For
some
reason
my
review
keeps
getting
taken
down…
This
apartment
is
the
definition
of
"if
it's
not
one
thing
it's
another"
We
have
one
of
the
more
"updated"
units
which
means
we
got
the
landlord
special,
everything
was
just
painted
over
with
white
paint,
including
the
fuse
box
being
completely
sealed
shut.
During
winter
while
utilizing
the
garage
that
you
can
pay
$50
for
my
car
got
vandalized.
My
spot
was
near
a
camera
so
I
had
high
hopes
they'd
be
able
to
see
who
did
it,
HA.
I
was
told
"our
cameras
aren't
set
up
yet".
Two
months
later
a
semi
threatening
note
was
left
on
my
car,
thinking
there
could
be
a
connection
we
contacted
the
office
again.
This
time
we're
told
that
the
cameras
are
hooked
up
but
they
wouldn't
be
able
to
view
the
footage
until
a
certain
part
came
in.
It's
been
months,
and
they’ve
never
given
me
an
answer
A
few
months
ago
the
lines
in
the
parking
lots
were
getting
painted,
so
cars
had
to
be
out
by
8:00
A.M.
I
get
down
to
the
parking
with
10
minutes
to
spare,
and
my
car
is
nowhere
to
be
seen.
I
track
down
a
tow
truck
driver
and
am
told
that
they
already
started
towing
and
I'd
have
to
ask
the
office
where
on
the
property
my
car
is.
When
whoever
in
the
office
was
asked
why
my
car
was
towed
before
the
time
we
were
told,
my
boyfriend
got
the
answer
"I'm
not
sure,
that's
not
my
department"
a
few,
then
the
upper
management
came
out
and
said
they
had
no
say,
the
towing
truck
company
took
the
initiative
to
start
towing
early.
After
contacting
the
towing
company
we
learned
that
the
time
they
were
given
by
reserve
was
an
hour
earlier
than
when
tenants
were
told
to
be
out
by.
While
at
my
boyfriend
and
I
were
both
out
of
the
apartment,
I
receive
an
email
for
a
service
request
I
didn't
submit.
Turns
out
the
office
entered
the
apartment
wrong
but
the
mistake
was
not
caught
until
they
came
into
our
apartment
while
no
one
was
home,
animals
unsecured
and
at
risk
of
escaping
and
scratched
our
toilet.
The
fire
alarm
goes
off
at
least
1-2
times
a
month(those
are
just
the
times
I’m
home
and
aware
they’re
going
off).
This
results
in
the
elevator
not
working
for
a
day
or
two.
An
explanation
for
the
alarms
has
never
been
given.
It’s
been
stated
by
others,
but
it
truly
is
sad
(and
against
googles
rules)
that
3
employees
of
reserve
have
had
to
leave
5
star
reviews
because
they
can’t
get
them
another
way….
