I suffered an acute gout attack on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised to be able to be seen promptly on the same day. The doctor was extremely helpful and it was good to have the pharmacist on the same site to source medication. I couldn’t fault the service, excellent !!

It’s taken me over 4 decades but I have finally found the most incredible GP - Dr Claire Hill-Smith. She is incredible - so thorough, understanding, kind, compassionate and thinks bigger picture. So grateful to have her as my GP. I would also like to mention that the reception staff are super lovely.

Grateful for the care my daughter received today after splitting open her chin, the nurses and doctors all took the time to make her comfortable while they glued it and reception fit us in straight away. Would definitely recommend this service to any parents wanting to avoid an ed trip.

Zero follow up from an appointment with a Dr Marsh. Why do they think they can hold and store ones results, from in this case a radiology scan. No follow up call .. receptionist says have to make another appointment (at my cost) just to get my results. Stop playing God in there and start giving value for money! Why would I go to the effort to book and turn up for a GP appointment from a medical concern i have/ request a radiology scan, and just because said Doctor deems it Non Concernable problem I never hear a thing back at all.. nothing! I call that Poor Medical Practice! Where did all the Good Doctors go?!

I was so impressed by St John’s I have now changed for this to be my primary practice. Very polite and punctual and explained everything I needed to know. Also the fact that I was able to get an X-ray on the same premises was very handy. I would highly recommend this practice.

Arrived seven minutes early for my appointment , I was called in to see the doctor in less than five . The receptionist, nurse and doctor were all pleasant, cheerful and efficient. Superb service all round. First class. Thank you.

The receptionists here were lovely - very friendly whilst maintaining professionalism. I was seen on time by the doctor, had x-rays (the radiographer was also absolutely lovely) and then seen again extremely quickly (no long wait) by the doctor to go over results. The doctor I saw had a positive bedside manner and great doctor-to-patient skills. The practice saved me a long wait in the ED today. I'd definitely recommend this medical centre and Dr Lin-Ann Anantharachagan.

Saw Dr. Marsh with my little boy, he was great. Diagnosed, gathered further information and prescribed as necessary with due care and attention to detail. His manner was also great. Would highly recommend.

Happy with everything except I had to wait a considerable amount of time (10-15 mins) post the appointment to pay as I had not been submitted to their internal payment process. First time I had ever encountered this seeing a GP.
