I have a very bad opinion about this hotel. Me and my family stayed at this hotel for one night. There were two stupid Bengalis on the reservation dusk. I spent 2200 rupees for the room. They gave me a very bad room. The bed spring was out. Haven't had a good night's sleep. They provide car parking facility in a dirty place. They were giving complimentary breakfast in the morning, It was very scary. It was the same Bengalis that I saw last night to give me breakfast in the morning. The breakfast area smelled of cat litter and was an unbearable situation. While we were having breakfast, an ugly cat passed under the chair we were sitting on.The Bengali who served us breakfast took the cat in his hand and patted it and sent it out. Seeing this, we immediately stopped eating breakfast. They do not care about how to treat the customers who come to the hotel and what facilities to provide

Good Afternoon I stayed in Room No 101 at 2 nd floor. I am an Doctor and I stayed with my daughter and wife. My opinion about the stay was *"There is No doubt in the Ambience of the room"* It was an Horrible and miserable situation because the Ac was not working and Water was draining on the bed and at midnight 2 am Big Bigger size ice cubes was falling on our faces and water was continued to be flowing like falls on the bed. The bathroom was clean but it had an vomiting sensation smell and it was horrible and my daughter had vomiting. Our stay was miserable and Horrible and bad and sad Please do not give rooms like this and make others struggling in night times

The location is great and the room is small but nice. But I wish it could have a little bit more space. It is difficult to go to the bathroom once the chair is put near the table. The bathroom tiles are very slippery. The room and bathroom is clean and nice. But it would be great if we could have a little bit more space.

We came to attent a wedding of my school friend including a reunion of our highschool classmates, we chose the hotel for it's location (edappally near St. George's church). Georgettan, was very helpful in coordinating and supporting with our plans. Real genuine kindness combined with efficiency. entire staff were also very kind and helpful infact. Our room on the 2nd floor was clean, spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Room was very good, breakfast was also nice. Easy to trace the hotel and very much within city limits which was really good. Would prefer to chose this if again plan to visit Kochi... The room and washroom were impeccable, with the AC working perfectly to keep me comfortable. They had all the essentials covered – from shampoo, body wash, and a toothbrush with toothpaste to towels and soap. My stay was incredibly relaxing, and I had a good night's sleep. In the morning, the coffee was just the way I liked it, and they even provided a bottle of water. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Had a good stay at Thayamkery's , the rooms and bathrooms were well cleaned, bed sheets & pillows were also fresh. Toiletries like tooth paste,brush, shampoo etc are provided. I had chosen their breakfast option, which was really tasty and fresh. Their service was also lovely, with really friendly staff at reception. The location is also nice with Lulu mall, metro, restaurants etc being at a walkable distance from the Hotel.

Had a comfortable stay here with family. Very friendly staff. Even though the parking was a little bit away the staff were all around when needed. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Quiet atmosphere, Overall a very good experience.

Overall room/reception area feels claustrophobic. There was a horrible smell from the bathroom at night. exhaust fan was preset, but still, it didn't help. The receptionist was very helpful

Was in the City for a day. I had booked my stay here as one of my clients had gave good reviews about the place. The property is really better and affordable in terms of how it is maintained, location and easy public transport access.

Good thing is accessibility to/from most places. So points to convenience. Rooms were clean and good. Also need to give credits to the service quality and friendly staff.

Had an excellent stay for two days at Thayamkery's Royal Inn. This is definitely great value for money considering the location and the room was compact, clean and very well maintained with room service on demand. Lots of greenery in the hallways gives a home like feeling with ample space balcony space to hang out Location was a prime factor for me and this is at Walkable distance from Lulu, Edapally Church, Metro Station with a supermarket very close by. Yet the spot is calm and quiet, away from all the traffic. The receptionists were very welcoming and hospitable, so were the service staff. Wifi also had good speed with multiple devices connected. Had a coffee, which was great! And they also provided drinking water on demand. Plus the cafe has scenic views and a calm open door ambience. Will definitely visit again.

Even a very expensive tourist homes elsewhere wouldn't be able to provide quality services the way that Royal Inn has given it. They are providing roos at reasonable price along with tasty and delicious breakfast at free of cost. The room was neat and tidy with full facilities.
