Mid size park. With all amenities including two children playgrounds. One of the playgrounds has been enlarged with several fountains and multiple structures for play. Main paved trail goes around small lake. There is sand beach and fishing pier. Park has two volleyball areas and multiple tennis courts.

Round Lake Park in Eden Prairie is one of best park with so much activities for kids and family. Beach, water splash pad, play set, tennis court, walking trail, shed area, skate boards, biking and so much more to do. The park is next to city community center. That makes it even more attractive. Eden Prairie 4th July fireworks happen at this park and us worth watching. The sunset on the lake here has amazing views. Park Quality: 5/5 Amenities: 5/5 Kids Friendly: 5/5 Family Activities: 5/5

Fairly nice park. The park equipment could use some TLC. The splash pad is nice and good for tots or kids up to pre-teen. There is a park area for tots and one for slightly older kids. The merry-go-round for the older kids is the best part and appears newer. There is a swim area with life guards and a few picnic spots, covered and not covered.

Small beach but not that crowd, 3 life guards were keeping a watch, splash pad near by beach with couple of picnic spots. Overall nice place.

Always a clean place. Not sure why the small slides are closed/boarded off. Nothing appears physically wrong or dangerous with them. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Splash pad and playground are very nice. Wish there was more shade by the playground and splash pad. The big grassy area would be perfect for a few large trees! They don't have a private place to change clothes/swimwear, even outdoor stalls would be fine. My kids came home in wet clothes since no place to change them. I think they had a changing room labeled at the building, but doors were locked and not occupied when we tried on a Saturday. Haven't spent time at the beach but the swimming area seems to close often due to unsafe bacteria level in water.

Water park was great for the grandkids. It would have been nice to have bathrooms available. There is a Porta Potty now, and it looks like they are building a building that will have bathrooms available soon. Nice shade under the umbrellas over the picnic tables overlooking the water play area.

The kids loved the splash pad and park. Well kept. But in a place with kids running around and drinking water to stay hydrated it would be really nice to have restrooms available. All that was there was a port o potty, which had a bunch of wasps in the area. Still highly recommended, even with the bathroom need!

This is a great place for many. The path around the lake is about 1 mile so great for walking or running with or without dogs. There is a kids play area, multiple places to barbecue. You can play volleyball, hockey in the winter, basketball, baseball and a skateboarding park. Place has a little something for everyone.

This is one of the best parks we've ever been to with our kids! Lake swimming, splash pad, play ground, picnic area, game courts & walking trail... and FREE!!! We'll definitely be back when we're in town visiting family!

While I have to imagine this park gets busy, it's an awesome spot. My kids loved it and keep asking when we can go back. The park, splashpad, and picnic area are close together so kids can take their pick. Heads up to parents: the beach (with lifeguards and a single entrance) is adjacent to the splashpad and playground.

My kids have a great time at the splash pad (one of the biggest I've found in the area), playground, and beach. Picnic tables have umbrellas that provide needed shade, and are located so you can watch kids at the splash pad and playground.

Nice ~3 mile loop. Busy around the lake, quiet around the marsh. Moved to the neighborhood with my pittie from N Mpls and she matches aggression with other dogs. For some reason most dogs here are super chill so makes for a super enjoyable walk.

They have a mile trail around the lake which is great to walk around. They also have a good play area for kids with splash pads. There’s a good sand volleyball court on the other side too. Nice place in Eden Prairie to spend a quiet summer evening with your family.

The playground is okay. Half the slides are boarded up, can't use them. The SplashPad is terrible. There's no water pressure. The toddler bucket swing squeaks so loud, you can't hear the person talking next to you. I went there on the recommendation of MacaroniKid. Fix the issues. The small beach is okay.

We like the splash pad and playground well enough. There are activities for my kids 6-1.5 yrs old. The beach and lake need help, as there are much better beaches in the local community.

I think this would be the biggest park in Eden Prairie. Baseball field, lots of tennis courts, skateboarding area, play area w/splash pad, picnicking area, giant barbeque grills, lake w/beach, bike trail etc. Lots of events are holding here especially during summer time. And of course 4th of July fireworks takes place here!

Beautiful park with everything, large playground with things for tots and older kids, fun little splash park, sandy beach with swimming on the "lake" (really more of a pond), walking trail around lake (<1 mi), 2 skate park areas, every sports space from baseball diamond to tennis and bball courts to open fields. Multiple shaded pavilions and lots of picnic tables, large grassy areas. Oh and it was all but empty on the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend. Has tons of parking so must be busy at other times.

Splash pad was an incredible experience for my tots. They enjoyed the park and the beach, but my youngest, little Timmy stepped in geese poop. It was easily cleaned off by the lake because of the bacteria 🥰. My kiddos did get soaked in their target clothing, which is a shame, probably should add changing rooms. Infuriating. Really need a better service provided for the park. I have so much more to say. I had to drag my kids out of there because little Timmy was a bad role model for helga my 8 year old. They all started playing with geese poop. Really need a better service. Wow round lake. Please do better. -Sharon Davidson
