Can’t
give
this
a
zero
or
“no
stars”.
I
placed
my
order
at
5:50ish,
website
said
it
was
approximately
25-35
minutes.
The
time
came
and
went.
I
called
an
hour
placing
my
order.
Waited
on
hold
for
15
minutes.
When
I
spoke
on
the
phone,
I
was
told
an
excuse.
No
apology.
I
was
told
the
reason
for
my
hold
up
was
due
to
a
delivery
driver
shortage
and
she
was
trying
to
play
catch-up.
She
then
stated
my
order
was
going
into
the
oven.
Offered
a
2-liter
of
all
things
to
make
up
for
the
delay.
I
said
sure
to
the
2-liter.
Received
my
order
30
minutes
later
(2hours
after
the
original
order
placement).
Guess
what,
NO
2-liter.
I
will
not
be
a
patron
anymore.
Honesty
would
have
been
appreciated.
Understand
short
staff,
but
all
your
people,
give
them
an
opportunity
to
pick
up
the
order
versus
waiting
2
hours!!!!
