Bad miss. Bananas Foster waffles arrived without the bananas being sauted (per the menu, and of course, the whole point of the dish). Veggie bowl featured frozen potato 'breakfast cubes' (Sysco items) and a few dozen vegetable. If you are going to charge premium prices for breakfast, is it so hard to make breakfast potatoes from scratch, and cut up a pepper or two. Perhaps the alcohol-centric offerings mean most customers are boozed past basic expectations? Compared with the Edgewater brekkie standard, Rupert's, there aren't sides (hey, 2 strips of bacon with a single Belgian style waffle would be nice), and the portions, well, not great. TLDR: food disappointing, poor value proposition

First time here. Disappointing. Arrived when the place was less than 5% full of guests. I had been exercising and asked to be seated outside. They told me I had to wait for my husband to arrive but I could sit at the bar. It’s their policy and they don’t deviate because then one might assume they can do that at any time (so they say). Customer service seems low on their priorities. I decided to stay and try out the food despite my frustration. I waited the 5 minutes for my husband to arrive while sitting stinky at their bar (hmmm?). My husband had the burrito which he said he would not order.again. I thought the breakfast tacos were fine. Hint: just ask for seating for one then act surprised when someone comes to join you Can’t decide yet whether we will return. There is a point where rules become counter productive. I hear Jelly’s is a great breakfast place.

Syrup Edgewater offers a unique brunch experience. The restaurant is open and surrounded by windows, making the space bright and inviting. They do have a full bar, offering your favorite brunch cocktails. I had the Maryland Eggs Benedict with crab cakes. Service was attentive and friendly.

I came on a Thursday morning, walked in and nice lady greeted me and asked where I preferred to sit. Sat me at the high tables and tables were clean just she did a extra wipe. Another nice lady asked me for my choice of beverage and I requested something they don’t have but she offered to it anyways. So nice of her to go the extra step to make a customers day. I ordered the “Buena Vista”, 100% recommend. Didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes for food. Great job to the cooks. Then again wasn’t so busy. Great place to grab breakfast/lunch.

Food was really good and very filling. Some of these comments say this is more for IG foodies with no palate or whatever they say. Not true, flavor was solid but it’s not something special. Food and service were good just didn’t really stand out from the other hot Denver breakfast spots. Worth checking out if you’re in the area though.

I really enjoyed brunch here. Their menu is filled with excellent choices and I cannot wait to return! We had the lavender lemonade mimosa, the appetizer flight pancakes to start but they did bring everything out at one time which felt like we were being rushed. We also had the Elvis French Toast and The Lenny. Everything was delicious!

Tasty place with quick service and yummy breakfast beverages! We went around 8:45 with no wait to be seated. The tater tots were golden and crispy. And eggs cooked as ordered. The coconut marshmallow latte was delicious. The toast wasn’t really toasted which was disappointing, but they did have a good selection of breakfast breads. They are known for their corned beef and the beignets appetizer looked tasty! Cheers 🥂

Excellent choice for brunch or breakfast! My favorite are the breakfast tacos 🌮 they are YUM and all 5 times we've been to Syrup I crave them immediately. I like their mimosa flavors and choices, they do give a pleasant buzz 😊 the menu is full of delicious options, the seating area is spacious, lots of natural light, plenty of parking and they're next to other fun places to walk to afterwards.

Came in today for breakfast with my aunt and daughter. Wasn’t too sure what to get but right off the bat i noticed an odor the place stunk like sewage or old eggs? I was really hungry none the less as I am pregnant so I thought to give it a try anyway and it was disgusting!! I ordered the cherry creeker.. the food tasted old like it had been setting out the meat was weird. Really wouldn’t come back. Certain not worth $50.
