this.

During Diwali we bought a good no of dresses. Very good choice is available. They do not have Google pay or phone pay. Still in the card era. Surprised to note TATA's is not permitting technology in their own enterprises. Tata is one of the biggest IT company in India (TCS).

I've been shopping here ever since they've been at LuLu Mall, Kochi. And oh don't I love this amaaaaaze-ing store! They have a variety of affordable clothes, footwear, accessories and home decor - they have something for everyone! Since the prices are on the lower side, the quality of the material is compromised but I don't mind that, personally. A must visit for everyone, I sure you'll visit the store every time you come to LuLu - I do! Happy shopping!

This branch has the collection that you would expect. If you are regular customer here you would know their service is commendable. The only downside is a lack of trail rooms, but considering the COVID conditions you can't ask for it.
