Took almost 2 hours for us to get our pizza even prepared, and sat on the phone for over 40 minutes waiting for an answer on the phone.

I called a order in and ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizza and a 16 piece hot wings. When I got there the manager was treating me really mean. I told her I would wait on the 2 medium pizzas and she said she wasn't going to make them. She said I could pay for the large ones and I told her I didn't want large ones she said I could get the large ones or none at all. She needs to be fired. I will no longer do business with Domino's pizza and neither will any of my family.

This crew was amazing! We are from out of town and ordered pizza for a children’s event. I called ahead to let them know we were placing a large order but quickly found out we had to double the amount what we originally anticipated. They had the pizzas done and ready earlier than expected, and even honored the online coupon that didn’t come off at checkout. Thank you so much for all you did to make this easy on us!

I've eaten pizza from here alot, domino's is my favorite pizza place. Recently though I've come to realize a shifty looking guy that works there is living in a broken down van in front of the place with a dog. I've watched him come outside and rub all over the dog between making food. That's disgusting and I won't be back, I didn't even pick up my order.

Someone from the Edinburgh Domino's needs to come to Terre Haute and teach these people how to make pizza. The ones here are burnt, not made right, tastes like last months pizzas.

They are very Nice! And they always have my pizza right most of the time. It's always hot. I pick up a lot though so but they seem like to be a really good crew out there

They were understaffed but worked hard to complete our pizza - always good tasting!

Can’t give this a zero or “no stars”. I placed my order at 5:50ish, website said it was approximately 25-35 minutes. The time came and went. I called an hour placing my order. Waited on hold for 15 minutes. When I spoke on the phone, I was told an excuse. No apology. I was told the reason for my hold up was due to a delivery driver shortage and she was trying to play catch-up. She then stated my order was going into the oven. Offered a 2-liter of all things to make up for the delay. I said sure to the 2-liter. Received my order 30 minutes later (2hours after the original order placement). Guess what, NO 2-liter. I will not be a patron anymore. Honesty would have been appreciated. Understand short staff, but all your people, give them an opportunity to pick up the order versus waiting 2 hours!!!!
