After waiting for 26 minutes I asked for a refund and left. This was one of the most chaotic and disorganized stores I have ever been to.

I stepped in on RAINY Sunday morning and was immediately yelled at by the staff” We are not making any more drinks today! We have 19 coffees to make you can make a mobile order and then we make for you.” First of all improve customer service. I understand covid but How are mobile orders more urgent then paying customers in front of you. It could have been stated differently and I would not have mind waiting a bit for the drinks. I expect more from a starbucks location.

After going to the main Starbucks store in this same shopping complex and receiving horrible customer service, the workers at this Starbucks in Target were very nice and attentive. They even repeated that this reusable mug was at no charge when I misunderstood. Definitely appreciated them here.

Horrible customer service, a few people on the line were saying the same thing, i would never comeback to this Starbucks.

Bought 2 mugs (14.98 each) and it was supposed to be 30% off. She charged me full price. I told her it's 30% off and she said I needed to buy a drink. So I buy Grande Cafe latte and the total was 32.17. She didn't give me a receipt bc she messed up. 30% off of 30 is $21. With grande latte, it should have been around $29 with tax. I wasn't about to go back in over few dollars but when you mess up, u need to learn to fix it! Also, I was told by my friend that I didn't need to order a drink to get $30 off of Christmas mugs. -_-

The whole town of Edgewater was recovering from the terrible storm last night. Many businesses kept closed due to the flooding. One of those was the Starbucks in Edgewater commons. Thank goodness there is a Starbucks in Target right across the parking lot. The people are very nice and professional. Our coffee beverages and ice teas were delicious as well as the pastries. Despite the long line the workers were still maintaining a friendly and clean cafe. Thank you for a nice visit.

3.55 USD. A cup of coffee . Seriously!. Besides coffee cold I complained that I never been charged for milk . WTH..

Horrible customer service. Women was inpatient basically told me to order now or get out of the line because i was “holding” up people which i wasnt. Food was stale will definitely not come again.

Everytime I come, there’s an excuse as to not serve. Today they are doing repairs. 3 workers behind the line, no one can attend to make drinks. Last week, no whip because they are closing,.

I come here just for Holly. She is one of the best, hardest, and nicest Starbucks workers. She runs the register all while making great drinks.

Lukewarm medium roast , instead of the blonde roast I ordered , on top of the waiting time . Do not come to this location . If you don’t like people get another job

I went in October - I waited a while to not be tracked down….. RUDE SERVER!!!!!!! Like I was left speechless and happened twice. One girl then one boy/ over a black coffee I waited twenty mins and the girl didn’t make eye contact - treated me DO disrespectful I never went back
