Old Navy is one of my go to shop but this store doesn't have staff support. I kept looking for hello but found none.

Went in hoping 🙏 to find the pixie in blue on clearance. Did find it. They put it on clearance due to being past season, but the price wasn't as agreeable. $31 from $45 is not my idea, not even in the realm of clearance. Sad because I had already planned the outfit 😪 😕 that goes with the pants.

Dhara disgusting attitude bought two shirts that same minute and my daughter did not like the color and laughed at my face when i said i just wanted to return one shirt making fun of me her attitude is awful !!! i always buy at this store! made me feel bad and told me that have a great day with a nasty attitude!!?

The girl in the front was so helpful. She was smiling and greeted me hello, which I didn't expect as I was walking my way towards the exit. Which was all the difference in me walking back and asking her for advice on the fit of a certain shirt. She recommended I size down and when I came home, I tried it on and it fit perfectly! I wish I knew her name. Kindness is everything in retail and all the difference in make or breaking a sale. I was pleasantly surprised in the best way.

I was actually pleasantly surprised to find a few cute things to wear. I am a very short person (4'9) so I wasn't expecting much and thought for sure the clothes would be too big on me. The denim shirt might be slightly large but I think I can get away with it. I love the dress. It is super comfortable. As far as the plaid shirt is concerned, this is the first one I have ever purchased. I know that sounds hard to believe but it is true. The selection of clothes is okay but it did seem a little bare unless they spread their items out so people don't get too close.

Terrible customer service. They didn't remove security tags from my clothes, had to return and waste my time. Moreover, the pants I bought were 25% off and the guy behind the desk suggested I buy another pair because it will be 50% off, which I did. What he didn't tell me was that you lose the discount on the first pair so it still was 25% off whether you buy one or two pairs. Very sneaky and misleading.

I ordered from the website and went to pick up. The staff were friendly.👍🏻

Pretty neat store, massive selections great prices wish they had big/tall.
