Dear travelers, please don’t be lured by the positive reviews you see here. It’s a flat-turned hotel. 3 bed room room turned to 3 rooms. When you’ll book, you’ll get one of these badly maintained rooms with not an inch of privacy. For a room, i was charged ₹2500 and additional ₹1000 for early check in. Ants and pests will greet you in thousands in the rooms and the whole place has some bad smell and dampness. Moreover, an unfriendly reception staff. Despite the genuine negative reviews you see here if you’ll book, all the best!

I am writing to appraise you with the problems i faced during my stay in you hotel and it was quite disappointing. I stayed in you laimar hotel which is in edapally Lulu malll opposite duringfamily trip My stay was of one week from 4 th sep to 8 September During my stay faced several problems. Firstly, When bad behaviour of in front office entered the room i switched on air-conditioner as it was quite hot i realized that it was not cooling at all. I immediately made call to reception regarding this problem and request them to shift me to another room. But they told me that there is no vacant room at the moment. I had to suffer for two days before i get shifted to another room. I could not sleep whole night due to very hot temperature which frustrated me a lot. Another problem i faced is the quality and standard of food which i think was not up to mark. I think i was even served stale and low quality food because of which i experienced frequent stomach upset issues.

It is situated at the best location. Just opposite lulu mall and many other shops are present around them. Rooms were good, not much spacious but was good. Food were excellent and price is affordable only. One drawback felt was that their service was little slow...will take time if we call them for any needs. Staff behaviour was good only. Was good experience staying there.

Despite my initial hopes based on positive reviews, my stay at this hotel left much to be desired. The satellite TV remained dysfunctional despite assistance, and the absence of basic amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and towels was disappointing. Moreover, the persistent presence of ants was a notable inconvenience. Unfortunately, my overall experience at this hotel fell short of expectations. Despite its advantageous location opposite Lulu Mall, I would opt for accommodations a bit farther away in the future. The restaurant's quality was passable, but the use of discoloured plastic plates gave off an unhygienic vibe. A hotel should strive to provide a pleasant experience, not a disappointing one. Having stayed in a variety of hotels, resorts, and accommodations around the world, I understand that the hotel industry has faced challenges in recent years. However, regardless of the circumstances, it is essential for any service provider, including hotels, to continually strive for excellence in customer service and guest satisfaction.

It was a great experience. Really nice and cool. The staffs from the hotel were vere friendly and good approach to the costumers. Once again we are giving a great thanks to all your staffs. Two pipes are not working. Interrupted water supply in the bathroom. The room is not spacious. Bathroom hygiene is average. Staff service is not upto the mark, not trained well to meet the standards. Breakfast was really good. I stayed with family and I couldn't offer them a great stay. Overall we couldn't feel value for money.

We had stayed there for three days. The rooms were pretty decent and clean but the amenities were minimal. So I feel it’s a bit overpriced. I thank them for serving the complementary breakfast in the room for my elderly grandmother and my mother who were staying with my 2 month old son. The service provided was very poor all over. We had issues with the house keeping as they didn’t clean the room even after repeated requests on the first day. Towels were not provided for everyone and had to request them. The food was not that great and the fresh lime we ordered on the first day was really bad. Even after requesting a replacement or refund ( which they were not ready for ) they responded after the next day and the it was replaced only on the third day. The security staff at the parking was really helpful and I thank them for their service. Even after having so many issues, they charged us extra money for checking out half hour late. Overall experience was not good.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.thankyou for your spectacular experience. Keep going laimar suites.

Had a two day stay for a business meet! Location is in a prime place, just next to LuLu mall. Complimentary bf is good. The rooms were clean.. but the condition of bed was so bad. The spring mattress used was pathetic and I couldn't get a good sleep. You may end up with back pain.

My first visit in kerala.It was a good place to stay. Well maintained and the staff here was good and helpful. The food here was good too. Thank you so much for the great experience.....visit again❤️

Overall stay was very good. Staff is very helpful, immediate help for any support... Each room is inside an apartment.... Common dining area for each apartment is available..

Very safe and comfortable. Feel like staying at home. This is second time I have stayed in this hotel. Service is very good. We requested the chef to prepare Tamilnadu food, he prepared more than our expectations. Metro access and lulu mall visit is amazing.

