Very nice and clean. The beach water is clear and the sand is very soft. A lot of space, activities, and resting areas for everyone.

Such a beautiful and lovely place for hangout with family and friends. The lake is lovely and clean. One of the best lakes in Eden Prairie. Great park with volleyball courts and kids playground.

Some of the pictures here are out of date, and I was disappointed with our first visit. I expected the (red) huge, fenced-in playground that’s friendly for all ages. The new playground (green) isn’t fenced-in, and it’s this hyper-minimalist modern equipment that requires a lot of help for my littles. Definitely great for ages 6+. Beautiful area, though, and well-kept lakefront.

This is a wonderful lake and a park, along with a major trail passing parallel to it. Has a beach, picnic tables, restrooms, changing rooms, kids play area, along with volleyball courts. It also has a boat unloading area. Has several benches with barbeque setup.

Another great time at Riley Park regarding our Annual Family Picnic. The beach, play area & the Pavillion ( which the rental included, electricity & water) all are well maintain.

What an astonishingly beautiful park/lake this is. Locals told us that this used to be a gravel pit and it is approximately 45 ft deep. Supposedly there is a crane somewhere in the middle. We didn't have the gear to find it but thought it was a pretty cool story. This is a great place to spend a summer afternoon. It was very quiet and empty in the morning and picked up a little bit in the afternoon hours, mostly families and a few college aged kids. Overall a very pleasant experience. We recommend hanging out here ☺️

One of the best spot to catch sunsets in this area and is very peaceful. This park is clean, has all the important amenities, beautiful seatings for couples and groups, fully marked beach, beach shower, connected to trails, ramp lake access, party hut for large gatherings, has one boat parking and general parking area, good for launching boats, volleyball, tennis and other courts are near by. Have seen lot of people do come for ice fishing too. Note- No boat/kayak rental, no big washroom, no splash pad.

It was such a perfect place to have a celebration of my friend's life as this was the farm that she grew up on.we had known each other since we were teens. She would have enjoyed seeing her family and many old friends gathering and exchanging stories about the good old days. We'll miss you Pat ❤️ Rest in peace.

A place that has it all. I stopped by once after my walk from Braxton drive to here and then a short day picnic with my nephew and niece near the lake. Also has a play area which is pretty good for the kids and the lake is perfect for adults to lounge and chill. There are benches spread everywhere to sit if u can’t park urself on the ground and a roofed large area in case it’s very sunny or raining. Hence a place for anytime to just relax and have a good time.

This is a great place to hang out with a group of friends or family. They have a lot of barbecue grills out there and a shower area to clean up after goin into the lake. Sometimes I just like to go there and watch the sun set. They also have tennis court there.

Very good place to spend a summer day . Park has many picnic areas with proper benches,but no barbeques. It has a good kids play area, walking trail , beach access, water access as well.

Very nice area for volleyball, tennis, and badminton, and has a court. This place also has many docks and a nice playground, znd changing rooms. There are Portable Potties. Barbacue machines and many benches and tables with seats. Very clean, well put together community. Sand is very soft at beach, very nice for beach picnics. There is a lifeguard. Nice for ice skating and ice fishing in the winter.

Nice, small beach with a parking lot. Swimming area is marked really nicely. Only 4 stars,because they do safety breaks.. which is great. But it is once per hour for 10 minutes. When there is only 3 people in the water I think it is safe to say we are safe after 5 minutes.

Very beautiful park. Great rental spot for birthdays and events. Go at night to enjoy the lights in the pavilion and near the lake.

Cute park with lots of amenities! Playground, picnic tables, lots of walking paths, etc. Even the porta potties are pretty clean!

Absolutely beautiful pavilion that is well maintained! I rented this for a bridal shower I was hosting and found this place very large, to practice social distancing, and very clean! Very very happy with the City Of Eden Prairie's facilities and high standards for cleanliness
