The only thing not right about the Hotel is its location. Having said that it is perfectly situated for its intended guests. Every room has disabled access. It is finished to a very high standard and the staff are professional and friendly. The food is very good. It sits between the hospital and a rehabilitation centre. It has all the facilities to recover after surgery or to stay if you have hospital appointments. There is even an onsite Doctor. You don't need to be disabled or needing care to enjoy the atmosphere which is very relaxed.

This hotel came to a surprise to us, as we were looking for an accommodation in this area. The hotel is very decent, very nice. Cleanliness is noticeable the moment you step in. Medium-sized parking, so I can imagine that in a busy season this might become a problem. About the room: -Nice comfortable box spring bed. We slept amazingly well. The pillows were great, I only wish I could have had a second one. -Decoration is modern, with a pop of color but not overdone. -Big modern Samsung TV. -Mini fridge with NO WATER. This was a problem since I was expecting water and was thirsty the whole night. -No toiletries of any kind. Just soap. About the bathroom -simple with lots of room for improvement. Only towels and soap. How can a 4-star hotel not give toiletries? Come on this is basic! -I won’t complain about how everything is disabled friendly, because if anything, I applaud it. But they should have rooms for non-disabled people as well. Everything in the bathroom was shorter and the shower with no curtain was a horrible mess. BREAKFAST: Good breakfast, very complete with decent options but not the best breakfast around. We were overall happy with it. ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT: ⬇️ - Staff friendliness isn’t a thing. There’s no initiative whatsoever, and we didn’t feel special at all. At the breakfast, no one offered anything. No “Smakelijk eten” when we were eating. Nothing!

very modern hotel, 4rth and 5th floor are a sleep clinic from the UZA near by uses for monitoring patients with sleep disorders that is where I stayed otherwise it seems like a very standard hotel. modern and clean.

Large and nicely furnished rooms, comfortable beds and very clean. Parking is free too so I recommend this hotel

This place seems lika a deserted hospital. This is not a hotel. I found an Almond and hair behind my bed. The fire detector red light is awfully intense. The managing staff never sleeps in their own rooms (just like ddoctors won't sleep in a hospital room either), otherwise they would have realized it and changed these fire detectors.

Well, given the fact that there's nothing else as close to the UZA than this Hotel, the rooms are really modern, very well equipped, and super clean! The personnel is always very professional, friendly and helpful. For the rooms and the staff I'd give 5 stars. 3.5 stars I'd give for the breakfast and the occasional dinner I had here. Don't get me wrong, it's really OK and also convenient to have some food there, but it just doesn't fit the high standard of the rest of the hotel. If they would present it optically a bit better, I'd give 4 stars. So, in the end, there's nothing to complain about, but it's just standard hotel breakfast, good, but nothing special. This leaves me with an overall rating of well earned 4 stars.

Very nice hotel right on the hospital campus. Clearly built for patient accessibility, wide elevators, emergency buttons in the rooms, big showers. Dinner was good though maybe a bit on the expensive side. Breakfast, again fairly expensive, was great. Buffet with everything you would expect. Keep an eye out for different booking options. Well worth scrolling down their webpage all the way. Approaching the hotel by car you'll get to a roundabout with clear signs to the hotel. Make sure to drive into the left-most entrance to the parking lot. Your room card will open the gates during your stay, just don't forget to validate your parking ticket at the reception on check-out ;).

A friendly and very clean hotel. For retired people is this hotel perfect, but if you're younger, there are to much emergency buttons around the room. I also don't like, that you can't turn of the light in the toiletroom and in my opinion the aircon haven't really worked.

This hotel is not really a hotel in the standard meaning. It is a hotel for patients who are dismissed from hospital and they get there post care en sort of rehabilitation. The floor of my room was disgusting with big spots of blood or whatever was that, dirty carpet, dirty sheet and left over hairs. The hotel locates next to the hospital en the noise of ambulance is morning is unbearable. No service... Waste of money 91 euro per a night for the feeling sleeping im hospital not hotel.

Very great service and big clean rooms. Open shower instead of one in the bathtub. Breakfast was highly above average hotel quality and size here in Antwerp. Location is a bit less since it's next to a hospital and the parking is paid for normal use so you need to have your ticket validated at the reception every time (this is free for hotel guests!). Employees were really kind and had casual talks with us. We had an issue with the room but this was quickly fixed by swapping rooms instead of having to wait for repairs / someone to check what was wrong.

Clean rooms, good staff, nice location for UZA hospital! But there is no coffee or restaurant around. Just you can find a market and a bistro in the main building of UZA.

Good hotel for a good price, though it feels a bit weird to stay in a hospital

Great location for those who come to UZA for treatment, friendly staff and tasty meals. We came for 24 hour EEG and everything went perfect!