Oh my god- this hotel is really really bad. Please don't book. We had a very bad experience. Even their top category room is so tiny, so smelling and unclean. It's a dark place. Very cheap hotel selling rooms at high rates. We just wanted to finish our stay there and run for life. The positive reviews are about their banquet hall, I think. Please book in better hotels nearby.

Without any doubt 100% satisfied for staying. Interaction of staff with customers is very comfortable. Rooms are clean as they are keeping high standard. Rates are very reasonable as compared to their services. Highly recommended for all travellers.

The only good thing was the location. Right in front of lulu. They should have mentioned how the rooms are actually arranged. It's basically an apartment. Like an apartment with a common space that leads to 3 rooms that can be booked any sets of people. And the staff that checked us in was not at all nice. He tried to rip us off by not providing a room with something as basic as a ceiling fan. So yeah

Great location, right in front of Lulu mall, metro just a 5 min walk, beautiful city scape especially at nights to sit in the balcony and watch, all kinds of other shops all around. Hotel was quite clean, and room clean up was done promptly upon request. Farhan at the reception was very courteous and helpful. He went above and beyond to help. Hotel bed linen was clean but really worn out and discoloured, probably needs new ones soon.

Poor hospitality. Unprofessional staffs. No one is from proper hospitality background. Instead of attending guest complaints, the staffs were trying to argue with guest. They made bed with old and used linen.and i started itching my whole body. I complained to one of the staff in the reception but no one cares . when my check out time One lady was given explanation that may be because of ants, because i kept breakfast plates in my room. I checked in in the night and that time they served breakfast? Mid night only my whole body bulged because of used linen. And no wishing no respect to the guest. Doesn't knows basic hospitality ethics. I requested for some amenities, no one attended. And too much costly, they are telling it is Four star hotel but it’s like lodge.They are thinking all the guests were fools, for the hotel classification what are the requirements need for four star also they doesn't know. And one lady came when i wanted to meet manager.she doesn’t have any knowledge about hospitality, given blunder answer. Even receptionist boy also. only location is good that why i chooses this hotel.I paid 3000 for single occupancy includes 2 hours late check out charge. Not at all worth for 1000 rupees. I dont know why the management is not taken care, may be they dont know how this staffs treating to the guest.Please place some professional people who knows hospitality. They need only money not even taken care guest. Not at all recommended! I worked as HR Manager in the hospitality field also ,my entire carrier i never met this kind of unprofessional staffs. Will not back again.

The stay was great. Quick response to room service and housekeeping calls. My toddler really enjoyed the balcony view of metro trains and Lulu. The food was good too.

It was a good experience in laimar hotels..Today we visit the hotel and had a excellent lunch with lots of varieties.They gave best service with smiley and politely. Both veg and Non veg items had excellent taste. We really happy and plan to visit again soon.

Worst Experience & Rude behaviour from Staff and Manager. I would recommend everyone to get on writing from the reception staff or manager about the timings if you wish to book directly. Booked directly for one day stay from 11.30 PM to next day evening. During booking time reception staff was fine with the timing ,but suddenly nearly around 1.40 another reception staff called and was saying to vacate immediately (by 2.00 PM) or i may need to pay one day charges extra. Behaviour was very rude from manager (Lady) as well from staff as they want oy amount nothing else . Anyway i was forced to pay the extra amount of Rs. 500 after few arguments since i was with my wife I don't want to create a scene there ,as the behaviour was the worst i have seen in my many hotel stays. Opted for this place to stay after seeing the review. But was a mistake and terrible decision.

Without a question, this was a great experience. Near the Lulu mall, the hotel is conveniently situated. The rooms are spacious enough for a modest family, well-appointed, and clean. Food is unquestionably fantastic. Amazing views may be seen from the balcony. Although there was a slight wait in the service, the staff was all very attentive and friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we got good value for our money.

I just loved the experience with the Laimar Hotel's Banquet. I'm so happy to share my review. Have no second thought and doubt in terms of quality of food ,decor and staff behaviour and management. It was my Brother's Wedding Reception party. We had 100+ guests. That we had no tension at all. Wonderfull place and service.
